I took my sick mother here. The doctor told us she had very low oxygen and DID NOT recommend telling us to go to ER. He told her she just had a virus and go home to rest and gave her stronger nausea meds. She died 7 days later at Sacred Heart from a MRSA infection. Dont go here if you love yourself or your family.

I needed to get in to see a doctor for a couple of different reasons today. I was recommended by CHAS to go to the urgent Care on Lidgerwood and Central. Im really glad I did. The wait time was low, which is always helpful. But the staff was amazing! From check-in all the way through the pharmacy, each person with whom I dealt was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was incredibly impressed with their customer/patient service. Id recommend it, even on a busy day if this is the high quality of professionalism that they are able to recruit and present. Nobody wants to have to go to urgent Care, but if you do have to, this is a great place to go.

I have never in my life seen, heard, or dealt with a higher level of unprofessionalism in the medical field. When circumstances change, and you have a room full of staff twiddling their thumbs and doing what appears to be nothing, they could be doing things. Updating patients, finding answers to questions instead of replying I dont know. When medical staff answers they dont know, it does not instill confidence in those that are caring for a hurt child.Other UC are far more prepared and organized than this place by leaps and bounds.

Got shuttled here by CHAZ clinic due to a simple ear problem. Came in before opening. Got redirected to my car and an impersonal phone call which Im now stuck on hold for even though theres no one else here.....just need to get seen and on with my day....

I went to Chas urgent care across from Holy Family for a sore throat and it almost cost me my life. My throat was burning and swollen mostly shut. I also had a fever. I was tested for strep and covid. Then I was told to go home and wait for test results and that it would take between 3 to 5 days. I begged for antibiotics and I was accused by the medical staff working on me of just wanting narcotics. After reading other reviews it appears that some of the staff view most of their low income patients as ADDICTS. I do not take pain meds and I didnt need any in the hospital. She sent me home to DIE. By the weekend I was rushed to valley medical with severe sepsis and a very slim chance of survival. I made it out alive however Im still on at home antibiotics. Im also out of work for a while. Shame on Chas for doing nothing. Even a referral would have been something. When I got out of the hospital I went back to chas to talk to the administrator. He said that there was not much that he could do other than talking to the staff member about the narcotics comments. He came out into the lobby to discuss my visit in front of other patients instead of taking me to an office. Pretty sure he was violating HIPAA laws. THIS COULD BE YOU IF YOU GO TO CHAS URGENT CARE ALONG WITH THOUSANDS IN HOSPITAL BILLS. Update I just got the final bill from the hospital just over $65000.

This was my second time being treated here and it was a great experience despite feeling ill. The front end staff was very nice. I saw Dr. Robinson this time for vertigo and he was pleasant and thorough. I dont remember who I saw previously for pleurisy but he was also great! Signing up for financial help was quick and easy as well. I would definitely recommend this clinic! Thank you for taking care of me!

I had my COVID-19 test done here and it was a good experience. They do it from your vehicle in the parking lot. Shout out to the blue haired girl for being SUPER upbeat when working with many sick people in Smokey, hot, weather.

I had a staff member tell me that even though I made an appointment it was essentially worthless and the wait was still an hour and a half long. If there’s no point in making an appointment versus walking in, take away the appointment option online. It sets the expectation that you’re going to be seen at the time your appointment is set. There are no warnings, notices or pop ups that inform the patient that they will be waiting just as long as walk-ins as you would with an appointment. Further, when questioning wait times staff becomes immediately rude. I’m sure they deal with upset people often so the immediate reaction is to aggressively shut down questions but that wasn’t the case with me when she jumped to being rude about her wait times. I won’t name names, but just because you’re in the medical profession, doesn’t mean you’re beyond customer service.

I almost died because of the poor quality of care here. I had the unfortunate experience of being seen by Lisa Kunz for excruciating pain and swelling in my pelvis. She declined to even do a pelvic exam because - and these were here exact words - she “didn’t feel like it.” She was rude, cold and completely dismissive of my symptoms and would NOT listen to me and wrote it off as a UTI and gave me some meds and sent me on my way. The next day I had to go to the ER because my symptoms got so much worse. The ER doctor told me if I had waited any longer to come in I could’ve died. I did NOT have a UTI and instead had a completely different issue that could have been easily identified if Lisa had actually done a pelvic exam. She also never even contacted me with the results of the labwork she did, even though she said she would. I am appalled at the lack of care I received and permanently traumatized from the experience I had and the amount of pain I was in. Do better, CHAS.

