In March I experienced a lower back injury that left me in tears whenever I tried to even take a few steps. The staff at Carolina Spine & Health was attentive to my needs from the get go, and made sure that my treatment was tailored to my personal situation. I even got some helpful advise on the day of my injury when I called to make an appointment! I was very impressed from the beginning with the combination of approaches to the task at hand: x-rays, physical therapy, exercises, cold/heat therapy, massages, and, of course, chiropractic sessions. By the time I finished the treatment I was back on my feet as before, with results that I could literally see by comparing the x-rays taken both at the beginning and end of my 12 week program. I was referred to Carolina health in spine and I am very impressed! I went to Sherman college originally but was referred out because the I had major ankle issues that the students were not allowed to work on anything besides the spine. Dr Chapman has a confidence level that is reassuring to patients. She will do whatever it takes to help improve your health with her well thought out care plans. The rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and a joy to be around! Majority of the staff on hand is bilingual so if Spanish is your preferred language you will feel right at home! I feel the team at Carolina health and spine has me on the right path!

I came in after I hurt my back lifting at the gym and Dr. Chapman was able to get me in immediately and has been extremely helpful. From the moment you walk in you know you are in good hands. My recent experience at Carolina Spine & Health has been a worthwhile one. Eight mo ago, Dr S Gill performed a Cervical Spinal Fusion that successfully relieved my back pain. Scoliosis, however, presents ongoing musculoskeletal issues. With the recent onset of pain & tingling R arm/ fingers, Dr Gill referred me to Dr Chapman. She developed a personalized treatment plan including targeted exercises, ice therapy, & Massage Therapy ( with an awesome therapist, Ivy). Each visit includes time with Dr Chapman for symptom assessment as well as spine - adjustments with state of the art equipment. Her knowledge & skill level are impressive. The Staff is very knowledgeable, kind, & eager to assist. After 4 wks of treatment, my progress is remarkable. My symptoms have resolved. Unfortunately, with my scoliosis condition, I am certain that I will need ongoing maintenance therapy. I am so very thankful to Dr Gill for referring me to Dr Chapman & her Team!

I found my way to see Dr. Chapman after injuring my lower back and spending 2 weeks suffering with disabling pain going down my right leg. During my first visit she took x-rays and showed me that my “injury” was really just the result of pinched nerves from improper curvature of my lower back. She then told me she could “fix it” and those were the best words I had heard in weeks. She said my problem did not occur over night and it was going to take a while to correct it. She started working on me during the very first visit and I was a little disappointed that there was no miracle in store that day. There was a little improvement and hope that more would soon follow. I received instructions on exercises and using ice instead of heat to aid the healing. After 9 visits over the past 3 weeks, I am happy to say that the miracle has happened. Dr. Chapman and her excellent staff have been able to give me my life back! I’m not finished yet, and I can’t wait to see how much better I feel as they continue to “straighten me out”.

I was referred to this clinic by my father after experiencing severe chronic migraines. After getting my X-rays from Dr.Chapman, it was determined that I had some misalignments in my neck that was more than likely the result of a car wreck from the year prior. This pain in my neck radiated through to my head causing the migraines. After around 8 weeks of treatment from Dr. Chapman and the therapy regimen from the rest of the staff my migraines have almost completely subsided. The staff is great, everyone is professional, friendly, and provide great service. I think anyone suffering from migraines should consider this chiropractic clinic first before considering more costly alternatives; they have great results!

Then after checking the x-rays they told me what was up with my neck and back and have helped me feel better and relieve so many pains and aches. Before coming here I had headaches every day all day. First, the office staff of Carolina Spine and Health LIED to me on PURPOSE regarding NEVER having animals in their office in order to make MONEY off of me!.Secondly, the medical staff put my health in jeopardy by putting me at risk regarding my SEVERE allergies and ASTHMA because of their own GREED! (I AM ALLERGIC TO ANIMALS) Thirdly, I saw Dr. Chapman 3 times but she NEVER went over the results of my MRI with me. Also, her initial exam was a JOKE since she wanted to get me OUT of her office as soon as possible....even though she had charged me an INITIAL EXAM FEE during my first visit--I GOT RIPPED OFF!!!! Fourthly, Dr. Chapmans LACK of concern for her patients because her GREED is HORRIFYING! Fifthly,they changed the times of all 3 of my previously set appointments WITHOUT checking with me FIRST!On some of my previous appointments with Dr. Chapman, it was obvious that I was PART of an ASSEMBLY LINE because there were several of her patients including myself waiting by her exam room door. Dr. Chapman overbooks her patients and does not spend enough time with them. I saw Dr. Chapman 3 times but she NEVER went over the results of my MRI with me. Also, her initial exam was a JOKE since she wanted to get me OUT of her office as soon as possible...even though she had charged me an INITIAL EXAM FEE during my first visit--I GOT RIPPED OFF!!!! Dr. Chapman is more focused on getting her patients in AND out of her office as FAST as she can INSTEAD of listening to her patients NEEDS. She wants to make as much money as possible in the least amount of time----GREED!!I have seen Dr. Chapman(chiropractor) 3 times and on each occasion, I have always been there for at least 1 to 1.5 hours trying to see her. I saw her my third and LAST time on November 30, 2018. ---My appointment time was 9;00am and I did some stretching exercises while waiting for Dr. Chapman. At 9:30am, I was informed by office staff that Dr. Chapman was running LATE. I told them that I had another appointment to go to and had to be out of their office NO later than 10:00am. Dr. Chapman FINALLY appeared at their office at about 9:52am bringing her DOG into the office with her. Dr. Chapman gave me a quick adjustment. I then told the office manager, Bridget, that when I first called her office to see Dr. Chapman my first time, the office staff said there was NEVER ANY ANIMALS THAT EVER CAME INTO THE OFFICE. The office staff acted as though it was no big deal but of course it was..Bridget just smiled and thought it was humorous but I saw nothing humorous about it for OBVIOUS reasons!Also, on my last appointment on November 30, 2018, Dr Chapman told me if I gave her a good review on the Internet, she would enter my name into her office contest so I could qualify to win some of her prizes. Of course this was BEFORE I FIRED Dr. Chapman and her office manager, Bridget. So, you may notice reviews of her office especially during the month of December, 2018, but remember that Dr. Chapman offered these patients the same offer---in other words, the objectivity of these reviews are definitely QUESTIONABLE!Bridget is the MOST incompetent so-called office manager I have ever met in my life and her DISHONEST behavior is unacceptable. Dr. Chapmans LACK of concern for her patients because her GREED is HORRIFYING! My roommate was with me during my appointments at Dr. Chapmans office and also WITNESSED these UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE incidents.YOU have to ask yourself this question BEFORE you decide to go to this medical clinic: Do you want to put your health care in possible JEOPARDY by seeing these so-called health professionals who may LIE to you in order to make as much money off of you because of their GREED?
