Dr and Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not feel pressure to upgrade. Everyone took time to explain and answer my questions. I would definitely go back again.

It was very amazing and comfortable. Great customer service . Kyrah is magnificent and made my husband and I feel at ease. She was also very helpful and very pleasant.

The eye exam was great. Dr. Ahmal really to the time to address my concerns. However, the main sales rep who referred my to someone else did not very enthused to help me. I guess it was because my insurance wouldn’t cover new glasses until January. It would have been nice to get a quote. I really need some new glasses and could have paid cash if I needed to.

The doctor was awesome and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was super dope and deserves all the praise. She helped me find the perfect frame.

As always my appointment at this Lens Crafters went smoothly. Dr. Spalter and the staff are kind and professional. They are following all safety precautions/CDC guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

This store aS suspect from start to finish. No upfront pricing was made available to me at any level. I had to ask for everything. They openly/verbally communicated to each other across the room that I was a flat top sale because I had asked to start with the cheapest options first. Not that this was my plan to stay at that rate. After my observations of systematic discrimination, I decided to make my purchase and leave. After discussion on the experience with others, I should have just paid for services rendered and not make the eyeglass purchase. I will in fact take the prescription and purchase a better pair of glasses for my mother at another company.

I got an appointment on fairly short notice. Fortunate in the time of COVID-19. I was taken back promptly for my exam. Everything was explained clearly. Some of the frames are a bit pricey, but thats true at most places.

My eye exam was great. The drs who performed my exams where beyond helpful and courteous. The store manager was very unhelpful and didn’t accommodate me well as a customer. I asked for a corporate contact to file a report against her.

Very accommodating and down to earth. Went out of his way to provide me a sample of contacts he fitted me for to last a few days and checked on a rebate offer. The staff was also well informed on the rebate offers and explained how to complete it.

I ahd a really nice experience at this Lenscrafters! the service was fast, the staff was professional, and I was able to get new glasses and a refill on my lenses quickly.

My service was great, and everyone was very helpful! I couldnt help but feel as though I was being considered a sure sale the whole time, because I had to ask twice to have my insurance benefits explained to me, and then it was only explained as part of the package of glasses they asked me to select. I was not explained the price until the very end, and then felt pressured to purchase then and there. The lenses I was looking at were hardly covered by my insurance - thats probably why they didnt want to show me until the end.. I understand that this is their business, but I actually left the store and purchased contacts elsewhere because I did not feel comfortable being pressured into a $300 sale.

Dr. Spalter is Amazing!!! I felt like he took his time and did not rush though the exam. He explained everything and made sure he answered all my questions.

The doctor had a great disposition. She was informative, not overbearing and smiled a lot. I really liked meeting her.