Had glass stuck in my foot for like 3 days. Tried another Urgent Care before that didnt accept me without an appointment. Was honestly highly stressed about going here because of how often Ive been dismissed by doctors. Waited an hour to be seen (COVID staff shortages and all) but they got the glass out and made sure that none was left in there! Well worth the wait to be able to put pressure on my foot as I walked out of there.

I dont even know which bad experience to tell you about worst urgent care/doctor ever everytime I have to come over here across from holy family hospital they have serious problems with either quality of care or keeping their own appointments,and FYI they sent me home last September with COVID-19 diagnosis IT WASNT COVID I ended up in the hospital three days later almost died because the infection I had was suffocating me they require appt. just for a COVID-19 test waited for 1.5 hours for a COVID-19 test after my appointment time that they missed - if they bill me for the virtual visit they failed to show up for Im gonna file a complaint with the BBB and they their administration which from passed experience is also a waist of time cause they just dont care when their staff screws up

Very nice waiting areas, very clean and most of the staff is amazingly kind!! Dr who seen my son was nice and did not make me feel rushed when asking questions and so forth. Only complaint would be I could not bring my other child into the room with us because of covid-19 restrictions!! Understandable but at the same time I feel more comfortable having both children near me.

This urgent care has become my “go to” spot for minor emergencies. Had my first experience there a couple of years ago when I cut the corner of my index finger off with a paper cutter. They were amazing. Have been several other times for small injuries and went today to dx and treat a massive number of insect bites. From front desk to the MA to physician and pharmacy it was top notch service. CHAS treats their patients like VIPs and the way in which the staff engages makes me think they are also treated very well. I love this organization’s mission and my multiple experiences at their urgent care as well as interactions that I’ve had with their team members in other community settings caused me to switch my primary care to CHAS last year. I’ve not once been disappointed. I also forgot my HSA debit card on my most recent visit and while I could have paid at time of visit it would have been a stretch and then I would have had to submit reimbursement paperwork. They said “don’t mess with that. We’ll just bill you and you can pay with your HSA debit online. That will be much less hassle for you.” How many other businesses try to make it less hassle? I’d give an extra star if that was possible.

This clinic is fantastic. I was treated with friendliness and proffesionalism. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all great. Thank u to them for helping me quickly and effectively.

I am a traveling nurse on assignment here in Spokane. Woke up with symptoms of a bladder infection. Called to check policy and was greeted by a very friendly person who welcomed me to come in for visit. Entire staff was just as welcoming and friendly, Dr Baker was very thorough and explained medications and what to expect. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent care. In and out in less than 45 minutes! Getting medications in same facility is the added bonus!

Dont come here if you have any medical needs! Sprained my leg... me vs horse. I came here as a walk-in, because after a few days of resting my leg, it still hurt. I walked in, limped in really, the lady at the door asked me what was wrong. I told her that my leg was hurt, and it still hurts.You wont believe what she told me.Because sore muscles are a symptom of covid, I have to wait in my car to be tested!Then I am told that they are only seeing children! And to call back in 30-40 minutes!You guys have got to be kidding me!Long story short, arrived around 2:40pm-3pmI left to go to another clinic at 4:30pm.Thank you for nothing!

I saw Lindsay today. Waited in lobby for two hours. Then pawned off on someone upstairs, whos medical advice was to breath.I was called at home by their clinic admin who told me that theyre sorry they couldnt help me, and todays visit would be a no charge.Complete waste of time. No help at all.

Got there an hour before they closed and was turned away, I wouldnt take my ugly dog to these lames, if there was a chance he would live he would die because they turn you away with an hour left to work, thats not a health care establishment as far as Im concerned. I received top notch care. Due to working nights I went in an hour prior to closing time. I was concerned Id my care would be minimal and rushed. The doctor was very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. I was relieved to get a doctor that heard my concerns and ordered labs/procedure to get a diagnosis. A perfect example of how ALL care should be.

