I have experienced medical neglect from this office and found it dangerously unprofessional in my own experience. UPDATE: It was my finding that the doctor had not ever received my messages when I started to have an extremely scary intense reacting to a stent after my treatment, including a medium to high grade fever(the review was originally almost two weeks into this pain and fever with still long word from the doctor). The nurse in charge of me simply had not passed on my multiple concerns, but the doctor himself was very apologetic and as frustrated as I would expect that he’d had no knowledge of my struggles for over a week that I had tried daily to indicate I felt unsafe and like something was very wrong. So while I would rate the messaging staff (extremely rude and sometimes quite bossy and sarcastic) and the reliability of the nurses on the phone (also very sarcastic and clearly not delivering messages) very poorly, the care and concern from my doctor himself when he finally did find out what had happened was quite precessional and he was overall very thorough.

My experience with Dr. Natalie Emmert was very good. She is easy to talk to and listened to all I had to share. All the staff was friendly. I didnt feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend her.

Called their offices today schedule an appointment regarding a very simple yet sensitive subject. Called the offices and selected option 2 for general information. The girl who spoke to me on the phone was extremely rude! I have NEVER experienced that level of attitude from a receptionist, right off the bat for no reason at all. From the moment she picked up the phone she seemed like she didnt want me to come to your establishment anyway, so why would I! That is NOT someone who I would want representing my business if it was me. Thats an easy way to lose a prospective client!I am looking elsewhere!!

I have been here 3 times with severe bladder pain. Every time they have just collected a urine sample and said they would follow up in 48 hours. Nobody has ever followed up and my pain is just getting worse. Over $100 spend and all a received was a brochure of how to lessen my pain. No tests or anything. Finding another office to get a second opinion.

This place is terrible! I would give it negative 5 stars if I could..... Ive experienced rather rude, uneducated receptionists, 20 + minutes wait times just to get them to answer the phones, and noticed you are defiantly a number, not a patient! They heard you in and out like cattle. I would never recommend them.

This place is extremely unprofessional, last year I had an ultrasound and a semen analysis done to verify that I in fact had a left side varicocele. I then had a varicocelectomy done last year by Dr. Cooper I had never received my semen analysis until after my surgery and it stated that everything about my semen was fine. The only reasons to ever have this procedure done is to prevent infertility or to relieve the swelling in the veins and restore blood flow. Yet they saw surgery as a good option, I foolishly agreed to go under the knife at this clinic And have had many complications ever since the procedure last year. For starters the varicocele it’s self is still present and more painful than before and I’m dealing with unbelievable amounts of nerve and what feels like less blood flow and damage to my veins everywhere in the region of the procedure. I have voiced my problem multiple times to the doctor himself and the nurse practitioner only to be basically brushed off and told to take anti inflammatorys for the pain they caused.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone - they have poor communication style and bedside manner. They were often very rude to me on the phone. We got referred here and the time between the referral and the appointment was 2 months and then from the appointment to surgery was another month plus -- ended up having to have emergency surgery elsewhere!! Ridiculous.
