The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Office is clean and has a home feel to it. This was our first time here and we are excited to call this our new family dentist office. Highly recommend!

Elise is the BEST! She makes sure you are comfortable and she is gentle while cleaning your teeth. Also, Dr Hankins listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand your treatment options. I can’t say enough about their customer service and genuine concern for your dental care.

Great experience! I got my smile back finally!! They worked out approval for the dental work with my insurance ahead of time. The staff was kind and explained everything as we went along!! I am very happy with my two front teeth!! Thank you Smile Center for work well done!!

Doctors are nice but the front desk people are not. I was gonna called to cancel my crown appointment. But this woman yelled at me and telling me why didnt I said sooner and if you want to cancel your appointment you have to come to office she said. She didnt even let me finished talking she just yelling. But I was gonna cancel my crown appointment and to do tooth extraction cause my tooth is hurt 😫. Anyway I went to office and front desk lady told me why didnt you cancel your appointment earlier this morning and I was like. What! Okay! You know what I came here to cancel all of my appointment.

Dr. Corey Nichols did some major work on my teeth and now I absolutely LOVE my smile! He and his fabulous team were so professional, precise, and gentle. If I could, I would give the Smile Center 10 stars!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The staff at the Smile Center are kind and they really took the time to talk with me about any procedures I was having. Dr. Hankins is extremely nice and patient, and continued to check on me, to make sure I was comfortable, while working on my fillings. I recommend them to anyone who is needing any dental work.

The office staff are very nice. The dentist was nice and informed me as to what needed to be done and even showed a picture of the tooth that needed work done on it. The dental hygienist was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Norwood is the best! She is warm, friendly, and doesn’t judge. They make accommodations for scardy cats like me.

I called to try to get an appointment scheduled, I newly moved down here and was looking for a new dentist, *Gloria* answered the phone she was very short with me, never made any effort to try to find an opening for me and just kept telling me there wasn’t any available times but never mentioned to me when there was any available time for me to come in, all I need to do was schedule a cleaning and then when I told her I was just going to call around and see if anyone else could get me in (I said this politely) she just hung up the phone, no “okay I’m sorry about that” or “have a good day goodbye” I’m sure the drs here are very good, but they should find someone kinder to answer their phones

Cherry is a very good hygienist. I have been going there for sometime now and only have my appointment with her unless shes not there.

Best place ever. I had an emergency and in the middle of COVID-19, the dentist was able to get the staff on the only day that worked for me. They were wonderful. Friendly and understanding. My pain was very minimal as far as home recovery goes.

Dr. NICHOLS Sr. Was my dentist for some time until he retired. Then his son Dr. Cory Nichols took over and I asked for him. Not only is he a kind, gentle dentist, he is so cute! As a matter of fact, all the dentist are handsome and kind! The staff is wonderful! The office is beautiful! I will go to them till I am no longer here on earth! If you are afraid of dentist, you wont be here! My husband Hates going to the dentist until he started seeing Dr. Nichols! Try it, youll like it!!!!!!

I had an appointment for my semiannual cleaning. My usual dental assistant had changed hours, so I had a substitute who was very pleasant, competent, and professional despite being left-handed (anyone left-handed I encounter in a dental office always brings to mind Casey Stengel - you could look it up!). Im also in the process of getting an implant, so Dr. Nichols checked my bone-growing progress. Going to the Smile Center has always been a pleasant experience for me.

I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a teenager. I had a bad experience and only went if I had to to get tooth removed. The staff and Dr. Corey Nicholes make you feel so comfertable. They understand if you have anxiety and take the time you need. They offer gas to calm you also which helps a lot and not all dentist do that. I have even been able to get my husband to start going to the dentist and he really likes them as well. And he cut braces off as a teenager. We will continue to go the The Smile Center. I have even gotten a partial plate denture and will not go anywhere else.

Great atmosphere! Have been coming to this place since I was 5, now I’m bringing my own children!Only thing-make sure they tell you the price before they begin doing ANYTHING! They told me they would do so when I called to schedule the appt and then never did while I was there.

I am scared to death of Dentists. The staff and my Dentist (well he is now!) quickly put me at my ease . And hard imagine made me feel at home .Then they quickly took care of my problem which was pulling my tooth and I hardly felt anything! Dont waste your (or your insurance) money here, They sold me a set of FLETCH teeth and told me that was all they could do for me ~ that was obvious. I went to Jay,Ok and got a top plate that fit in my mouth for 1/2 the money I spent at center

Our experience was a good one. Ivan is in a wheel chair and everyone has always and again today did they best to accomidate his needs.
