I just love everyone at Brandon Eye Clinic. We’ve always been greeted with smiles, and it seems like the employees are genuinely happy people, who care about others. Ashley (who fits glasses) went above and beyond to help me...I didn’t think anything could be done with my son’s glasses. He has special needs and is very hard on everything. She looked him up and saw that his frames were still under warranty (11 months from purchase), so new ones will arrive in about a week and he’ll be all set for school. I think most places would look at that, see that we have an appointment a month away, and opt out of helping to increase profit$. She wasn’t aware that we always order glasses when his plan allows, whether we need them or not. Ashley just wanted to help. I also asked if she could look at my old Rx sunglasses. I didn’t buy them there & have never been seen at Brandon Eye Clinic, but she fixed me up good as new. I went ahead and made an appointment for next week for myself and plan on purchasing more glasses for us both. I’ll also encourage my husband to go in, even though his sister is an optometrist in Bartlesville. I just love giving business to good people with solid ethics. Thank you, Ashley and Brandon Eye Clinic. You all are good people that definitely have a heart for special needs kiddos and their families. I felt it the first time we came in and then I felt it yesterday.Also...the magnetic appointment reminder cards are so nice. Wow! I made an appointment based on several recommendations and was met with a super friendly and happy staff! I felt very welcome and received the most thorough exam I have had in many years. I visited a different doctor in November, and after several visits, my RX still wasnt right. Turns out, he was way off on my prism, so the team at Brandon Eye is replacing the lenses in my new-but-never-used glasses, and got me started on a good RX in contacts. I was very pleased with the entire staff and the warm environment. I highly recommend them for your vision needs. You will not be disappointed!

I didn’t have to wait; the clinic honored my appointment time. After a thorough exam, the doctor said I only needed reading glasses. I was offered a reasonably priced package, including lenses and frames, for $80, which could have been ready in about 20 minutes. I was also told I could try over the counter readers, and given the strength, and that if they didn’t work out for me, I could come back at any time, without an appointment, and get the readers made there. I chose the OTC readers, which are working well. I am very impressed with this clinic’s honesty and integrity. The last clinic I went to never would have done that. They were far too interested in selling me a pair of glasses that cost me over $500 after my vision insurance paid. Very impressive clinic that operates with a high level of integrity!

We moved almost 2 years ago about an hour away, but continue to come here because we love Dr Brandon! He not only does a thorough eye exam, but also treats us as friends or family.

Not a single employee was wearing a mask when I went inside the clinic, even when in very close contact with customers. This lack of concern for the well-being of their patients and customers was appalling.

I love Brandon Eye Clinic! My whole family has came to this clinic for years. The past couple years we’ve seen Dr. Taylor after our old eye doctor left the practice. We LOVE Dr.Taylor!! We’re a COMPLICATED family! We all have a genetic illness, and other comorbid conditions that can cause multiple eye and vision issues. Some of which can lead to blindness and vision loss. Dr. Taylor has taken great care of us! He’s worked with our Neurosurgeon to coordinate care and testing. He has caught abnormalities in our eyes at times before we noticed symptoms. The best thing I like about him is he LISTENS to his patients! When I recently complained of my glasses RX not being quite right he listened to me. He suggested I make an appt later in the day for a recheck. One of my illnesses causes muscle weakness therefore the eye weakness and double vision can get worse as the day goes on. When I did so yep I needed a little more correction. For me I was happy he listened so now I am able to see to do the embroidery and hand needle work I love to do! It’s a very old dying art. It makes me sad when I can’t see well enough to be able to do it. I am back to happily sewing, quilting, and doing my needlework again! I can read my medication bottles. No more squinting to read road signs when I drive. It’s so nice to be able to see both near & far with these progressive lenses. The new Toric multi focal contacts they offer are the cats meow too! Do try them! The best part is I can read a book now that is NOT large print or can be blown up large digitally. Nothing beats a paper book I can hold in my hands! Me being able to see it and properly read it. This makes my heart happy too. Thank you Dr. Taylor!!

Best Eye clinic I have been to in years. When I first called the front desk was quick to get me an appointment and was very informative about what to expect with my insurance. The office was very clean and has a high end style with a homey feel. Leslie was a gem. Dr. Taylor was very thorough and listened well to my specific concern. Heather was the bomb. She help me with my contacts and saved me some money! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends! Also, I can see again!!!!

