Dr. Deepak was very skilled, professional and knowledgeable during my visit. I rate him with 4-5 stars. The wait time was my only complaint. The staff was friendly.

I dont advise anyone to come here. The medical assistant made me hang up the phone with my husband whose obligated to know whats going on with his son. She yelled at my son because he was on his iPad. (Not to mention pointing her finger) They refused to get vitals and see what was going on with my son. They literally left us in the room for 15 minutes. Im in healthcare and I know for a fact thats neglect I will be taking this issue further.

I highly recommend MGC on Reidville Road to anyone that needs care. My partner was seen 8/22/2021 for foot pain. The staff was amazing and Dr. Deepak Malhan, is extremely knowledgeable and professional, he provided him with amazing medical care, and we now have peace of mind. We regret we didn’t come here first before spending a $160 visit at Carolina Foot Care, to be mistreated and provided no answers. I absolutely love the doctors here.. we have went to this urgent care for years, but I’ve never gave a review.. I believe they definitely deserve one after our trip there yesterday evening for my kiddo.. We have seen all the doctors here, including our primary care doctor upstairs, and they are all good.. but Dr. Malhan always seems to go above & beyond! He is our FAVORITE doctor here! This includes my mom, my son & myself.. I’d rather wait until I’m off work to make a trip & see him, then schedule a doctors appointment with my regular doctor.

Absolutely loved Dr. Malhan, will never go to another urgent care other than this. His nurse was also very pleasant as well as the entire staff. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Nurse Grace is the main reason I give them 5 stars. She saved my life. I had a very excessive nose bleed due to high blood pressure and the first nurse was trying to ask me a lot of questions while I sat there with blood pouring out of my face ( even my eyeballs). Nurse Grace came in and took over and took me to a room where they could work on me and stop the bleeding which was much more important than taking my family health history! This happened 4 years ago and Nurse Grace will always be my hero!

I wish Dr.Malhan was my family doctor also. He is the best and the most likable Doctor I have ever seen and my wife agrees.She introduced me to him.Doctor Stewart-is also an excellent Doctor and I would love for him to be my Doctor.

Ive never had a bad experience with Dr. Malhan in the over 14 years Ive known him. Hes wonderful!! I wish he were my family doctor.

The doctors and nurses here have always been excellent but the nurses that operate the front desk are awful. Extremely rude, belittling and condescending. This is a good place to use as an alternative to the terrible spartanburg regional ER and once you get passed the rude lazy nurses at the front desk the experience is solid.

Much faster service (shorter wait times) since the Occupational medicine unit relocated. Friendly staff, nurses, and Doctors have been there for ever and know you personally (if you have a preference . Dr Stewart or Dr Malhan, let the front-office know, and they will assign you to the desired doc) . No appointment needed. Beats pharmacy clinics or ERs bigly. Convenient hours and ample of Parking space and accessibility. The name is surprisingly accurate. Kid friendly doctors. Early afternoons are usually less crowded.

ONE star because I can’t give it ZERO. Completely rude staff, unapologetic, unprofessional incompetent and unhelpful! We know that this is what is to be expected with places like these. Ratchet and unprofessional people trying to do a job that requires people to actually TALK and be as compassionate as possible. My wife came in to be seen Tuesday looking like death and in a horrible state. She was OUT of it but still managed to drive. The staff wouldn’t ask if I was okay. The nurse that checked me in walked into the room, took my weight, check vitals. So nonchalant and walked out. Didn’t ask what brought me in. Didnt Acknowledged My two beautiful girls “not that she HAD to” but still come on! When my two year old is trying to conversate with you at least say SOMETHING. When my 4 year old asked for some stickers the lady upfront said in such an inconsiderate way “ what?? What did you say? I can’t understand you!?.. then she said “we ain’t got none”. The ONLY person in my WHOLE visit that was kind. Was the doctor. And usually it’s the other way around. The doctor acting like the staff did and the staff acting like the doctor.

I normally would never think about reviewing a health Care facility, but since Google brought it up after a recent visit.... Dr Stewart and Dr Malhan are fantastic. They are fast, so make sure the nurse knows everything going on with you so you dont forget. They are fast..due to a ton of patients. But very good at diagnosing and treating you. Once, I was there for back pain. We did a X-ray but nothing could really be seen at the time, Dr Stewart, himself, called me a few days later to let me know it was a kidney stone. (This was back when Mary Black owned, now I believe they can send immediately to a radiologist.). Both Drs are amazing in their skill in patient care. The nursing staff is wonderful too. Recently, I had Connie as my nurse twice. She is excellent! She very thorough and has the ability to connect with you while still being professional. She has a great sense of humor and puts you at ease right away. From the front desk to the back, everyone Ive encountered are very skilled and show alot of empathy for you.

