These ladies are incredible!! I love that they take the time you need to get your needs met. I admit Im a complicated case but Suzanne Smith definitely handles my everything each and every time I need her.

What a disappointing experience. We really worked hard to be understanding and patient with the nursing staff. Unfortunately the incompetence and lack of concern for proper patient care could no longer be overlooked. We really like Suzanna Smith but there needs to be more accountability from the top down in order for the nursing staff and front desk negativity to change. We are in a much better place now. Live and learn...

Salina Ross does not appear to be in a hurry. My initial visit took about 45 minutes with her.She asked lots of questions and answered mine.
