Dr. Hines is very thorough. She is compassionate and invested in her patients. My daughter and I are are happy we found Dr. Hines to provide our medical care.

Mrs. Hines is a good doctor. She is my daughter primary doctor. She is friendly, funny and considerate and she make her patients feel comfortable. I don’t give my daughter shots and I love that she don’t try to pressure me to do so. I would definitely recommend her as a primary doctor.

Dr. Hines is a wonderful person and Doctor; my 5 children and I are under her care. I am hoping that someone is able to provide me with this information. I called today to make an appointment at the Southfield location and was told that she is no longer there and they cannot give out any information to where she went. (smh) does anyone know what office or where her new practice is?

Dr. Hines is awesome, BUT the offices flow, process, organization, and customer service are ALL below par. Below 1 star. Test/Lab results have to be chased down. The staff rarely answers the phone. Referral calls to specialists are ALWAYS late or not made at all. Every visit lasts 2+ hours. 10 minutes with Dr. Hines, 5 minutes with a medical assistant taking vitals and asking why youre there. The rest is sitting in the office listening to brain rot tv shows about Whos the babys daddy or Whos lying about cheating. Ive successfully moved 5 of 8 of my family members out of this mess. The other three are moving soon. God bless Shyran. I hope she moves to a different health system or at the very least, a more professional office.

I’ve been going to dr.hines since 2013 and she has been a great pcp I recommend everyone to go to her she listen she keep you on point and she’s a listening ear your feelings matter to her.

Dr. Hines is a great doctor. I suggest her to others all the time. She listens to my concerns and addresses them one by one.

Dr Hines is a great Dr and the nursing staff are very sweet and kind. However the office staff can be very inefficient and communication within the office is poor. The phone lines can be busy for days which is very frustrating. The office staff brings the overall rating down, which is a shame, because Dr Hines is really great.

Horrible!!! Took months to get a referral to my asthma doctor. Now the phone line has been busy for the past 2 days that Ive been calling!!!
