Hosted a 3rd birthday here for my son and staff was amazing! On top of everything and very accommodating as herding 20 children and signing waivers brings chaos. Each staff member was extremely helpful and waited on us no questions asked! We really enjoyed our time and are very appreciative of the crew that was there today!!

The staff earned 5 stars. They helped us with so much for our birthday party enjoyment! The only improvement I would have liked to see is the cleaning habits for keeping up with customers coming and going hourly. Great work, everyone!

We always have a wonderful time and treated with respect. Tyreke is always willing to assist us when we arrive he even remembers the children by name making us feel at home and part of the sky zone family. If I only bring a couple of the children he asks where are the rest of them. The children have a wonderful time thanks for hiring such a valuable asset to the company. Keep up the amazing job Tyreke dealing with all the children. We appreciate your patience and guidance. The staff in general are great but Tyreke makes us feel at home we look forward to seeing his smiling face

We had our sons birthday party here on Sunday and we have zero complaints! They were well prepared for our party of 50 and I couldnt have asked for a better day! The staff was excellent and accommodating!!

Toddler time is perfect for my little ones! No worries of bigger kids playing and running in to them accidentally. The staff was amazing and made sure everyone was following the rules and being safe.

Super clean place and very relaxed which was perfect my autistic daughters first time. Cheaper prices than going to the aquarium or the zoo and a lot more fun. We will definitely be back and we might possibly get a membership or even book a birthday party!

Tyreke was very helpful for us today! I was trying to book my sons birthday party and he did great being patient with me and explaining everything I needed to know. He’s definitely a 10/10 employee! Also, we had ordered 2 pizzas and only received one and he made sure we got our 2nd one in a timely manner and offered us drinks for the trouble.

I loved the fact that it was not crowded. Customer Service was great. The snack bar didnt have much, but Id assume thats due to COVID

I am a Marine Corps veteran with a child with disabilities. The staff treated my son with so much class!!!! I appreciate the manager and staff for all that they did. Salute!

I was there on a busy Saturday they had only one cashier working and the line was long. It took way to long to get through the line. There was a spot on one of the pads in the trampoline area that was torn and damaged when o landed on it a metal piece in it hurt my foot. I told an employee and showed her it. She was apologetic but no one did anything to block it off or fix it.

I had so much fun. Great price and clean park. The only issue we had was the temperature inside. It was warm when we walked in so we knew it was gonna be ridiculously hot while jumping! Consider turning the temp down or getting some fans and it would have helped a lot. Other than that, we had a blast and will come back.

The experience was fun. Beware when jumping. Each trampoline has its own sweet spots. If you miss it, expect to feel quite uncomfortable. There are several squares, instead of a giant trampoline. Good early, like when they open, for the best experience. 2 hours of jumping is overkill; 1 hour will suffice.

This place was nice but not as grand as I thought it would be. There was no obstacle course. There was a large jump area, a Slam dunk (basketball) area, two Dodgeball areas, and a foam pit. They do have a concessions area and an arcade, though it was small. I will probably go to a different trampoline park next time.

Took my son his friend and my 4 year old granddaughter. They had a blast. The energy they burned up and exercise they got was well worth the $$$We’ll definitely be returning!!

Signed up for 3 month summer special. Still being charged 5 months later. I have been calling for two days. Getting voicemails. Called corporate 3 times, 3 extensions-voicemail. Chose all options when I called location- voicemail. I don’t not want to resort to cancelling my card. I will leave a voicemail. I should not have had this issue to begin with

Was kinda dirty and bathroom floor slimy. No obstacle course or jumping wall just dodge ball and one small foam pit. Boooo

Reall fun o came here with 3 of my friends and we had a blast would recommend great staff all the staff were happy and full of energy

Was fun, definitely enjoyed myself with my bf. I believe the children I saw there were having fun as we’ll definitely a great place for a child’s birthday party or just teenagers who wanna hang out and have fun.

My family had a awesome time at Skyzone!!! Tyrique helped me get everything set up for my daughter’s birthday party and was amazingly supportive throughout our visit. Iyonna and Emma both stepped in and they all together made a great team. Tyrique had us set up the waivers online and it made things flow very smoothly as kids began to arrive. Super fun and easy birthday party I highly recommend.

Typical trampoline park. Has 2 dodge ball trampolines, 1 strictly jumping trampoline, 3 basketball hoops and 1 smaller trampoline with foam squares to jump into. Does have party rooms. No obstacle course.

As a single mother of 4 beautiful children, a trip out of the house to have fun and get some energy out is always needed. Ages 14, 11, 9, and 6... they all have a BLAST! Im 38 and even I have fun!This is also a great place to have your childs birthday party as they always have great group catering options and spacious event rooms to reserve. Needless to say, I will be coming back here!

We had a fantastic time tonight and the staff was incredibly helpful! It wasn’t crowded at all so my kids could practice their jumping without worrying about bumping into others. I hear it’s like that on week nights and we will certainly be back.At the end of our visit the GM chatted with me and let me know we could apply today’s visit to a monthly family pass. If you come twice a month or more than pays for itself. For rainy days or even ones where you’ve been outside and just need to burn some energy this place was great!

The experience itself was fun, but had made online reservations at that location only to find out it had been rerouted to another location. They couldnt cancel it so I had to call the other location and double pay.until it comes off my account. Lockers dont lock and only one trashcan for a building full of children. We did have fun but not the most pleasant experience

It is the best indoor trampoline park of all times. A whole lot of jumping really gets ur adrenaline pumping. Crazy but fun experience. I enjoyed it very much

One of the workers name Asheton recruited other kids to come attack me while playing dodgeball and I am now heading to the ER to get checked for a concussion after so many people were attacking me. After starting to cry because of being in so much pain he then went on to talk about my body in a disgusting way to two other patrons who then came and told me what he said. When I confronted him he lied in front of his manager and got sent home for the day. Would not recommend will not be going back.