This is by far the worst urgent care experience that I’ve had in Spokane. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and tried to tell me that the service I needed wasn’t something that Chas offered, even though I had called the day before and was told that they offered the service I needed. I was then rudely dismissed and told to talk to the woman working the door taking temps and screening patients where I could access the service I needed since this location “doesn’t do those kinds of things”. When I finally explained what I had come into the urgent care for, the woman working the front door was able to get me scheduled into the system and seen.When I was finally called back and seen, I encountered another issue with this urgent care: rude and inconsiderate doctors. The doctor I saw today acted as though she didn’t want to be there and I had to explain four times what I had come in to be seen about. I would never recommend this urgent care to anyone unless you enjoy being treated poorly. The staff treats patients like they don’t know what they’re talking about and almost all the staff working there are sitting around on their phones rather than actually helping people.

The reservation system is convenient and worked perfectly. The care was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. The attitude of everyone there was relaxed and fun yet professional.

Had to leave work for two hours to run to urgent care, i was suffering a severe uti and couldnt work properly. I knew exactly what it was because i get them so easily no matter what i do to prevent it. I told the doctor this but he kind of insisted that it was kidney stones. I somehow convinced him it was a uti and perscribed me medicine. It seemed to slowly be working but then i got a call from a nurse saying after further testing they couldnt tell if it was a uti. I came in even though its extremely hard to find time to get off work to come in and did more testing. The same doctor said it was a yeast infection even though i had no symptoms of a yeast infection. I told him that it couldnt be and he even was confused too but still prescribed me for a yeast infection..sigh more medication and more time wasted because after more testing I got a call and said it wasnt a yeast infection but a UTI and said to come back and get my new prescription. So four different medications in one week and multiple trips to urgent care? Its really exhausting. Ive never had this happen to my prior visits.

Ive never had an issue with this urgent care until recently. They use to be so good with letting you know how long itll be and peeking their heads in and letting you know whats going on with updates. I sat in my room for 45 minutes with no response and had to come out of my room and ask myself what was going on for them to tell me it was lunch and they were short a provider. No prior notice of this was ever mentioned. The doc came in and took not even 5 minutes to tell me what was wrong and what was gonna happen. But once she left the room it took them again more than 20 minutes to tell me anything and again I had to come out of my room and ask. At to top it all off the girl who answered me was very rude. I love this urgent care but this really changed my mind about them.

The doctor here is a real lifesaver, I needed help and he was fast and knowledgeable. He remembered what I told him the week prior even after seeing who knows how many patients. The nurses are comforting, the receptionists are warm, and they make you feel like they care. There’s not a lot of people who care anymore.

Normally feel like dont belong when go there, like an afterthought . But 2day got very good svc; tho as usual they strongly recommended the Test, they were very thorough in explaining WHY they recommended it. Was given good meds so can breathe now, & staff was friendly.

I’ve been here for all of 2 experiences (although the second experience was 2 visits in 2 days) - both experiences were 2 years apart. The treatment I received has been entirely appalling.I wouldn’t want anybody to be put through the risk of coming here, please be cautious.

It took me about two hours with an appointment to get all done, and I also got an x-ray. All staff were kind, excellent listeners, and had a sense of humor. My appointment was able to be made same day, and honestly 2 hours in and out for urgent care is pretty darn fast in my experience, but they kept apologizing for all the long wait times.Awesome place with people who care and are there for your health.

I had a wonderful experience here. The gals at the front desk were kind and helpful. The nurse was efficient. The doctor explained things very well and made helpful suggestions. The pharmacists were eager to answer my questions. I would recommend this location to anyone!

This is the absolute worst clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. I scheduled an appointment online and came in with an ear ache. Because the ear ache I’ve felt dizzy, so they forced me to wait outside in 35 degree weather for 30 mins.... All while an extremely rude staff member of theirs demanded that I have whoever dropped me off here, come back if I’m cold.... Then proceeded to yell across the parking lot that I have soooo many symptoms that I probably have Covid! And told me I need to wait for someone to come get me when it’s my turn.... it’s now 5:30pm and it should have been my turn at 5pm since it was scheduled but I’m still currently outside freezing with an ear ache... I asked to make a complaint against that woman.Update: Once I finally got to see the doctor, she was nice but still a terrible experience before getting to speak with her. I almost left.

I had a terrible sore throat and I had already gone up to Chas on Maple and had been tested for Covid19-and that came back negative. I was glad about that but was feeling unwell still. My doctor’s office recommended I go to this urgent care. The doctor and staff were attentive and very kind. The doctor decided to test me for strep throat, & if that came back negative he was going to test me for vitamin deficiency. Very thorough. The strep test came back positive for strep. He filled my antibiotic for me at the pharmacy right there which was quick and fair priced. I recommend this place based on my experience with them today.

