I had my very first appointment with them this morning and they are great! I arrived late and they still took Me and Janice was the ex-ray Tech and she told Me that She was booking out for cleaning’s for months! I really needed a cleaning and So while I was at the desk making another appointment Nyrma Managed to squeeze Me in! I love cleanings and was so excited! They were so nice and accommodating and Janice is excellent!!! The Doctor was thorough and very sweet! I am going back next week for a filling and I can’t wait! They make you feel at Home! Highly recommend this place!!

I went bcuz other Dentist offices were putting me off for over 30 days,and with nowhere to turn,but in overwhelming agony,I had to find somewhere that cared enough despite agendas.When I walked into the office,I was met by the Super polite receptionist and although I had no previous encounters with this Lady or the Dental office itself,itself, she seen my misery and agony,and had the strength of human kindness and got me an appointment with her boss IMMEDIATELY;For this I TRULLY Thank You Norma.I dont usually leave these type of things,but her kindness,plus her help stood out SO MUCH,I was the best I could do just to say thank you.If you ever go,look for Norma....shes the SWEETEST Person.....as was the Dentists assistant....Very Sweet Women these two.

I have a better smile than I have every had in my life. After a horrible experience with my familys dentist, I avoided seeing another for twenty years. Two years ago, one of my teeth broke and I had to find a dentist and I am so happy that I found Advance Dental. After dealing with my dental emergency, Dr. Joshi restored my trust in dentists and given me a smile I am comfortable and happy with. I recommend Advance to everyone and now that Im starting a family of my own, I want my sons to have the immensely positive experience I have had here. The entire staff is wonderful and I owe them a debt of gratitude for all their work and compassion.

It was so quick and easy to get an immediate appointment when I called. Great atmosphere as soon as I walked in. The receptionist was very helpful when I was having insurance issues. The dental assistant Emonee really made my experience as comfortable and calm as possible. I loved that the dentist offered options for me to choose from for paying. It’s usually difficult to get immediate appointments with dentist. Not with Advance Dental though. All around great experience for me.

The appointment was for my son. He was very nervous because of past experiences. He loved Janice the hygienist and said she did an awesome cleaning. He never felt his teeth so clean. Extremely professional. The staff and the doctors always had a smile on their face. If my teeth could talk they would be smiling to. In this go-go world the most I ever waited to be seen and was 10 minutes, and that was very rare.

Wow! All my life Ive been afraid of visiting the dentist due to my sensibility on my teeth, but this time it was different, it was so much better! March 11 decided to have my teeth cleaned she did such a great job and my teeth looked so good! It’s only been three months since my last cleaning but I’d like to drink red wine and we all know how bad it stains the teeth! Again I can’t think advance dental enough my teeth look fantastic can’t wait to see them again in three months!

I don’t like dentist but when my husband made an appointment here at Advance Dental I felt good. I felt welcomed. The staff totally took their time to explain to me everything that they were going to do. They fix every problem that I had with my mouth. And I can said this is my clinic. This is were I am going to stay.

I am usually someone who is terrified of needles and the dentist. For anything other than a routine cleaning I struggle to talk myself into going. This is the second time in several years that I have had to have injections for dental work. It was so painless and easy that I will have to find something else to be afraid of! The dentist is gentle, caring and attentive as are her staff.

I have almost always hated dental treatments probably like a lot of people. Since going to Advance Dental, my opinion has drastically changed! From the moment I walk in the door, I feel the warmth and kindness of the excellent young ladies at the front counter. They are always cheerful, accommodating and efficient. They put a smile on my face! This is unusual in this day. When I am taken into the office to see the doctor, I smile. Dr Joshi has been nothing short of exceptional. She is kind, compassionate and really cares about her patients. Her emphasis on excellence is heartfelt and made me feel like family. She explains in detail what procedures she will follow. She makes “going to the Dentist” a pleasant experience. Both the doctors are wonderful to work with. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I thank them both for all of the assistance per the years that they have given me.

I’ve received excellent service from Advanced Dental. Dr. Joshi & her assistants are thorough and attentive. All the staff I’ve experienced; hygienist, receptionists, are professional and welcoming. I look forward to coming to them for my dental needs.