We had an amazing time, they were very attentive and it was an awesome birthday party.

This was my first time at this establishment and location. This was by far one of the dirtiest public facilities I’ve been to EVER! The place literally smelled of corn chips! The staff was practically just there as placeholders, no rules were enforced at all! We definitely won’t be returning and will be sure to spread the words to others not to take their children to such a unclean facility either

Every one of the workers that I had interactions with were very willing to take time to help us. They were also willing to go the extra mile to provide the things that we needed. Our experience at sky zone was absolutely amazing!

This place is so fun. We went for my 12 year olds birthday and she brought her friend along. We jumped for the 2 hours (with lots of rest from me haha) my 1 and 4 year old also had a great time. Will be back!

They got rid of toddler time, so now big kids are there at the same time trampling over the little kids. The employees watching the trampolines just stand there spaced out not really supervising the kids. Do not recommend if you have small kids.

All of the employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is always clean and my toddler and baby have a blast!

Haven’t been for a few years, went today and the place has really gone down hill. No attendants making sure kids don’t kill each other in the foam pit. Absolutely no one wearing masks, kids with full smelly diapers. Would not recommend

This place is awesome!!! So much fun for all the kids and the staff is very attentive especially with keeping things clean and wiped down. Had a blast!!!

Hi. U guys need to fix the air quality under the foam pit. It is way to dangerous in the foam pit for kids to pass out from no air or DIE. This is not okay also u need to fix the hoops cause once they realize the cant do anything they will never come back cause of how bad the foam pits are. Snacks and drinks are way way way to expensive just unbelievable the price is way to much for how bad the facility is. You guys are great people but need to fix some stuff.

My kids had fun but I paid way to much money for a very unorganized party room I even had other people coming in my party thinking it was post to be there room.. they were kinda everywhere... they just need to be more organized with the party arrangements

Absolute wonderful place to visit. The workers are super chill, they play great music, it’s very safe, and you can have an absolute blast. Regardless of any age. 10/10 reccomend!!!

Unfortunately their policy doesn’t make customers wear masks when on the trampoline area. With so many people in close proximity it is a risk to anyone. I would’ve left 3 stars but the girl at the front desk told me “it’s not safe to jump with a mask on” so I had to leave before I lost anymore brain cells (not from the lack of oxygen but from her uneducated response). Anyways go at your own risk.

Great time. I suggest paying and completing waiver online so you don’t have to worry about doing it when you arrive.

All of the trampolines are mainly on one side so the seating is on the other to watch the little kids nice they burned off energy staff was very helpful and nice

Granddaughter had a great time bouncing and jumping. Great exercise for everyone. Was disappointed that lockers had no keys so we had to keep moving coats, purses etc. and keep watch on personal items for safe keeping. Then unfortunately some type of fight broke out amongst teens and 9 police cars, an ambulance and fire truck showed up. Needless to say we left half an hour early because of this.

Great time if you go early! Not a lot of people and perfect to jump as much as you want! Only downfall right now because of COVID no concessions 👎

Today was terrible, I waited for at least 15min before I had to actual search the entire place for a worker, just for her to come out and help the white men who had just walked up!!! I’m really disappointed and had to gain complete self control in this situation

Omg! We celebrated my nephews 10th birthday but I think I had more fun than he and his crew...(I got stuck in the pit & attacked by a bunch of kids, [I guess they thought it was funny😖], and they had to call a couple guys to pull me out 😭)... but I still had a blast...I cant wait to go back...

It’s a shame that COVID has ruined places such as this. The boys and I had fun but it was just the three of us. Thanks for being open

The only reason Im giving a 2 is because most of staff was friendly. There were only a few patrons wearing masks even though the website says they are required. When I questioned why only a couple of people had masks on they told me people arent required to wear them on the trampoline. I got no reply at all after I reminded them that the website said it is required and the current orders from the governor say the same thing. Corporate what is your reply?

Nice place. Only thing I didnt like was how they built the carpeted platform. A few other kids that were there were running to other side of the place and it felt like the floor was going to fall in. Lol other than that I was nice and polite people as well.

This place just isn’t what it use to be. It’s now very run down and dirty. The employees do not pay a single mind to what any one is doing. No rules enforced. Which made for an extremely chaotic and dangerous environment for the little ones jumping.

Let me tell you first off that this place is awesome and very fun but if you are like me and havent worked out in over a year and you eat McDonalds everyday and have no physical fitness in your life be prepared for being sore the next day. I recommend the DodgeBall its really fun. I give it 10 stars if I could, now if only I could get a wheelchair..

Its very good place to take the kids. There is plenty of space for kids inside. Price for and hour or for hour and half is very reasonable.

Went to Sky Zone the weekend of the 24th with family to celebrate a pre-birthday weekend for my son, and had a great time. The two young ladies (Ellie M. & Haley H.) were very kind and knowledgeable who checked us in, did a outstanding job bringing us up to snuff with the facilities since it was our first visit. This is a fun place to just check it out and jump around and burn off them calories. Also a great way to wear out them Goods. If you like a little bit of an overpriced experience but you have to do all the work this is a great place for you.

I took my family to sky zone for my son’s birthday while I was there their employee discuss their membership and told me I can cancel it at any time well there’s a clause to it you cannot cancel for Three months when I try to login a website that has nothing to do at sky zone my membership do not existSo I have to pay three months of $70 for something I cannot afford during a pandemic

This place is a mess, kids and adults running around using foul language, not following rules, fighting and $3 for water. Will not return!!