My dog and I were just attacked by a dog about 20 minutes before I arrived for care of my nasty, ripped/ torn and punctured skin. Bleeding everywhere and it didnt phase them! I was so embarrassed by the mess and they were so kind. Top-notch service! The folks were so awesome! Very kind and genuine! Swift service to be seen and very polite and truly cared about my situation. Hands down, the best Ive ever been too in all my years! Cannot thank you enough for all the assistance. The attack was truly scary and very brutal. All of the wonderful people here at the Spokane Urgent Care were respectful and so awesome. They even showed genuine concern for how my dog was doing! I cannot say enough- truly a great experience, even with all my puntcure wounds. I am eternally grateful! Many thanks!

100% My heroes! Every time I need them they are always amazing. I never get referred somewhere else and they always fix my issues. I have used them for everything from lacerations to ear infections and would highly recommend them. Especially now when I cant get in with my regular provider until who knows when.

Waited a long time without help. Stayed in my room until lights went out. Went to car to tell my spouse that it would be a while. When I came back in the nurse said I need to re-check in, and I would be at the bottom of the wait list. It was not busy, and I think I was one of few patients.

They didnt even order the test I came in asking for, and lied about another result I know for a fact that they did because after they called I woke up and decided to go to Providence Holy Family ER to double check and since the test I wanted didnt get done by urgent care and I needed to know. So Providence did the test and I was told it was negative. Technically our insurance is paying you so why not do your job?

I would estimate that half or more of my visits here are unsatisfactory. I would advise you to clear your schedule because youll be waiting to be seen for hours. The ladies at the front desk gossiped loudly about other patients for all to hear, which I find annoying and very unprofessional. The medical assistants are kind most of the time, as are the doctors. But there is always this sense of being rushed out the door.

The wait was shorter than anticipated and the doctor who saw me was amazing and very understanding of my pains. She gave me great advice and I feel like I was actually heard and helped! Thank you!

I have visited Spokane urgent care North on several occasions. Each and every experience has been amazing. The staff is all extremely nice, and helpful. I am always in and out quickly. Having the pharmacy right there is extremely helpful as well. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of quick medical care. Thank you for making it a very pleasant experience.

I went here because of extreme pain in my abdomen. Everyone in this place was so nice and helpful. They didnt hesitate to help me with the paperwork and ran the tests needed in a timely manner. They did more for me than they ever did in California. I will be forever grateful to them.

They advertise free covid tests but what they dont tell you is you need to pay for an office visit to do a video visit to get an appointment. Sounds a bit like a bait and switch to me.

Great place to get your young child checked out for non emergent cold/flu symptoms. We set out appointment online, seen at the scheduled time, and treated extremely well. My child was prescribed appropriate medication, which was dispensed quickly and we were given aftercare information that is easy to understand. Total wait and visit time: 30 minutes.

Went in to get a free test for the virus and the staff was absolutely amazing. So nice and reassuring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I took my daughter in because she shoved a googly eye up her nose. Both the MA and Nurse Practitioner were amazing! You could tell they genuinely cared about my daughter and were able to keep her so entertained and happy she hardly noticed she was getting something taken out of her nose. I love this urgent care. And don’t waste my time anywhere else!

Left me waiting in room for 45 minutes for no reason, just forgot about patient! Already was seen by doctor and diagnosed- horrible! Avoid at all costs! I used your check in process - read the review! YOUR DISSIMISIVE AND RUDE RESPONSE DOESNT HELP!! I WAS ALREADY SEEN BY THE DOCTOR AND in patient room. UR NURSES AND STAFF WERE ALL SITTITING AROUND AND LEFT ME IN A ROOM JUST BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY DISCHARGE PAPERS. I THEN WALK OUT OF ROOM FOR THEM TO ask them to leave and they say I AM NOT DISCHARGED YET , Then WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES, WALK OUT AGAIN THEN THEY HAND ME MY PAPERWORK AND I LEAVE. HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS, They could have cared less that I was left in a room for over an hour when I told three different people I had to leave and doctor had already seen me! Horrible, old medical equipment , old dirty office, AVOID

More than pleased with the quality and efficiency of the care and staff here! The online reservation makes check-in a breeze and we are called to exam within minutes of arriving. The process is so fluid!Unfortunately, I have had to make several visits with my young kiddos this year...Fortunately, thanks to the staff at Spokane Urgent Care, every one of them has been pleasant! Thorough care in-office and printed aftercare information, time given to answer all my questions, pharmacy on-site...I am one happy mama. Thank you so much for being available in our community! 😊

Fastest service I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care facility. Convenient that you can “sign in” online prior to arrival. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly, professional and prompt. I would recommend this clinic to any and everyone who is needing medical care.

