Our child was in Springwood for over 4 days and the only call we received was for money. We went to the hospital and threatened to take her out right then and there. A counselor came out and tried to talk with us about it in the lobby! No return calls from the doctors after 4 days until we told them we wanted her discharged at noon. 4 days in Springwoods and our daughter got a couple of group sessions and saw a doctor for 10 minutes. 4 days!! Find better care if you can afford it. We have no faith in the capabilities of this organization. They will outright mislead you, give you the runaround and take your money.
