Hearing TestI found these folks via a mail ad. Decided I had suffered long enough not being able to hear normal conversation.The staff was friendly and very professional.The hearing test and video inspection of the ears was quick and painless.After analysis of the test the results were explained to me in a manner that was easy to understand. Trying on a new pair of aids made me realize how bad my present pair was.Options for a new pair were explained with no pressure.I highly recommend CHS if you are having difficulty hearing.

Very professional ! Dr Riessen took so much time and care with my mother making sure she had the best fit and her hearing aids were set to the level needed. He discovered her ears were impacted which the doctor we saw two weeks prior to seeing him never saw or mentioned. The other doctor tried to sell me more 7000.00 hearing aids.We now are going every few weeks to make sure my mom’s hearing aids are fitting properly and working as they should.She is in an assisted living facility and the caretakers were having a difficult time inserting her hearing aids so Dr. Riessen made custom molds for her hearing aids. What a world of difference this has made.I am one thankful daughter! Also, Vicki, the office manager, is a sweetheart!
