I wish google should provide 7 star rating so I can give 7 star to Dr Parag and staff and whole team at Sunshine Dental. Very clean and neat clinic with mindset to serve the patient. Always thinking and working in direction of best interest of patient.

I was in the area to attend a family event for a few days and I started feeling sensitivity in my teeth and thought I might need crowns. I scheduled an urgent appointment at Sunshine Dental. Dr Sehgal reassured me that there was no need for crowns and fillings would do just fine for now. I really liked how he explained everything in details and his approach to my condition. It’s been almost a month now and I don’t have sensitivity anymore. His staff is amazing as well and will make you feel right at home. I highly recommend!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and Dr. Parag did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. First of I would like to thanks Team Sunshine for treating my parents in emergency. My father was in deep pain . I had to rush him in emergency to Sunshine as no other clinic gave us emergency appointment . Got my father’s teeth removed and later on implants fixing done . Thanks team sunshine . This was my first time back since all the new protocols were put on place. The office has you wash your hands before entering and then has hand sanitizer and wipes available when you get into the waiting area. Exam areas are separated by plastic curtains. They even have clean and dirty pens that are sanitized between uses. I felt very safe and that my health and safety were very important to them. It was good to see everyones friendly faces-even behind masks!

I had a wonderful experience with them. Had a complex procedure done with minimum pain and with the help of a very polite and professional staff!

We Are not patients only money to themDentist is good but now all they care about is money last year spent 14,000 dollars and today after I paid them 360 Turn me away because I owe them 28 dollars after all the money spent . I had 2 implants 2 root canals . Before when they where small starting they actually cared about there patients now we are just customers we are me

New patient first visit. I was told I needed to complete some documents on my phone. I started the document and ran into the entries freezing on me. I thought I may be able to do them in the office manually and was told not so nicely that You have to complete them all on the phone before anyone can see you. I sat in the waiting room for over 50 minutes seeing many patients coming in after me with no waiting at all being called in. I had no contact at all during this time with any of the staff. My patient ran out and I decided to leave. I was referred by a good friend and am sorry this did not work out for me.

I had 3 appointments at this office so far.Service is great and the dentists work fast and efficiently. Its a nice office!

Im glad I recommended this dental office to my best mate, who stays near Longmeadow, and had an immense tooth ache after biting hard on a steak. Was always terrified of the dentist this man just made it 1000 times worse I will never go back to this place he was in such a rush he ripped out my tooth before the Novocain hit not only that when he ripped out my tooth he cracked the one that was in front of it and now I’m having major complications unbelievable did not listen to me when I asked him what was going on he know three words more than Jesus my gums in my jaw went numb when I arrived home 30 minutes later he did not give it time for the Novocain to kick in I had an anxiety attack I was dying in pain I might’ve had a stroke smh be careful if you’re going to this place

I had to go for a emergency dental appointment they took me right away and understand the circumstances they did amazing and helped in anyway to make me feel comfortable. I had some trouble with being given nitrous and (had nothing to do with them i have always had issues with sedatives ) but they extracted 4 teeth and the dentist did it as fast as he could and made me feel as comfortable as he could and the nurses were amazing! So kind understanding anf genuine! I would totally recommend them!

I needed to change my 10 year old daughters dentist from kool smiles, due to here catching strep throat there not once but twice. I chose sunshine dental because it is close to my home. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the office was and inside the dental area, everything was still wrapped in plastic until it was ready for use for my child. The staff at sunshine are very pleasant as well. I have also become a patient there. I recommend to anyone who looking for professional care.

On November 15 I had to go to the doctors cause I damage to tooth I had the best experience in my whole entire life that I’ve ever had with the dentist I had to have a listen to hold out the dentist had it out in less than a minute no pain all I felt was one pinch with the first initial needle but she numbed it up and gave me three needles and never felt the thing it was absolutely a wonderful experience I was already upset with some bad news that I had and his assistant and the doctor was very very very comforting they truly express love and affection the girls At the front desk are always very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this Dentis and his staff much love Margaret Charles thank you so very very much

I had to get a couple teeth pulled among other things the doctor was so professional and patient. He didnt want to hurt me made sure I was numb really good. Told my niece to come in on Tuesday to get teeth fixed. She calls an hour before her appointment to see if any paperwork needed to be done and they told her that they couldnt do them that day. If she hadnt called she would have wasted time and gas. Not very professional.