Dr. Provence-Perry and her team are outstanding! She is genuinely interested in her patients and delivers care in a relaxed while efficient manner. She is interested in the whole person and not just his/her eye health. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Brandon and his team at the Brandon Eye Clinic are very straightforward with any questions or concerns. I have been going to their Eye Clinic for years and could not reccomend a better place. I noticed that they were one of the first Doctors office in the area that texted patients for appointments, which I greatly appreciated.

Nobody in the clinic was wearing a mask. They got angry when I asked why. I walked out. They either have no empathy or dont understand science.... either way they shouldnt be in a medical field.

Very pleasant staff, arrived just before appt time and had no wait, exam was thorough overall I would definitely recommend.

Always a pleasant experience. Front desk personnel are attentive and explain any insurance issues I may have. Staff is always timely and I enjoy my time with Dr. Brandon. I had some scratches on lenses I purchased last year, but am still within the year warranty period and they are going to replace the lenses!

Office staff was friendly and quick to serve.

Its a little more expensive than some places and my insurance didnt cover costs 100% but I got everything I needed and found some cute glass frames in my insurance budget. The office is super efficient and there are a lot of practices in place to keep us safe during the Covid-19 virus.

Although a spot wasnt open with Dr Brandon (who I normally go to), Dr Taylor did an amazing job. My long-time eye doctor retired, so I decided to find an office closer to home. Dr. Brandon and his team fit me in quickly and were professional and great fun to work with. I felt at home and well cared for. They even have a great selection of frames. Although, I miss Dr. Joe, I grateful to have found a great new eyecare family!

The Opticians are rude and seem to lack on training/knowledge. for as much as you pay for a pair of glasses here, I would expect them to have knowledgeable employees. I didnt see any Licenses or certifications for their opticians hanging on the wall like at most eye doctors offices I have been to...... big red flag.

As far as the doctors go I feel they deserve 5 stars. Especially Dr. Brandon. However it is also important to not just have good doctors but good staff members as well. Having a Good relationship with the office staff as just as important as having a Good relationship with the doctors. My mother who does not speak English and I have been going to this clinic 10+ years and have NEVER had an issue finding an interpreter for her. We all know we have a large Hispanic community in Springdale and they have provided my mother an interpreter even when I have gone myself to assist her. They have always been kind to ask if she needs an interpreter even when I am there. On December the 31st she had an apt that I could not take her to. She mentioned to me that the Hispanic girl at the front desk refused to interpret for her even when she asked the doctor for an interpreter. Initially when she went to check in she asked the woman if she would interpret for her and she told her NO. My mom then said that if she could not she would have to reschedule as she did not speak English. That staff member told her it was fine and she would reschedule the apt. I have worked in clinics before and feel it is not ok to treat a patient that way. A patient who was in the clinic said he would interpret for my mother but he had an apt as well so he was only able to do so for the first part. Once back with the doctor my mom asked for an interpreter thinking surely the doctor would not have an issue getting her front desk staff member who speaks Spanish to help. My mother waited in there and the tech finally came in and told her that they did not have an interpreter so they were going to cancel her apt. I would understand if they truly did not have anyone there who does not speak Spanish but they did and she refused to help. We are highly upset about this and I have called twice to speak to the manager and have been unsuccessful. Needless to say we are both going to discontinue our care there after 10+ years of being patients and it is not due to the doctors. It is all due to the employees who made my mother feel as if she was not worth their time. She feels highly discriminated against for not being able to speak English. If you or any of your friends or family do not speak English save yourself the time and embarrassment and find a facility with friendlier staff.

If I didn’t like Dr. Brandon so much, I’d never go back. Sales girls are overly pushy.Told one of them no less than 4 times I didn’t want anything special, just need some simple glasses to read. Tried to charge me for every single specialty coating there was. After arguing for nearly 30 minutes, I finally got the lenses I want. Did not appreciate the forcefulness.

For firing their *only licensed optician in their practice, simply because of a small scratch on their chair.

After 1st fitting, lenses made me dizzy. The person I spoke with worked hard to figure out what was wrong. Turns out I needed a different type of lense. They were ok then. Im not impressed with my frames though. Too light weight and fall off my face if I bend over.

My wife could not see out of one of her eyes for years. They gave her a series of glasses that coaxed that eye into working again. Great clinic.

Was overcharged $150.00. For my glasses and eye exam, was told they would send me a check in the mail. Every time I called, I was told its in the mail. Four months later still no refund. I would never go back to this place. Definitely wouldnt recommend it .
