Dr Grady was always willing to listen to my concerns and took time to answer my questions. He and the staff made feel like family. He is a gentle giant. He was aware of me as a whole patient (mind, body and spirit). Everyone was kind and gentle with my broken wrist.

By letting the doctor actually give the shots. I think sometimes when people stiffen their hand it’s hard to push the medicine in the joints. I believe the doctor well dr. Grady has more strength in his hand, causing less pain

Dr. Grady explained everything I needed to know and showed me my problems and started treatment. Dr. Grady has treated my family several years and we are very very happy with all he has done for us. Very grateful for him.

Staff was courteous very nice we leave you with a smile. Accommodated to meet my schedule. Doctor arrived in the examining room within 5 minutes and was very courteous and answered all my questions. Being courteous and not having long wait times.

Dr. Grady is super sweet to his younger patients and so you exactly what is going on. I have been extremely pleased with him and his staff. My 11 yr old daughter went in with a broken arm and by the end of our visit was laughing which she hadnt done since she feel off her bike and that is all thanks to the care he and his staff have for their patients.

Everything is great. Front desk, nurses, check out and especially Dr GradyUpdate, I had my surgery by Dr Grady on the 12th at Pelham Medical. When he came in to talk to my friend and I, he put you totally at ease. He even asked if he could pray with us, he not only prays for his patient but also for the Lord to guide him. I will never use any orthopedic but him

Very short wait. Thorough exam, patient and not in a hurry to get to the next patient. Listened and also questioned me in depth about pain etc.