Very professional place. Never had a bad experience. Have had teeth pulled, never even felt the shot or had pain. I recommend sunshine dental to everyone. I also visited more than once well the A.C. was out and being fixed. Stuff happens that are out of anyones control. The staff did everything they could to make sure you were as comfortable as possible with fans and portable ac. I have since went back and everything is back to normal.

Great place! I visited Sunshine Dental for some dental work last month and Dr. Sehgal attended me. He is very personable and makes the patient feel extremely comfortable and calm- a characteristic much needed in a dentist. I left fully satisfied with the work and will recommend Sunshine Dental without any reservations. The attending staff is also great and so is the clinic environment. The doctor duo are doing their best to help patients in the area.

This is the third dentist my son has been to and by far they are the best. My son was seen on Friday the 1st, at their Boston Rd. location. They allowed us to be seen early because we had another appointment somewhere else. (which was great!) My son needed x-rays and fillings and hates them because everywhere else the process hurts. But, as he said, it was a breeze, I couldnt even feel it. The Doctor and nurse/staff were polite and my son had no complaints.I think they are worth giving a try.

I went in for a new patient appointment every one was super nice place was very clean only thing was by the time I left there I was soaking went with sweat they have no AC not sure how they can work in those conditions it was 80 yesterday I checked my phone in waiting area and it was 88 but other than that make sure u have water while u wait .

I got replaced all my teeth from Dr Sehgal, my full denture is supported by dental implants. My new denture feels and look better than my original teeth. I am 77 years of age but after the implants feel 20 - 25 years younger. Now I can relish and eat all types of nuts and non vegetarian food. My health is also improving. I had to visit frequently my dentist previously because of problems like pyorrhea, cavities, root-canal etc which use to affect my health. Now there is no such problem. My experience at Sunshine Clinic was amazing and I am extremely impressed with their professional and friendly service.

This is the best experience ever. I love this dental office. They educate their patients and treat them with respect.

They give me the earliest appointments when no one is here. Like today with the holiday they open a hour earlier. My appointment is for 9 so why is the door closed and the receptionist arrives a little after 9. This is the second time. Be professional and arrive 10 or even 5 mins before opening to get the place situated. Then they dont explain your costs just what the insurance covers and day of removal tells you of a high co-payment.It wont let me respond so i will here. If they were there 5 mins prior why was i outside in the cold and the worker driving up and unlocking the door outside with me. No need for your lying.

I thought this guy was a great dentist with all his certifications and school he went to but hes NOT!! I warn you people there are dentist that are only looking to make money Nd dont care about your teeth. HE TRIED TO SAY I NEEDED A ROUTE CANAL WHICH ARE ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE DENTAL PROCEDURES AND INSTEAD OF GOING TO GET IT DONE RIGHT AWAY LIKE MOST PEOPLE WOULD I WENT TO DOUBLE CHECK WITH ANOTHER DENTIST AND HE TOLD ME I ONLY NEEDED A FILLING. Watch out people and always double check! We only get one pair of teeth but i guess these dentist dont care so WE NEED TO CARE!

Brought my daughter in for treatment waiting time is to to long and on top of that the waiting area is about 100 degrees because they have no air conditioner when we finally get to the back the assistant was sweating so much it really turn my stomach. they are really working on patients when there sweat is coming down there faces and landing on my daughter face nasty I wish they would of told me they had no AC and I would of made the choice to stay or not . not acceptable I dont even know why they are seeing patients when its so nasty in there its sooooo HOT!!!! I Will not return there lack of responsibility is not acceptable feel bad for the staff the girls are walking around with ice packs no way !!!! will not return

A month or so ago, a piece of my tooth broke. The pain was bad but not unbearable. So I tried to act like I could deal with it, mainly because going to the dentist freaks me out. So a few weeks go by and at this point the pain is unbearable, nerves exposed and everything. I cant eat , drink or even breathe sometimes without serious pain, Ive had enough. All the while I was trying to work up the courage to just go get it pulled, reading all of the excellent reviews about this place. I walk in around 5:30 on a Friday afternoon, this isnt even my dentists office. I fill out the small amount of required forms to be seen. A few minutes later Im getting x-rays and about to start the process. So here we go, Id say it took maybe 10 minutes, NO PAIN at all. The dentist and his assistant were EXCELLENT, the reviews are real. I think my wife and I are seriously considering making this our regular dentist. I was so nervous about getting this done but I knew I had to. They took great care of me. If youre hesitant or reluctant about the dentist, try this place. Again, thank you.

Had all my teeth pulled for Dentures. Dentist and Asst very pleasent. I have been back multiple times for fittings and they always treat me great. Receptionist is also very pleasant to talk with.
