When I say this place took their time with me thats exactly what they did and made sure I was completely comfortable and knowledgeable about everything that was going on. I definitely recommend this place and very unsure of the bad reviews. From the doctor to the assistant to the front desk when you first walk in, my experience was great. I thank everyone at the office and will continue to come back for future dental care. Thank you thank you for everything.

Please do no to go to this strip mall dentist. Completely awful experience with high pressure sales tactics to upgrade cleaning when not necessary. My best friend is a dentist and was messaging him when they were giving me the pitch. He said it was absolutely not necessary to do the upgraded gum cleaning vs normal cleaning. I declined and they refused to move forward with the normal cleaning. I walked out. Felt completely uncomfortable. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

I was thinking about leaving zero stars but the ladies up front of the office are very caring! I don’t recommend Joy Aurthur! She rushes her work! Numb me serval times four rounds of numbing still couldn’t hit that area in my mouth to numbs that area to fill ... Was recovering from crazy swollen jaw and crazy sensitivity ! My statement is you need to know when to stop! Don’t rush the process!! She’s rushes everything and I had an unbalance bite!!!!! I have crazy sensitive teeth now on right side now I’m so upset:(

The office got me in so quickly due to a dental emergency! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to me and my newborn daughter! Dr. Arthur was amazing, had great bedside manner and overall the entire staff was so thorough and efficient! I am so glad I found this office to be my new family dentist!

In October I visited Springdale dentistry. I needed an estimated cost for getting my teeth pulled and dentures. I have never received this estimate. I then went after a refund of what I paid for the consultation. I was told the last of March, that the refund had been approved. Also the check would be sent to me the next week. 3 weeks later, no check!! I have emailed the office many times with no response. I’ve now been on hold with them for 20 minutes.

I saw Dr. Joseph, Maria, Shelby and others who I forgot their name... ! They got my teeth back into good health! They are amazing and will take good care of you. Always answers the phone quickly and are very nice. Can’t say enough good things. Keep up the good work.

Springdale modern office staff is exceptional!!! Everyone makes you feel welcomed! Maria took the time to show me all around the office and extremely knowledgeable of the practice! She loves what she does and it shows! ! Kelly and Bethany rock the front desk with cheery smiles! Highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service! Nobody returns your call, nobody is on the same page. Worst experience ever. I wish there was a zero rating to give them. The dentist was rude and inconsiderate the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Never never again

Dr. Dan and his staff are amazing. I would never go to another office. They took the time to really explain treatment, financials, and really got to know me. Dr. Dan really took the time to sit down and talked to us and not make us feel rushed. I would recommend everyone to see him.
