Northwest Family Westside is just that family.I am always greeted and welcomed! Belinda and Dionne do a wonderful job! They are the face of the clinic given that they are the first ones you see when you check in. They along with all nursing staff, lab staff and the doctor have treated me kindly and have always remained professional.Dr. Pope is an amazing doctor who truley listens and genuinely cares and it shows.If you are looking for that small town doctors office vibe with people who care come here!

The women at the front desk are very, very rude and I expected worse from the Dr. But he was quite the opposite Dr Kempson seemed like a very good man, willing to listen to my problems, and did everything he could to help me. It was my first visit and Ill be back to see him not the rude women at the front

Been having sinus issues for a while and decided to get in to see the doctor but they wouldn’t see me because I’m sick,which is the reason I’m wanting to see the doctor.If I were well I wouldn’t need to see him,this is the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard.

I love Dr. Pope we have seen him for years. The office staff is friendly. It has a small clinic feel.

Ive been seen here for years and never have had an issue. The doctors ive seen here are legitimately great listeners and understanding. Ive also never spent longer than an hour here, theyre wonderful.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pope since 2011. He is a great physician, very compassionate and knowledgeable. His nurses are also very kind and helpful.However, the front office staff have been horrible, condescending and hateful this entire time and seem to intentionally go out of their way to make scheduling appointments and checking in as difficult, cumbersome and prohibitive as they can. Most of the time I was out on hold for 30 minutes while trying to make appointments and then yelled at or hung up on when I told them I couldn’t wait that long to make appointments because I was working and didn’t want to be reprimanded at my job.The other day I called to make my last appointment for an annual medication refill before switching to a Mercy Primary Care Physician in the hopes their front office staff would be less difficult to work with...when the phone was answered by a very pleasant and helpful lady. I was genuinely shocked...and asked her if I had the wrong number because I was certain I’d never spoken to her before and been treated like a human being when I called the office in the past. She said she was part of the new scheduling department for the clinic. I thanked her profusely for being so kind and helpful instead of hateful and difficult to work with.My appointment is today and I am hoping to not have to deal with the old office staff at check-in. If they are still there I will be leaving this clinic despite the good care by Dr. Pope. If they have new office staff who know how to treat sick people, then I will happily remain a patient. We shall see...

When I lived her from 2012 to 2013 I used the clinic and Dr.Robert Wilson III & I had no problems with anyone. The front desk ladies were very nice & so were the nurses. We moved back here this year & I am going to Dr Wilson III again. He is an excellent dr who cares about his patients very much! I would recommend to anyone!

Ive been going here for over 26 years and highly recommend them. There is new staff running the front and they are polite and fast at check in. The doctors are amazing, especially Dr. Kempsted. I usually get an appt same day.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!♡

DIDNT SEEM TO CARE about relieving how much pain and misery I was in, just got SCOLDED (for lack of the better word) because I couldnt keep an appointment with a gyno (dont even need a gyno, need a urologist)! Also got SCOLDED for a dirty urine sample because I did it the wrong way, but was never told how to do it, guess I was sappose to remember with all the pain I was in. Left this place with NO RELIEF, didnt even listen to my ❤️! I ended up in the ER where I got lucky to finally get some help! I got DICYCLOMINE to help settle my stomach muscles and TRAMADOL for my pain. I left this this office feeling DEMEANED AND WORSE than when I walked in! WONT BE BACK!!! Thanx for the nearly $10,000.00 hospital bill Im gonna get!!!

Belinda one of the receptionist I have nothing nice to say about her. If they got rid of the front office staff I would give this place a little higher rating. Belinda seems to be an unhappy person at her job I will not deal with her the next time I need to check in. I hadn’t been to this clinic in a few years and I was considering to switch PCP due to issues with my current doctor but I am now having second thoughts!You want your practice to have higher markings then get a better front desk receptionist they are the first people see and the last~ when people are sick and aren’t feeling well they don’t need to be harassed and made to belittled your receptionist say a lot about a practice. Just sayin!

Love Joan (nurse practitioner). I cant hardly take their office personnel. Their billing department is the worst I have ever experienced. They always come up with something you didnt pay for while you were there. Got me the other day for a shot they said I didnt pay for in 2011.....its 2016! Are you kidding!!!!

If I could give them a lower rating I would. As soon as I walked in there was 3 receptionists talking to each other and was completely ignored(even though there was no one else waiting). I finally got the attention of Belinda who insisted I wear a face mask for the flu(understandable) she first ask me my name but was too worried about other stuff that she didnt even listened. She then asked me again so I said it again just for her to tell me not to yell at her(which I wasnt) so she finally pissed me off as she looked at me like I was attacking her dumbass while she ate peanut butter out of the jar right in front of me. The only reason I came to this damn place is because I couldnt get an appointment anywhere else. Not satisfied at all!!!

Terrible. Honestly the worst clinic Ive ever been to. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The receptionists are EXTREMELY rude!! I was told I couldnt get an appointment with Dr. Pope because he had never prescribed me the medicine I was needing. But when I explained that Dr. Pope was the one that signed all of my prescriptions, the receptionist yelled at me and said, youre not getting an appointment with him. She then hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The front staff is slow and rude, they need to replaced. Expect a long wait time just get checked in. The one star is for the front staff, the doctors and nurses are always great.

I called yesterday to make an appointment for my mother and was told that she was a Dr. Norths patient just because he saw her the last 7-8 times. My mother will go there with any Dr. So since Dr. North left for who knows what reason now they are NOT taking his patients. They couldnt see my mom in that clinic after soooo many years of going there. I also, try making at appointment for myself and was told I was last seeing by Dr. North that they couldnt give me an appointment there also. I told them It wasnt our fault that he saw us last time etc. That is RIDICULOUS!!! just because Dr. North left the clinic they are not going to see us there!!! NEVER REFERING THIS CLINIC EVER AGAIN!! Will tell the people I referred of this issued so they dont go there. Im glad Im not going there anymore because I found a better clinic!!! I give this clinic a 0 star...

I like the doctors, especially Joan. I had a horrible experience with one member of the front desk. She was so rude, and condescending. I will not be going back. She was awful.

Dont go by the hours that are listed on the door or on the answering machine. Apparently they leave after the last patient on the schedule. Which didnt work out when I was told by the nurse to return 36-72 hrs after, with no appointment to get a TB test checked. (36 hrs after, was Friday at 4:20 and everyone was gone).
