Dr Timothy A. Liette is fantastic. You may have to wait a little bit for an appointment if he is running late, but thats because he makes sure you are happy with the exam is willing to discuss anything without making you feel like you are wasting his time. He describes everything he does as hes doing it so you know what he is checking for and what he finds. Hes been my going to him for years since he started at Costco Optical (5 or 6 years?).

Eye doctor is very friendly and nice. He finger spelling while eyes exam. He gesture with me during eyes check. A man who work at the glasses, he’s also nice too. I am sooo blessing!

I have been using the Springdale Ohio Optical department for over 5 years now. 5 of us in the family and always satisfied with the exam and glasses and contacts.. They are always willing to adjust and repair the nose pads etc..

I left after waiting for 20 minutes and getting no clear answer as to how much longer I would have to wait to be seen.