Both my Primary Doctor and my Pain doctor had dismissed my symptoms I have been having over the last 2 months and kept trying to tell me what I was feeling was medication related. BUT IT WASNT! Turned out I have 3 separate infections that were making me sick. So a HUGE, HUGE thank you to Dr. Elizabeth Smith for ACTUALLY listening to a patient. More doctors like you are needed in this world. You have been the ONLY doctor in the last 4 years that has NOT treated me like a pill seeking junkie! I am VERY GRATEFUL!

I’ve been in the waiting room with my two year old for 2 hours and when asked when I would be called was responded with there another person in front of me that I had checked in before. Then they called two petiole before me.

This place is awesome! Ive been here 3 times and Ive always been in and out in under 20 minutes! Everyone here is super nice, which makes it a comfortable environment.

Hurt my back very bad. They were great got me in and got an xray found out I pulled all my core muscles and gave me great after care. Very helpful and respectful I highly recommend them.

I went to urgent care to get COVID testing done yesterday Monday October 19 around 4pm and normally I get horrible service from there but I actually was very pleased with my visit and wish the lady’s who helped me where there everyday!

Overall it wasnt bad. They got me in quickly and the staff was very nice! However, I went in for my eye and the doctor acted very scattered and she made me feel very anxious about the overall appt. She didnt know how to use the eye equipment and she had to ask someone to help her. I understand urgent care doesnt particularly focus on eyes and they were just trying to do the best they could but it was still pretty sketchy

The provider Brandie Tilch- Bryant is awesome and amazing. She had the forsight to check my little guy for pneumonia and then treated him accordingly for bronchitis and potentially pneumonia symptoms. She listens to me and my concerns and then acts on the best diagnosis. Thank you Brandie for the most awesome care for my little one. You Rock!!

In 12-15 visits, the staff has always been very curtious and helpful. With the exception of once or twice, I also have never had to wait more than an hour and fifteen minutes. It sure beats the wait at the hospital.

My daughter (toddler age) and I had to go in together. Our process all together was about an hour (from check in to out). I also had a prescription to fill which was no more than 10 min. Once we walked in, we were non stopped cared for. The staff was very cordial and the quality of care we received was pleasantly surprising. It was the best urgent care visit Ive had.

Im so glad we visited. They were kind and so helpful and got my son signed up for apple health in like five minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Every time I go in here there as quick as possible. The doctors really listen to you and are super friendly..as is the rest of their staff...love the care at this facility.

I am not happy! The dr I saw for a sinus infection in Feb prescribed to me antibiotics and told me to wait 5 days before filling them. I started to feel somewhat better. I went in again just today and he told me the same thing. I feel like he just didnt care, that I was more of a nuisance. I told him that i started to feel better for about 3 weeks and the infection came back with a vengeance. The only thing he said was that it proved him right. He was more concerned about being right than he was my health. VERY unpleasant experience!

This happened several weeks ago but I’ve been persuaded by friends to post my experience because of how I was treated. I went in with severe stomach pain and vomiting and was seen by Lisa. She felt around where my stomach pain was, took about six steps back from me, crossed her arms and said “That’s where your liver is and without knowing your drug use history or what drugs you currently use, I can’t help you.” I quickly responded “I don’t use drugs, hell I don’t even drink!” She seriously gave me a look like I was full of it. I don’t know what kind of practice it is to assume anyone with stomach pain must be some kind of addict but that’s not exactly the way I expected to be treated by anyone.

I went to get an ok to return to work note because I called out sick. From the first contact with the scheduling desk they were friendly, professional and efficient. I was alerted to a problem with my insurance and informed of my cost for visit as I asked. Even though the board said there was a 2 hour wait I was triaged very quickly and only waited to be seen by the Dr. The Dr. Listened to me, did an exam and told me what I could do for my symptoms including what I could eat to help replace the potassium I lost by being sick. He did not just hand me a prescription. The Dr. Also upon seeing that my blood pressure was high during this visit enquired on my history with blood pressure over the last couple years and suggested I might want to start a blood pressure medication. He did not push but gave me the choice to do it then and there or to follow up with my primary care Dr. I felt respected and listened to during my appt and not rushed in and out even though they had a very full clinic. I will definitely continue to bring my family to this clinic in the future and recommend them to friends etc.