They were fantastic. I had gone to this office for a long time when Ditto was there, but felt like his methods were outdated and at times, a bit of a hack job (who files down real teeth to make room for temporary implants?). I was hesitant to go back. But after almost 2 years without a cleaning I returned. The staff is fantastic now (its also awesome to see hijabi in the workplace, my partner is Muslim and was thrilled when I told her!). They really talked me through each step of the process. They showed me xrays of my cavity and told me how sipping my sugary tea throughout the day is way worse than just drinking it (not there words, but my analogy, I guess nursing it all day is more like marinating your teeth in sugar vs just rinsing them in it. Both are bad but one is way worse). We were able to avoid a root canal, thank goodness. They gave be very thorough advice (a Dr. with penmanship I can read? Hell yeah), told me what they were doing and why, and didnt ask me a thousand questions while their hands were in my mouth (a huge pet peeve of mine). Biggest for me, Im trans and so navigating places with my birth name is really unconformable because I dont look like that any more. When I corrected them, they switched to the right name and pronouns right away and were FANTASTIC. Definitely would recommend.

My appointment was very pleasing. My hygienist was wonderful informative and very accommodating! For as long as I can remember my cleanings were always done manually but this time a small drilling type of instrument was used. The hygienist was very gentle and gave me the opportunity to close my mouth a few times due to jaw discomfort. I am sorry I forgot her name but I do hope who ever reads this will let her know how pleased I was with her care. My appt took place on 8/18 /20 at 12:15 pm. As always Dr. Joshi was her wonderful self. Earlier in the year I had a problem with a tooth that previously had s a root canal sought treatment while in Fl. Dr. Joshi followed up did an X-ray and suggested I see endontist for treatment for remaining infection of tooth. As always Dr. Joshi offers needed intervention to prevent further problems. Dr. Joshi keep wearing your sparkly earrings I think they look great!

Im comforted knowing I will be well taken care of at Advance Dental. I found them to be an extremely professional and very friendly dental practice. I highly recommend them.

I went to this practice last week for my cleaning and exam. My hygienist Michele and Dr. Joshi were superb.. I have very sensitive teeth and it hurts a lot when I get my cleaning done. Dr. Joshi was so awesome I have a fear of needles and she helped me thru it literally by going very easy and rubbing in the anesthesia and waited a few minutes for it to set in and still her personality is great a great experience so I recommend advanced dental for all your dental needs!!!!

Dr Ditomassi, who was my dentist for decades, sold his practice to a female dentist a few years ago. Then he gradually began decreasing his work days at the practice down to 3 days per week. He is now only there on Fridays intermittently and has moved to Boston. He admitted to me in my last appointment with him that he will eventually not be working in this office anymore at all. The new dentist Dr Dito sold the practice to seems overly focused on cosmetic restoration, which I was not comfortable with. I have found a new dentist who uses state of the art equipment and techniques and who explains the treatment plan to you carefully, and am much happier.

I needed to find a new dentist in the Springfield area and i was referred to a building downtown across the post office with many dental offices. I checked a couple out, but Advance Dental really impressed me. They take the current insurance I have and the insurance ive been thinking of switching to. Both hygienists are very nice and knowledgeable, front desk is super nice and helpful, and Dr. Joshi is extremely intelligent and the work she did looks soo real. Looking forward to my next appointment and will be referring others to this dentist office!!

We have been going to Dr. Ditomassi ever since he took over from Dr. Weitz practice, a combined 49 years of excellent dental care. Hygienists too have been superb.

Call an make an emergency appointment for extreme pain due to broken tooth. Get seen late in day, dentist looks at xrays says I have exposed root but I cant have it taken care of for TWO days in a different office. That Ive never been to. Night before my appt I get a message saying they are canceling my appt since the dentist wont be in. I call them back and get a voice message. Still waiting on a phone call back. This office is ridiculous

I referred my mother to do to this dental place and it was the worse mistake. Dr.dito used to work there full time and now he’s not and that new female dentist is horrible. She didn’t even tell my father how many cavities she was going to fix before the procedure started and he walked out with paying like 300$. I thought you consult the patient first. She’s rude and unprofessional. Will never refer anyone here again.

The staff here is very friendly and informative, they’re very gentile too (makes going to the dentist way less nerve wracking)
