HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received my first cleaning over a month ago and my teeth still feel so clean! The entire staff is so kind and makes you feel right at home. Masha is incredible and explained the financials with such knowledge and expertise. I received my cleaning from Heidi and 10/10 would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Dr. Parham was so generous with his time, answering any questions I had. I felt very taken care of and I am excited to continue to use them in the future!

Overcharges and oversells unwanted procedures and products. A staff member told me the wrong price for a procedure ($20). After the procedure I was informed that it was much more ($70). I explained that I wouldnt have agreed to the procedure if it costs that much and it was unnecessary. They didnt budge. My husband and I will be looking for another dentist.

My last visit was for my regular teeth cleaning. Ramona has been my hygienist for years and is absolutely the best. She is thorough and compassionate. She knows I am the biggest dental work chicken and puts me at ease as she works.The office staff is very professional and has been very helpful on the phone with questions about my account and insurance issues. Dr. Parham was very professional and helped me feel at ease as he talked to me about future dental work.

Im at least 8 years behind in this department due to a conflict of interest maybe in my last dentist, but glad to have had this bunch recommended to me by a coworker! Totally awesome group of people here to take care of you! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with them before, during and after every appointment!!!

I am so happy to have finally found an amazing Dentist and office staff! My sister has been going there for years and has had nothing but great things to say so I decided to give it a try! It is one of the best patient based offices I have ever been in. All of the staff there are not only friendly and helpful but professional in how they treat their patients!

I have been going to Dr. Hanby for 25/26 years and have always appreciated the care and courtesy Ive received there. I have had cleaning by Ramona and Altra, fillings, caps, root canal, and extractions--all of which have helped me keep my teeth in good shape. Dr. Hanby has even taken care of me on the weekend in an emergency. I hate that he is leaving, but look forward to the same attention in the future.

Love these people. We have been with them since my kids were in elementary. They r about to graduate high school this year. They treat u like family. I really love these guys.

Great Service. They really care about their customers. I had to go to my 6 month appt with my 7 month old son because of scheduling conflicts within the family and they were more than accommodating. They even had one of the extra employees entertain him while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I was really impressed by their dedication to their practice.

I loved the friendly staff and quick service! I didnt have to wait long. I was made as comfortable as possible. And I actually dont dread my next visit!

Staff were very friendly but the service I receive from Dr Parham was poor, he didn’t told me I have a fracture on my back tooth and then after I visit them I start getting food trap between my back tooth, I told what happen and return another day and looks like he didn’t do anything.

It was painfree except the numbing shot. However, the sound of the drill seemed terribly loud. Their was an instrument for mapping my teeth for rhe crown that was new to me. Then I saw the image of my left teeth. It was like seeing teeth in a skull and that was freaky. I am glad the process for a crown no longer requires holding plaster in you mouth forever.