Every step of my care today was handled in a quick, efficient & friendly manner. I called ahead and was told wait times were approximately 25 minutes, which I greatly appreciated knowing ahead of time. I actually waited less than 10 minutes and was seen by the nurse practitioner within 5 minutes of being taken to a room. From the time I arrived to the time I was walking out the door with my prescriptions in hand, I was there for under an hour. I will most certainly return for any of my urgent care needs in the future!

I was a walk-in patient. My wait was over 2 hours. I found every person from reception to initial assesment nurse to pharmacy to be very patient & kind. The doctor was exceptional. The center was packed & so busy, therefore, I dont think an over 2 hour wait for a walk-in was excessive. Because Ive never been there & did not call ahead to inquire, I did not know that I could have checked in online & arrived when it was closer to my turn. This is no fault of the staff. I could have looked online & gotten that info.I am very pleased with my visit & the services provided.Thank you

My visit today couldnt have gone any better. The staff runs like a well oiled machine. They were quick and thorough and that is really hard to find especially in an urgent care. I saw David Hornby. He thoroughly explained everything to me and left no questions unanswered, but he great staff backing him up as well. I checked in online at 1:02, and left at 2:06 with everything taken care of, including my meds from the pharmacy. The dental clinic on maple street could learn something from them. They are the exact opposite. I mean i was really impressed!! They all seemed to like their jobs and each other and they make you feel welcome, and like they are there to help you.

This place is awesome! They care & they are fast to get you back to healthy. I have had mass problems with Chas at Maple taking me off of needed prescriptions, or not wanting to refill prescriptions. But this place has healed me more than once. The most recent was when the Maple clinic took me off of my diabetic meds. I came here testing at almost 500. Im very thankful for Spokane Urgent Care. Having a 1 yr old sit in the car and wait for the doctor isnt fun but the staff at Chas did everything they could to see my baby as fast as they could considering their busy schedule. Thanks you guys!

They are always upbeat and very polite. Providers are thorough and knowledgeable. The in-house pharmacy makes it a complete service.

I like every mother wanted the best care for my daughter when we went into urgent care today. They were professional and supper nice!

I had a sore throat, severe difficulty swallowing. Dr looked for 10 seconds and said, yup, looks like a cold. Give it a week and you should be fine. Next day it was worse so I went to the ER. I had an abscess on my tonsil. It was pretty easy to see looking in my mouth. Only an incompetent doctor shouldve missed it. Will never go here again.

I always take my kids here when they are sick. Fast friendly service and the online option to check in is very convenient and easy to use! The nurses and doctors always listen and takes care of my children!

Today I went in, after reserving my place online, and was seen promptly. I prayed for a thorough doctor and sure enough Dr. Hornby was thorough and friendly, taking my symptoms seriously and making sure we were 100% sure it wasn’t the flu that was giving me a fever anymore. We found out I have pneumonia. Praise God for doctors who take their time and show care for their patients.

We have been unfortunate enough to be here 2 days in a row. The care was amazing though.I have a son with a weak immune system and I wound up really sick. I wanted to get a flu test. That way I could get my son on preventative medicine if it was indeed the flu. My flu test was positive.I tried to get ahold of our pediatrician today for Tamiflu for my son, but he’s really busy. My son started feeling really sick so I brought him in. They did a flu test and sadly it was positive on him too.They did a good job taking care of us, and my son got started on Tamiflu.

Terrible staff and customer service. Had a lab sample sent out and came back invalid staff failed to contact me. Honestly, go anywhere else but here. They put the medical system to shame.

I liked how I was treated. Went in for a toothache. The receptionist was really friendly and I didnt have to wait too long to be seen. The doctor wasnt in a hurry he took his time and helped me out with medicine. I was really surprised for a walk in clinic how friendly and how helpful the staff were. I really liked that place.

Erika is an absolute gem. Ive had to go there twice, and I saw her each time. Each time Its been quick and everyone has been increibly kind. Especially with online check in.Honestly though, a very amazing experience; and Erika deserves a serious raise.
