Made an appointment this morning for my son to get checked for Covid as he had cold-like symptoms. Was easily able to get scheduled online, no waiting on the phone, filled out online paperwork and our appointment was on time with super friendly staff. Was a total breeze! Will definitely be coming here for urgent care from now on.

My friend recommended me . Went today for my son . Made the appt test afternoon. This was so easy to do and organized . I work in the kinda field myself and know quite a lot of offices because of my job. Clean organized . Easy forms to fill out over phone . Front was nice and the Bach and doc! If you can get all of that in one place then that’s is a five star to me!!!! Thank you Julia and the Dr who saw my son! You are soooo nice and caring !

This was my first time at PMP, and it will not be my last! I have to give a shout out to both the Springfield and Fairfax locations...whoop! whoop! The service was impeccable! The initial appointment was in Springfield, however they lost power shortly after arriving. They didnt hesitate to move my daughters appointment to the Fairfax location. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience and assured me that everything would be transferred, and the Fairfax office would be awaiting my arrival. It was seamless! We arrived and as soon as we entered, the front desk associate asked if we were from Springfield. Almost immediately, they had us called back to an exam room and in for x-rays. Never have I ever gone to an appointment and gotten in and out in under an hour with full treatment! The doctor was very thorough and showed genuine concern. Thank you PMP for your amazing customer service and medical treatment!

Waited one hour as a walk in so that was longer than I would have liked however front desk staff was helpful and kind. Both the nurse and doctor that saw my son were wonderful! They had positive upbeat attitudes and did all they could to make my son feel comfortable. Overall great experience I just wish it wasn’t as long of a wait.

Office is neat and clean. Staff is great! We came in as a walk-in for a sick visit as my daughter was sent home from school. The wait was minimal, and I would highly recommend PM Pediatrics.

Nice, caring staff that takes the time to examine your baby to find a diagnosis. I was visiting from out of town and they were able to fit my sick 4 month baby in for a visit. They were thorough and took the time to explain what was wrong with my baby. Great staff. Honestly I can’t recommend them enough.

This is by FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked in with my 1 1/2 yr old who is sick and we were told the wait time was 1 hour or less .. I paid the $75 and we sat for hours .. people just walking in went in to be seen before us, now I get some situations are more urgent therefore they should go first but literally everyone went before we did even if they came after us and that’s definitely inconsiderate not to mention we were the only people of color which given the situation didn’t make things any better…I felt like we weren’t a priority and I picked up my child and we left to go to Childrens National where she was urgently seen. They refunded me my money however, I would never recommend this location or PM pediatrics in general for that matter .. It may not be every location but I would NEVER recome this one .

Amazing service - they helped get something out of my daughters nose. They quickly explained the procedure and then got it out. The office is pleasant to be in and a great environment for kids. They have separate waiting area for sick versus accidents. Doctor Kahn was so nice and professional.

This clinic has been so wonderful over the past 3 years! We go out of our way, away from our neighborhood plaza urgent care options, to visit this clinic because they have never steered us wrong. They are always on-time, quick to treat, exemplary in provider customer service and bedside manner. They have consistently been spot on with each diagnosis and they will conduct follow-up calls to ensure the treatment is appropriate and scaled to the illness. Highly recommend!

Just went here for my 4 month old daughter and the wait was long today, but the nurses and doctors were so caring and helpful. I felt they were active listeners and narrowed down with ease what was going on. Going to an urgent care that specializes in pediatrics made such a difference. All I can say is thank you to the staff assigned tonight (9/9/21).

I am so thankful for this location and their staff. I had previously been to an ER on Friday with my 21 month old son who fell and hurt his arm. Their diagnosis was no breaks or dislocations. My son still continued to not use his arm so I called my pediatrician and the on call doctor told me he was milking a simple injury. Today (Sunday) 48 hrs later he woke up still no use of his arm, took him to PM pediatrics and what do you know a dislocated elbow and the lovely doctor simply popped it back in and almost instantly at home was my son using his arm and hand again. Wonderful staff with such loving souls for our little ones!

ZERO STARS!!My 2 year old had slipped on a toy and fell on a low glass coffee table. He busted his lip open from in the inside and outside. I called PM Pediatrics at 8:53 pm on a Saturday night (they close at 10 pm) to make sure that my son could be seen. The receptionist informed me that he could be seen and we proceeded to head there. I told her it would take us 10 minutes to get there. At 8:57 pm I received a call back from the receptionist and she told me that after speaking to the provider that they would not see him and that we would have to go to their Fairfax location which was further away. I told her that his lip was bleeding profusely but she still told me to go to the Fairfax location. We ended up taking him to Inova where he received stitches. Even the hospital staff were shocked that he was denied care. I do not recommend this place at all!!

