Why can’t I use Molina dental anywhere else other than Chas or apple dental? Even when you pay for Molina you still have to go to these only 2 places. I would love to go to a private dentist so they can treat me like family not Chas where they are so many people you don’t feel like family there! Come on Molina! Please open your services to other dentists so we all don’t have to overcrowd the only few dentist that only allows Molina geez!!

The member services agent I spoke with, Rosa, was very rude. There would be dead air after I gave information she asked for and no cue to continue giving her information, so I would just wait until I knew she was ready for whatever was next. Instead of asking me for the next bit of information, she would very rudely state what was needed next. I understand working customer service is hard, especially in times like these and Im sure my phone was cutting out which probably made it that much more annoying, but I was very nice to her and apologized and tried to make the conversation as efficient as possible as to not waste her, or my time. I have had nothing but good experiences with Molina, but this left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Its okay to be nice to the people youre talking to! 4 stars for Molina itself, 2 stars for Molinas customer service.

Monlina is the worse insurance my son needs a mri on his spine and they deny it they said the Monlina dr. Said he needs physical therapy he all ready done that and had back shots and was referred to a back surgeon. They want an up to date MRI so the surgeon can see him he has a very bad back. I so would love for them to be on there insurance and see how they get screwed oh wait they wouldnt.

I have had my share of difficulties with insurance and medical transactions. That being said, coming from a medical and insurance background, Molina Healthcare has always done their best to help. They have given me good customer service, helped me to resolve any issues, helped me find quality care providers, and I have had minimal issues with getting my treatments paid for. Any insurance is going to be confusing and can be a hassle. Molina is above par with their dedication, ownership and customer service I have experienced. Molina has a wide network of professionals to choose from so I never have a problem getting the care my daughter and I need, and that is why I keep going back.

Got a letter that said my credit card payment for premiums didnt go through, then in caps it said to PAY IMMEDIATELY so as not to lose coverage. So I did. Then I discovered they ran the charge through again after they sent the letter and it went through. Letter was dated 12/27 I got it 1/6 - Im sure it wasnt the post office that took so long. So I will pay twice in January unless they stop the second payment. Easy thing to fix you would think but for two days I have tried to send them information on their site but it continually comes back with a sorry we cant process this request right now try later error. I have also been on hold for over 30 minutes for two days in a row trying to talk to a human. Their customer services is abominable.

I never recieved a pharmacy catalogue or my work at home exercise video. When Molina called to see if i received every thing. I told them I hadnt. I also informed them that I was staying at my nieces during the pandemic and gave them the address so they could send it to her home where I was. To this day I still havent received it. I am definently not happy and disappointed.

Honestly Im not surprised that this place has overwhelming negative reviews. Having Molina insurance itself seems to be terrible. I cant even get into a highly rated dentist office due to having their insurance and the only places that would accept Molina aside from free clinics are places that have very low google reviews (i.e. scraping the bottom of the barrel) and having Molina itself seems to come with some kind of stigma as I told one dentist office that I had Molina and they instantly rejected me and said I should try CHAS, like Im a homeless bum living off the streets and surviving off of dumpster scraps just because I have state insurance. If you have the money I emplore you to get real insurance.

It has been about a month since I sent my prescription to the Pharmacy and Molina has yet to approve the coverage. They have given me the run around and frankly I have had it. These are necessary medications that I havent had in almost a month. My body is suffering..

I dont even know where to start. I will just start with the simplest of things that a medical insurance company could be asked to provide to one of its customers. The medical ID card. I have been asking for an updated ID card with correct information for 4 months and still have nothing. Why am I complaining about an ID card? Because if a medical company cant handle the simple things, how in the hell are they going to manage your healthcare? As stated above I have been trying to get an ID card with the MY doctor information on it since October. They cant even manage to provide a new card for the year let alone to make sure things such as doctors information are accurate. I have asked for this card at least 4 times and have been assured that it will be sent. Yet at this point I trust my local weather forecaster more than I do Molina Healthcare of Washington. I was told by one of my doctors that they were waiting on a pre-approval for a procedure on my back and all I could do is laugh and tell them to pack a lunch cause they are in it for the long haul. Things to think about when you spend money on what you think is medical insurance. Only timely thing Molina has done since my enrollment is to make sure my monthly payment is taken out, and they havent missed a beat on that yet. Go figure.

Let me start by apologizing for the fact that my star rating is inaccurate; unfortunately, the Google star rating system forces you to give a minimum of one star. I had intended to give Molina zero stars. From the beginning when I was told that I did/didnt/did/didnt/did actually have insurance through Molina, to Wait until you receive a bill to make your payment/Your payment was due a week before the policy began, to being hung up on by customer service, to the copay for the same prescription doubling in the span of two weeks with no explanation, my relationship with Molina has been an absolute nightmare. Oh yeah, did I mention that Ive only been a customer of theirs for six weeks?? Yep, its been an action-packed rollercoaster ride of mediocrity!

Honestly I never had a problem with this until I got sick a few years ago, when things were at their worst for me they made it much worse by limiting my ability to obtain decent health care, the worse I got the more difficult they made it for me. I honestly think things should be the other way around, the sickest people shouldnt have the least access to care. it makes little to no sense.

This place has the worst employees ever especially tracy or Stacy she talks over doesnt listen wont repeat her name when asked all she said was i already told it to you lol and she hung up the phone she wouldnt transfer me either said i had to call back and if she answered id have to call again worst service ever something needs to be done with that girl or guy whatever it is something needs to be done with its attitude i can say way more worse things than this and im not im sure someone else will tho forsure......

I moved 2 months ago and have been fighting with Molina every since to get my address updated. Every time I call I get told something different. I’m very frustrated and disgusted with them at this point.

I update all my info and they send me new cards then 2 weeks later I get cards again with the wrong information on them!!! Then the whole process starts all over again........