The doctors, nurses, and other staff at Mary Black Minor Care are the best. They do every thing they can to make you feel better. Both, Dr Stewart and Dr Malhan are awesome. Besides coming in sick, my experience with the staff was superb. Sign in was quick and was taken back within 30 minutes, though it was not too busy. The nurse was very nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was seen by Dr. Malhan after sending lab tests. He was extremely personable, friendly, and gave great advice and consideration to my care. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this walk-in clinic over any others in the area. Had horrible experience with Spartanburg Regional.In terms of cost (self-pay) it was marginally more expensive but the professionalism and attention the staff had more than made it worth it. I liked their attitudes more than my primary care giver, even though I really like them a lot.Dont go anywhere else, unless its an emergency that is.5*

Dr. Malhan is the best. His nurse Grace is very pleasant and compassionate. Youll always be taken care of here. Going to the doctor is never fun, but these people make it easier.

This was the best Urgent Care facility Ive ever visited. From the front desk and waiting time, to the nurse & doctor, it was a kind, professional, helpful, effective, and respectful experience. I saw Dr. Stuart and his nurse, Grace. I left wishing they could replace my primary care clinicians!

I find the best time to go is early in the morning right when they open. They have always been fast and nice every time I went. I would expect if you went anywhere close towards closing it will be full and the wait will be longer. So I dont see why so many negative comments about a wait time. If you feel like your gonna get faster sevices at the hospital then go there and try ur luck.

Best place to go for any reason.i go so often for migraines. They know me by my name. Im always having to go get a knock out shot, I live with cronic migraines . Dr. Deepak, Dr. Stewart are such fun loving Doctors, the nurses are so sweet, caring. Love this place

The staff is always polite and understanding. Just what you need when youre feeling down. You are also treated in a timely fashion.

Dr Wood and her staff saved my life with her recent diagnosis and follow-up. I thought i had food poisoning, but it was a much more serious condition. She insisted I get a ct scan, and then received a follow-up phone call in which they insisted I go back to the hospital for care once they saw the results. Thank you - for being so professional, non-judgemental and compassionate. Would highly recommend!!!

Ive been here many times over the years and I have always been well taken care of.

Went to be seen because I wasn’t feeling good. I waited to be seen for almost 3 hours just for the dr to come in and see me for a total of 2-3 minutes. He ever gave me a med to be filled when he didn’t test to see what I had. I didn’t feel comfortable with how he treated me so I decided to go to my doctor today when the office opened and come to find out I️ have the flu. He never told me his name and also started to talk about another patient. I will not be going back here again. This doctor is the reason I have trouble trusting doctors.

Had a very good experience. Dr. Malhan was efficient and thorough. Wish I could say that for my own doctor!

Let’s just say that if the injury is physical, don’t go here after 5 pm. It’s to close to closing time and the staff is too lazy to help. All they are willing to do after that time is give you a shot or write you a Rx. Highly disappointed on multiple occasions.

I am so ticked off right now. My daughter was diagnosed Friday afternoon with strep and the flu. The doctor gave us lots of prescriptions and we went home. I gave her one dose of Tamiflu and stopped because it made her really sick. She has been taking her amoxicillin. By Saturday she was fine. She has been fever free for 48+ hours but is written out of school until Thursday and they wont change it. I called and the desk said to come pick up the note without even asking so my husband drove 35 minutes to get something they refused to give once he got there. I feel like she got a false positive for the flu because she was only sick one day and I have heard those that had it talk about feeling like they were going to die. She was jumping on her bed by Saturday night. Now she is missing school unnecessarily and she is already behind because of her ADHD. On the up side, it didnt take us long to get back there to get that apparent wrong diagnosis!

This place was efficient and I left with a diagnosis and the medicine I needed. I was seen by Dr. Malhan and he was great.

I have been here before and never had a bad experience. Theyre all very professional and caring, but my visit yesterday is what prompted my review today. I went for a minor issue but the nurse soon realized my blood pressure was extremely high. I take BP meds but it wasnt working obviously. Dr. Malhan recognized this as others simply wouldve ignored it or passed it off due to the pain I was in. He even said he believed God sent me to him cause I was on the verge of a stroke! He not only addressed my issue but also treated my BP! Then went as far as referring me to a new PC physician whom he felt could confidently treat me. He truly saved my life! Thanks Doc!!!! Me and my family are forever grateful.

Your website says you open at 10am on weekends. Was their on Sunday till 10:30 and still wasnt open. If your not on a open on time your website needs to reflect that

They are slow and leave you back in a room to wait for almost an hour while they stand outside the door and talk

Visited Mary Black Minor Care on 2/8/2015 and was treated like an actual human being unlike thesome of the hospitals in Greenville county.