Very well run practice… we made an appointment and only waited about 10 minutes or so in the lobby, rarity with pediatric appointments. The nurse and pediatrician were very kind and we were outta there in 45 minutes. It’s not our regular pediatrician but when we have a weekend issue, it’s where we go. A+

Front desk was super helpful and genuinely showed care for my child, and this is just for check in. Medical Assistant and doctor were also very patient and actually took time to explain possibilities for symptoms my son was showing instead of the usually hes fine let it ride out comments. Highly recommend if you need Urgent Care

Was able to go without an appointment for a Covid test for my 6 year old. It was super fast and if you go before 1 pm you are able to have the results by 8 pm. I received the results to my phone through the website you check in with. It was super user friendly and the staff was so nice. If I have any emergency I would go here first.

Pros: you always get seen quite promptly which is helpful and everyone is very nice. Nurse was very friendly, doctor seemed to be in a rush to move on but answered questions fully and patiently.Cons: on my last visit the nurse used an inaccurate thermometer that failed to detect my sons fever of 101.5. Seems like a pretty basic necessity to have an accurate thermometer at a children’s clinic.

Very nice Urgent care clinic. Convenient location with easy appointment scheduling. Nice, friendly staff and doctors. I love that they have an app and virtual visit options. Will continue to use this place for my children.

First time at PM in Springfield Plaza after hearing good things about it from friends. Took my son in because he was in pain due to swimmers ear. It was so quick to get in to see a doc! She was amazing! Definitely recommend!

We are so grateful to be members of pm pediatrics. My daughter has been seen twice and both times the doctors were compassionate and great specialists. We had a scary experience with my daughters dislocated elbow that the doctor was able to fix on the spot and she immediately stopped crying. Thank you!

We’ve always loved the relatively quick service and kind staff with PM Pediatric’s. They help put my kids at ease and are clear in their instructions/directions. I use them for all of my kids when I can’t see their pediatrician fast enough.

We have used PM Pediatrics over the past few years, and continue to have exceptional care experiences. The wait time is minimal, and the pediatric staff is always professional and helpful with our children and concerns. It is our go-to urgent care practice.

Quick, easy, courteous and personable. Been here twice (2 different kids) and on both occasions, we were short on time and in need of same day service. We were able to walk- in and be seen within 30 mins as new patients. We actually walked out of our primary care pediatricians office after an hour+ wait and strolled right in to PM to be seen. All paperwork was available online after scanning a code. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful, patient and thorough.

My husband needed the PCR test results within 72 hours prior to his travel abroad for a long-hour flights and connections in between. Hence, the quick test result and proper paper work were critical, for which the doctor and the staff provided excellent services in a quick and efficient manner. We highly recommend PM Pediatrics. Dr. Hina Khan is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. She has seen our daughter a few times and she always treats her with care. And her diagnosis is very accurate. She also takes her time. We never seemed rushed. We will continue to visit this place for our urgent care needs.

This urgent care was the best I’ve ever been to. My doctor recommended and they did not disappoint. My 14 mo old son typically screams at all appointments but was quiet for Dr Khan. She was kind, skilled and an excellent clinician. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

I am so happy I came here! My 4 year old is autistic and not easy to take to the doctors but they made me feel comfortable and made him feel comfortable also!! The staff is friendly from the front of the building and through out!Thank you so much!!

Our recent experience at PM Pediatrics was wonderful. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and knowledgable and walked us through signing in. The doctor and nurse we saw were exceptional! The Dr. spent 5 minutes in the room playing with my one year old before even trying to exam his injury. This extra 5 minutes made the visit so much smoother because he felt more at ease and comfortable with her! The Dr. then examined him and sat down to answer all my questions without rushing or dismissing me at all. She thoroughly explained what to expect over the next few days, what would warrant a need for us to return, and answered what we could do to manage his pain. It was an amazing experience!

Registration was paperless, quick and easy. This office was not crowded which I really appreciate. My son got the help he needed in no time at all.

All interactions with the staff--from our check-in to our nurse and the doctor--were everything a parent taking a toddler to urgent care could hope for. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. I was so happy to have learned about PM Pediatrics--if only I had been aware of them before this past urgent care need for our son.

While visiting family, our trip home was cancelled and I had to make a last minute appointment. Not only did they have available appointments on the same day, but their receptionist was so helpful and accommodating. Our appointment was at 3pm and we were seen at 3:01. Where I live that is unheard of so I deeply appreciate being seen on time. The clinic has such a nice vibe and a cute Midwestern/rodeo theme. My daughter needed a covid test done before we could fly home and they were so patient snd gentle my daughter actually giggled while the swab was being done. We were all done by 315 and I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars for customer service, convenience, friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness, and just all around atmosphere.

We recently visited this location with both of our kids. They were efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using this practice in the future!

The quality of care is great and our experience with the medical staff has been very good. Unfortunately the administrative side isn’t as good—they offer appointment times, but they don’t respect them. It’s first come first serve regardless of your appointment time, which they don’t advertise and which makes for a bad surprise when on a tight schedule.

Every time I go here I am so thankful for this place. Kind staff, efficiently run, super friendly doctor and nurses. Exactly where you want to go when your kid feels under the weather.

We have visited PM Pediatrics three times in the last 18 months. They are AWESOME. Once we did a telehealth appt before coming in and that online doctor was great. The doctors we have seen in person are great. The front desk staff are personable and kind. Highly recommend.

