Great doctor and all the staff are really kind. I recommend!

Ive been with Dr. Antone since 2013. I love this doctor and couldnt see myself leaving her for any other doctor. Shes trustworthy and very loyal to her patients and easy to talk too. She knows Im not feeling well just by looking at me. Staff is terrific, and treats you like family and actually knows you on first name basis. Very good people skills!

Been going to this doctor for last three years. During this time their customer service has gone totally downhill. They blame it on COVID but COVID has nothing to do with answering the phone! Takes days to refill prescriptions, and get responses. It a shame because they use to be good, but can’t take the poor service anymore!!! Went to another doctor and got my prescription refilled at a walk in clinic in less than 30 minutes

This is by far the cleaniest and most professional doctor office. They go above and beyond to show that they care about you as a person and patient. Highly Recommended!

Ive been going to Dr. Antone for a few years now and havent been this satisfied with medical care before. Dr. Antone is very knowledgeable and takes her time to really listen to what the issues are. The office is always clean and although they are usually always busy the staff does a great job of keeping everything well managed so that the appointment is quick and effortless.

Dr. Antones staff are friendly and helpful. They believe in helping and caring for their patients. They have X-Ray facility on-site and will coordinate all of your health care needs if you request it. Appointments are recommended for everything because she has a busy practice. There are two doctors on staff, plus a physicians assistant and several nurses and a phlebotomist. She also does cosmetic procedures too.

Been going to Dr. Antone for 6+ years, she is a great Physician and also a great person to talk to about anything. I wouldnt know what to do without her. Definitely a very professional environment with a great staff.

Dr. Antone and Kristyn the PA are both awesome. They are Very caring and compassionate as well as thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. I live in Clinton Township, and I continue to make the drive all the way to Southfield to see them. Christine at the front desk is awesome. Tanya in the Lab is awesome as well. Honestly, their staff in this office is great.

This office is very unprofessional, they violate HIPPA and put patients lives at risk during the middle of a pandemic by placing two different patients from two different households in the same room. I found them to be discourteous, messy in their handling of professional matters, and just downright wrong. I would not recommend my worst enemy to visit this office. Unbelievable! What a waste of time!

Dr Antone has been my physician for the past 8 years. She has (ALWAYS) been the most professional, genuine, patient and thorough physician that I have seen in my adult years. Her physician assistant and office staff is an extension of her high work standards, treating their (diverse) patients with the utmost professional kindness and care. They make it easy to set up appointment, office wait times are short and they follow-up every time!The office looks and smells wonderful, they play a wide selection of music in the waiting room, appealing yet again to their diverse patients! Dr Antone and her staff practice the Golden Rule on a daily basis, treat others as you want to be treated and thats what makes her and her team the ABSOLUTE BEST Family Care Physician!!!!

Very unprofessional. I am a new resident in the state of Michigan which I informed the receptionist of when I made the appointment. The earliest appointment was 2 weeks out which I agreed to take. When I arrived to my appointment I was told I would not be seen because I did not have a Michigan ID. My Current ID is not expired and I also had my insurance card. Denial of healthcare because of an out of state ID is absolutely ridiculous.

Dr.Antone and her team are FAMILY i love HER and all her office staff they always go above and beyond I am so blessed to have a team like THAT caring for me i am forever Greatful

Continuously charge for things that arent necessary. The doctor is great, but her new staff is rude and kept telling me to come in for services that were not needed to fill their pockets with lab fees and co payments.
