Very polite and professional staff and doctors. The doctors at this facility are knowledgeable and informative. The facility is clean and the staff cheerful.

What a trash establishment. First they sent my perception to the wrong place, and then refused to make things right when I called. The girl Daisy gave me a lot of attitude and tried to act like it was my fault. Do yourselves a favor a find a different clinic. There are better choices.

I used to love this clinic until today!! Dr. Rex Porte and his nurse are the worse!!! I tried refilling a medication because I’m leaving the state for a family emergency and he refused to filled up my prescription 😡🤬

I found the staff to be super efficient and so kind. Dr Porte and Dr Rogers were amazing and so knowledgeable Very impressive!

Dr. Kendricks is one of the most caring and understanding Dr. In NWA he takes the time to explain every detail with you and provide you with the care needed he is part of my extended family and has a heart of gold

Dr. Bill Kendrick is a very good and caring doctor he has taken care of my parents for over 30 years. The staff is really friendly and nice. Like any other doctor office there is wait time. Some longer then others but that seems to be like that all over Northwest Arkansas at medical clinics.

I have been seeing Dr. Kendrick for over 20 years now and he is by far the best dr in NWA. He is very kind and helpful. He actually takes the time to listen to his patients and come up with a plan to take care of whatever problem you may be having. He’s not judgmental like some doctors can be. Also his office ladies and nurses are so friendly. I highly recommend Shiloh clinic to anyone in northwest Arkansas.

Terrible care provider by this office . They are judgemental and never follow up with me when I leave messages. Failed at filing the correct paper for over 3 months preventing me from receiving medication I needed. Very dissapointed in the management of this location.

David Focue, MD, was the worst doctor I have ever encountered in this country. He refuses to call Medicaid for prior authorizations for any drug to anybody. Do not go to him unless you need the littlest medical care possible. Hes the only Medicaid accepting doctor at this clinic. Save yourself the time any energy and just go to another doctor on the Medicaid list of providers.