The wait was a little long, however it was very busy so I understand. But the nurse and doctor were both so kind and able to accommodate my needs and I was in and out fast after I was seen.

I had gone to 4 medical appointments to find out what was causing my son’s rashes and Dr.Michelle was the only person that was able to explain what it was. I felt so confident in her diagnosis and explanation. The office has the best equipment. And staff was so nice and kid-friendly! All around so worth it!

I walked in, and a doctor saw me within 20 minutes of filling out the initial paperwork. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and the whole visit ran smoothly from start to finish. This was my first time here, and I will be taking my kids here for their urgent care needs from now on.

This pediatric practice is phenomenal! I had my 2 year old seen twice in a 3 days span and I was in and out within 30 minutes both times! They are quick and thorough! I came here as a walk-in because my three year old stuck a bead up her nose. We quickly got checked in, and the NP efficiently got the bead out in no time.The facility is clean and all the staff were nice and courteous. My daughter was not anxious or nervous whatsoever. Im seriously considering her here for her regular appointments because we had such a good experience.

This was the best urgent care experience we have ever had. The staff was friendly, from the front desk, to the nurse, to the physician. The office was clean and thoughtfully decorated for kids. My daughter needed stitches for a cut right below her eyebrow. A standard urgent Care wont do stitches on little girls faces typically. We went to PM pediatrics, the staff was great, very good bedside manner, very clean, and a fraction of the cost of an ER! My daughter had the best experience possible, when getting a stitch. Would go back and recommend to friends!

Easy to schedule, create patient account, and check in. With same day appointment (lots of options were available), we had a 2-3 min wait before being seen. Everyone from front desk to clinical staff, to all staff in the building were friendly, patient and competent. Highly recommend!

I am new to the area and couldn’t be seen by my daughters PCM until a month away, made an appt on the website ( super easy and quick) and went in the office- experience from check in to leaving was amazing! I didn’t have to wait that long and was given the information rather quickly!!! Will be back if I have to for my kids of course!! 😃

From reservation to completion the process was quick and easy. The staff was very pleasant and showed true concern. The place is second to none and takes the covid threat seriously. I am beyond impressed and I am never impressed by anything.

Giving one star because I can’t choose zero stars. Tried getting my kids tested at 8pm on a Friday. Front desk worker could not tell me which tests are covered under TRICARE. She wanted us to take the test she chooses and bill TRICARE. She doesn’t care if we have to pay later. So rude and incompetent. You are supposed to be helping people. If you hare your job, please quit and let more compassionate people fill your seat.

Love that you can make an appointment, it’s so much easier when you have toddlers that’s not feeling well.

Front staff great, ease of making a last minute appointment fabulous, the actual doctor that saw my daughter seemed uninterested in treating her. She has been a year for a day and was informed we now need to wait three days of a fever over 101 for them to do further testing or treatment. Didn’t bother to look in mouth, made assumptions about her previous care. Frustrating as s parent. My daughter seems to have an ear infection and will need to go back to a urgent care tomorrow. Just wish we could have solved it on the first attempt rather than making her suffer.

I had a great experience with PM Pediatrics. They were fast and knowledgeable and I would recommend them for pediatric care for your child. The intake software was clunky, hence 4 stars, otherwise 5 stars.

I’m a mom of 3 and a picky nurse, and I cannot say enough good things about PM Pediatrics. We have sampled all their services over the last few years, including IVs, stitches, and xrays. We have been there for everything from asymptomatic Covid tests, to sledding accidents to complications for our child with chronic health issues. The staff are so friendly and collaborative. The virtual visits are great too! Wish I could give them six stars!

We’ve had to use PM Pediatrics a few times now - both in Brooklyn, NY and most recently Springfield, VA. Our Springfield visit was by far the best (Brooklyn visits were pre-COVID, longer waits, lots of people, etc) - even at 10 minutes to closing the staff was courteous, kind, calm, and the doctor took her time with my youngest (>3 months) who had suspected wheezing and difficulty breathing. Where most would’ve done a quick listen, she spent actual minutes on each part of her lungs listening intently and then patiently talked be through a range of possibilities/likelihoods/options. Very grateful for their patience and availability.

Walked in with my daughter and was told that they were only taking appointments. The next appointment was over 24hrs from when we arrived. Since when is an urgent care now appointment only?!?!

We rushed in with a toddler with a fever and cough. We were the last patients of the night and they never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Everyone from reception to the medical assistant to the doctor were patient and thorough and so good with my daughter.

This place is amazing. Having a sick kid is hard. Bringing them to a crowded waiting room on the weekends can be unbearable. This place is super clean, efficient, and friendly.

The waiting room was completely full- all of the children were coughing and sneezing openly, adults and children were either not wearing masks or wearing them improperly. The app waitlist wasn’t even utilized, poor management of time and the office was for sure a super spreader of whatever funk is going around not just COVID. If my child didn’t have COVID before she for sure has it after that doctor visit
