Dr. Les Siegel is the BEST at treating glaucoma. The technicians and staff are also professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Wait times used to be rather long, but now they are reasonable. The most important facts are that the team at GCM have done everything possible to control my glaucoma, keep my eyes healthy, and giving me perfect vision.

I felt well cared for in spite of my glaucoma not fitting normal guidelines. I also appreciated that we began attempting to slow the process of the disease with less invasive procedures first. Staff is responsive and conveyed my questions to the physician in a timely manner.

I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Les Siegel in his St. Clair Shores office in March 2021. The staff were very professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and were very detailed when inquiring about medical history. When I met with Dr. Siegel he took his time to understand my condition, he asked questions to gauge what the cause might be, and then he took the time to explain to me what he thought was the root cause of my condition. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend him and his staff.

Dr. L. Siegel and the GCM staff were very thorough. They explained everything they were doing to my eyes which helped me relax. They patiently answered all of my questions. I was there about three hours but the time was not spent sitting around waiting. I was either getting a test on my eyes or with the doctor. Actually the time passed quickly. I never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes. I felt like they were all interested in a positive outcome for me.

I had second thoughts about surgery on my right eye for the placement of a tube drainage tube to be put in my eye to bring the pressure down the only issue that I was concerned about it was up at that time but no one would say anything about it may come down so therefore I will go through with the surgery to be on the safe side and knowing that the Surgeon has a history of doing this multiple times so I feel that I will and should be in great hands along with the Almighty Creator, Father God.

I have been twice to visit the Glaucoma Center of Michigan and my last visit was on Friday May 20, 2016.I was so impressed in this center since they take care of me from the minute I entered into the place and I found great welcome and understanding that I have not notice else where before in any clinic in Michigan.Dr. Les Siegel was the Glaucoma specialist who examined me and found him to be really a Professional and Confident person that could not be unnoticed, also cheerful and pleasant person while carrying the examination of eyes.The technical staff seems confident and professional in their handling and helpful too.In conclusion I would advise people who looking for Glaucoma clinic to scedule a visit and see by them selves the modern and updated equipment and large numbers of technical as well administrative staff of this center.I was very impressed and optimistic of this well developed center.

I have been seeing Dr. Marc Siegel for 25 years. I have always been very satisfied with him, both at his office in Grosse Pointe (many years ago), and in his St. Clair Shores office. I am extremely happy with the care I receive. They are prompt, reliable, and very friendly. I usually get tense going to any doctor but Dr. Siegel and his staff are great!
