Signage with clear department directions inside the foyer would be useful here. The help desk is actually further back siren the hallway. The lady who helped us was nice and informative, but was a different person than we spoke to on the phone the day before, and she didnt get the same billing totals as the person we spoke with at office. So it took a while but finally got the info we needed.

Cousin was in hospital here with cancer and the nursing staff and doctors were great.
