If I could give my experience zero stars I would. I was seen by Dr. Harris twice. The first one was virtual and it went well. The second time I went into the office. My appointment was scheduled during lunch and was told to call from the parking lot because they keep the office door locked when you arrive. When I did ten minutes before the appointment they were at lunch. Once inside I got called in right away and weighted in. I was harassed from then on. One nurse who told me why did I leave and never came back from being there before seeing a different doctor? She thought it was funny because I answered with a awkward answer not taking into account people may not be feeling well, and that is why they are there in the first place. I was assigned a different nurse because I wasnt seeing the previous physician and thank God or at least I thought, but the nurse assigned to Dr. Harris asked questions that had nothing to do with the medical care needed and I was highly apposed them, but I said to myself lets get through it so I can put it behind me. Then the physician himself came in and went through so many different stories about things that had nothing to do with why I was there. This went on for a half an hour, mentioning things that were so off the beating path of what I was there for and the treatment was even worse. Then I had to deal with the one nurse who was so condescending initially, to get out of there. Then I went to pay my bill and it wasnt easy either because of what had happened before. They didnt know how much was owed and told me to go out in the lobby to use the credit card machine. Corona is one thing and if they are scared I can see it, but they dont realize treating people unfairly has a lasting effect. That is why that was my last time going there and you should avoid it at all cost too.

Dr.Harris has excellent bedside manner, spends times to listen you, does not rush appointments, office staff is hands downs the best always helpful, fast and efficient on prescriptions, referrals, any paperwork, He and his ENTIRE staff will make you feel like you are the only patient in their practice , easy appointments, and late night on Wednesdays. Dr Harris is a great Doctor along with his partner Dr Saunders is wonderful as well. I have nothing but great things to say about this practice.
