Victoria was Amazing!! Greeted me at the door and answered every single question! She had a lot of patience, then Destiny also helped! They are pretty helpful here and will help you out if you have questions. I was there on a Sunday and a very tall man with very dramatic (and nicely done) eye makeup helped me find what I needed. Id recommend this location to others.

Ive been to a couple different Ultas, but this one is my favorite by far! Everyone working today was so helpful in helping me find what I needed, recommending products based off ones Ive liked in the past, and were all just so kind and friendly.

They are on point and on the job. Ive been helped immediately on each occasion Ive come in. I came in to see if they had brow services, and they fit me in for an appointment on the spot. I didnt have to come back later. Then they helped me find the perfect replacement cosmetics to fit my preference and busy lifestyle, which earned me a FREE GIFT. It seems like Ive been hitting the free gift with purchase jackpot every time I buy something at this location. 💗

Loved my experience at the Southfield telegraph road location!! Love the salon and the salon stylists! They are professional friendly and very hospitable great experience three or four times that Ive been there! Ill be going back soon to see Key!

I can only speak on the salon. Nicole provide world class service to my mother and I. She was patient and kind. She was knowledgeable and did a wonderful cut on my mother. We will be back to see HER! I never thought I would be at an Ulta salon, lol.

I’m big on customer service. It was pretty much non existent the day I came in. I’m usually pretty knowledgeable on whatever it is I’m about to purchase. If I know more than you about your products I think that’s not a good look. The sales associate pretty much didn’t have a clue when it came to very simple questions I was asking. I’m not use to this type of customer service from an ulta. And the store was unorganized. I won’t be back.

The worst store they have, I went to the location on Woodward weeks prior and the service was amazing. I visited the Southfield location and what a waste I was in there a whole hour only to get a basic face wash and moisturizer no mask, lip scrub or nothing. Then was still charged. Don’t waste your money

Came on time for my appointment at the salon and checked in, the woman said my stylist would be right out and 20 minutes later i still wasn’t serviced or Updated and it was literally no one there or ahead of me. Even Someone from the facials section saw me waiting for a long time and had to ask what’s going on. Unprofessional, no one should have their time wasted like that when I’m a paying and loyal customer. If you show up to your job late you would be fired, this is a job. I won’t be returning this place seriously lacks customer service and gives the company the worse reputation. Always remember customer satisfaction comes first, need all new staff. I’ve went to other locations for the salon at ulta and this has NEVER happened the stylist were never late. I advise everyone to just try another location what goes on here could never be acceptable at another location or any salon. 0 stars👎🏼👎🏼

Went for a facial. Paid 60$ for someone to put on face wash and a mask I asked for extractions got 1....ulta had done away with the private room there was no steam for the facial. Never have to pay $60 for a facial with no steam...ulta is really starting to turn people off.. Id recommend going elsewhere for skin care................Less than a week after the review above ulta reached out and made sure they asked the customer opinion and thoughts as well as the situation. The Skin Specialist that gave me my facial was wonderful...she just didnt have the tools to do what she needs to do. Hopefully ulta brings back the steam machines the facial beds and private rooms.

I dont know why I continue to patron Ulta. Most of the staff have no desire to help. I went to the Southfield location and was ignored twice. I had to flag down the first associate who you could see in her face she didnt want to help me. She was texting the entire time I was talking to her. Then she lied and said she had to go get her keys and never came back. I then walked over to another associate who asked me if I wanted a color match and when I said yes, she tells me okay Ill be over there in a minute and proceeds to continue to laugh and talk with the security guard for another 2-4 minutes. I just gave up on the help. Staff need to do better at ulta or go work in the stock room.

So I have been to the salon twice and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and all the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store this will definitely be my go to place so happy to have them in southfield as a one stop shop!!!!!!!
