This is the most efficient Dr I’ve ever seen. Easy to make appointment, and schedule surgery. Everything went perfect. Highly recommended.

I gave this atrocious rating not because of Dr. Brooks, but because of his office staff. I went to Dr. Brooks several years ago for a minor auditory problem, and he did a really nice job. I just attempted to make another appointment with him for a similar problem, but was treated to some of the most boorish telephone techniques I have ever experienced! The receptionist(?) was utterly brutal: not a single please or thank you, but I was asked What? upon my response to her question. Apparently, my response was inadequate for her sensitivities, because she immediately told me to Hang on, then left me on the phone for another few minutes before I hung up. If you doubt my word, call Dr. Brooks office number outside of office hours, and listen to the voice message. You will hear the vulgar nastiness in that message.
