Was out of the soap I use. Third time in 4 months. Staff is really friendly though so that makes up for it.

I was treated so very bad that I want to speak to someone in charge and they didn’t want to take care of me. Pharmacist Indian guy or what ever he is was unprofessional. Walgreens treat the people better then yeah.

Why do you let people purchase regular items at the pharmacy register holding up the line.

Worst customer service of any cvs i have ever been to. I wouldnt step back in that store if I was dying of thirst & it was the only place that had water. Ive had better service at McDonalds 2min to close.

I buy my some of my stuff from here, they always have what you need, nice guys works there, the prices are little bit high but good quality

I was on the phone with someone expressing my concerns about a woman who did not update her info, therefore CVS keeps calling my cell and texting my cell. This so called proffesional that works at CVS hung up on my face! 😳🙆Oh I am not even from Springfield! THX!8/25/20

The pharmacy here is so unreliable prescriptions are never filled on time . Not to mention the terrible customer service Theres always a wait at the drop off center sorry didnt see you... Foh we made eye contact but you aint see me smh. Like I just wanna get the medicine and go is that to much to ask for ??

Rudest customer service and loss prevention associates...willing to bet they wouldnt give that attitude fr the other side of the counter

There is one lady who works the day shift as cashier and she can tend to be on the rude side. And there is one pharmacist that works overnights that I have had to complain about to CVS corp twice. These are the reasons for 3 stars.. On the other hand, there is a young man that said he is one of the front managers, and he is exceptionally nice and very helpful at finding things or anything else you may need. And the manager of the pharmacy (Paul) is extremely considerate and helpful when I had issues with that one pharmacist and he keeps a great staff because the rest of the pharmacists under his supervision have always been professional and provide excellent service

I was coming home late from a crazy busy day at work and as I was driving home from picking up my kids from the sitter (12 midnight), I realize I had only 1 bottle of water and No formula for my infant. Im terrified of leaving my children in the car unattended unless my 8 y/o (hes in Louisiana visiting) or husband (on a California business trip) is with them, so I started scrambling on how I was going to get formula for my infant for the night. This CVS was the closest 24 hour store to me. When I pulled in, I thought that there was no way I would leave my children for more than a minute with this location being oddly busy at 12:30AM. Too many people, too many chances that something horrible may happen. I took a chance and called this CVS to explain to them my situation and concern and asked for a huge favor in gathering two items for me (water and formula) so that I may run in to pay and run out. To my surprise, they accommodated!!! I am seriously forever grateful for the favor they were able to pull and even opened a register just for me to make a quick transaction. After the crazy day I had today, they made this mom so very happy. I cant thank them enough. They even remembered me! (There was a fire in their outside trash can and my husband and I caught it and notified them). I know baby Valin is thankful!

I give this place the benefit of the doubt a lot of times. My kids have been sick with the flu for the past two days I drop off my prescription they tell me won’t be ready till the next day and then I go the next day and the guy said the shipment wouldn’t be in until 12 so then I go around two or three for them to tell me they ran out I just feel like every time I go to this pharmacy I always have some difficulties with my prescriptions or receiving the medications specially for my children. I wait soo long and I think any parent would be very upset and feel the way I do when they have to deal with this I picked this place because it’s close by my home but it’s not worth the headache and sometimes the employees seem miserable not very comforting

Been going to cvs for years and love it but today 1/13/19 after 9pm i just got out of the Er with my son and went to wait for his antibiotics for my son and my goodness was everyone miserable in that pharmacy smh.they were almost annoyed that I was getting a prescription. If you don’t like your job, quit and get a new one. FRONT staff were very nice as always! 5 ⭐️ Stars for front staff only.

Only use this CVS because of location.Horrible customer service some of the worst employees for being the biggest pharmacy chain in the US they run out of medication . They are very inconsistent with their policies. Oh ya watch out for being falsely accused of shoplifting.

Nice store and being 24 hours is a plus

Routinely have to wait over an hour for medication. Its one thing if a bunch of people are waiting but if no one is waiting why tell me an hour. Then when i go back in an hour its not ready. Ill never understand, about to give up and go to Walgreens.

The pharmacy is always calling me. 2-3x a day saying rx is ready, asking if I want automatic refills. .. just stop. Once is enough.

The blister packs for medication sucks, the cards are too soft and the plastic comes apart so the meds fall out, need to change to a better quality card board.

They never have enough people at the counters giving people there prescriptions and there arent enough people being hired at the front of the pharmacy either. When Im in a rush I have to wait in a n unnecessary long line.

Nice place, but the employees followed me around as if I was a shoplifter and it bothered me a lot and I felt alienated by the employees, Im about to change to Walgreens pharmacy due to that.

Well the place is regular the day I went, the carpets were not clean and the counters were not clean and there were people at the entrance of the pharmacy asking for money and bothering people, fix that
