While youre there, these guys have it down pat. Everything is great. On the phone? Forget about it. You rarely get an answer to your call. Today, I was told they were closed when their hours state that this office is open for another hour.

Nurse Practitioner Susan Snyder is second to none. What a professional, kind, caring person. I have been seeing her for quite a few years and hope to continue for many more. She CARES for people! Please share this with her in order to let her know shes not only doing a good job for urology, but a GREAT job for her patients. I love her attitude and her love of Christ.

Since I started seeing her about 4 years ago, Nurse Practitioner Snider has always been very engaged and caring. She always listens to what I have to say and provides clear and understandable explanations. She also provides options for us to choose from together. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for urological care Since I started receiving care at this practice I have not needed to see a physician

The whole staff was great from the nice ladies at the front desk, to the nurse who took me back to the room, to the doctor I had my appointment with. I definitely recommend this place to all. Great service. Got my appointment within a week of setting the date.

I had a terrible experience with the doctor. Didnt even discuss my x-ray results. Exam room was not very clean! Wont go back!

The place is amzing and very friendly. They are all wonderful.I just wish they still took my insurance because now they are more expensive but I will keep going there.

Dr Susan Snider is so friendly and down to earth. She explained everything in detail and when I had questions she had the answers. I cant say enough how wonderful and caring she and the entire staff are!

This office really needs to do something about their phone system. I almost never get to talk to a live person when I call, have to leave a message. Sometimes it is days before I hear from someone. Two times now, they have “no record” of my message! How can they lose messages? This latest one was left on Monday, I selected the option for making an appointment. Today is Friday and and after leaving another message I finally got a call only to be told their was no record of my message. It is a very frustrating experience calling this office!

Dr. Snider was helpful with my situation and to the point. I appreciate her and the staff at Urology Associates.

After waiting 8 days for a call for appointment, was told first available office visit was in November. In extreme pain and all meds prescribed by my doctor and ER visit did not work. Cant wait that long with this kind of pain, sorry but seeking other help. I even told them my pain level and ability to urinate was intolerable.....

Great Doctor who always takes the time to listen to your concerns.

Dr. Jump is very competent and an interactive communicator (he listens and explains). Dr. Stonehill is good at what he does and explains things if you ask questions and pursue your answers. Susan Snyder is Fabulous across the board. The reception/intake/checkout staff is good. The only problem here is that you cant get anyone to answer the phone. There is, rather, a multi-tiered outgoing voicemail system that will ALWAYS deposit you at a place to leave a message. And hope for the best.

This rating is based on the fact that I prefer privacy during the entire visit. Unfortunately, the doctor explained that it is necessary to have the assistant present to take notes, so, I have to withhold questions of a personal nature until she leaves. Depending on the depth of the question, that takes away some of my time alone with him. I believe my doctor is a good doctor and I trust him, but I would prefer the assistant not be present during my visit. My privacy is important to me.

The medical staff is always professional and courteous. When I leave a message or email for Dr. They communicate well. If the Dr. Hasn’t replied soon they let me know they are waiting for Dr. Response/decision. Always nice on the phone. Taken care of in timely manor. Dr. Blickensderfer is the best. Always dresses professional . Greets me with handshake and smile. Listens, answers questions and concerns. Always makes me feel better, he cares.

I came in and there was only one person at the front desk, as well as a line and people were beginning to get upset I noticed. It’s not usually only one at the desk— usually I don’t have to wait much at all. I love my doctor really a lot. She’s very gentle and caring!

I cant say enough good words about the doctor and staff. It was refreshing to actually sit and have a discussion with a doctor, as an out of town patient. The level of concern and empathy was comforting, and the diagnosis and treatment were right on the money. Thank You!

What a relief...finally, I really think that Urology Associates of South Bend will actually take an aggressive approach to a problem that has made me very ill for 2 whole years. I had faith from the very 1st call, the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. They let me know how their office and Dr.s work. I really believe that they are going to follow through, which is the opposite of what the last 2years were. If I could change one thing..it would have been to find them earlier.

Front office staff is very pleasant. First visit went very well. Prompt and answered all of my questions. Second visit was disappointing. Had to wait 45 minutes past appointment time to see doctor. Was told that I had to do another urinary test, after being told on initial visit only one would be required. So, had to pay another $19 for this test, which was only two weeks after my first. Seems redundant. Overall, not a bad place, just do not like being told two different things and paying unnecessary costs.

Dr. Hudak has been a wonderful person to work with and a joy to know. He is open and answers questions and is honest about the hard stuff. We have had wonderful care. We have referred other people to him.

Dr Stonehill was very impressive. He listened carefully to me, he gave me a thorough examination, and he asked very probing questions. I made an excellent choice in selecting him as my urologist. One week after seeing him and taking the prescribed medicine, I am much improved!

I recently decided to hang up the towel and get fixed. This was my first option and I must say they made it easy for me to go thru with it rather than my partner being on the shot forever. Four kids between us both. They made this an easier decision as I was and am ready for this.

Dr. Gauthier has a good bedside manner, and is very clear and concise in regards to his approach during surgery. His support staff was available, interacted well with patients, and treated me with respect. There was about a 25 minute wait, after the scheduled appointment time, which is the only reason my review isnt 5 stars.

The Dr was proffesional and understanding. I felt at ease to ask him any question necessary without embarrassment.

I am very happy with Urology Assiciates. I never wait more than a few minutes and the doctor does not rush to get to the next patient . I am encouraged to ask questions and address any concerns that I may have. I definitely would recommend Urology Associates.

Frustratingly slow check in process. An hour after I arrived I still had not been called. Three kiosks are available but new patients cant use them. I do not recommend coming here unless youre retired and have time to kill.

Dr Stonehill had been highly recommended by a close friend, and after my first encounter with him, I understood why. He was very friendly and comforting, and at the same time, very thorough and professional. He listened to my concerns and made some helpful suggestions. I am encouraged and hopeful that a positive outcome will be possible under the care of Dr Stonehill.

We have been the 4 times..met a nice doctor Pa susan..the a nice doctor who left..then seen susan again..last time today the doctor was rude and wouldnt even change a 6.00 catheter bag that was broken and leaking. He sent patient home by ambulance with urine running all over him..how unprofessional even talked with office manager she said we cant give bags out. I responded but you can send a man home leaking urine all over himself and humiliate him and the ambulance transport

Dr. B has the ability to listen to his patients problems, give a succinct summary of a plan of care, and treat the patient with respect and concern. The efficiency of his staff is a model that I wish other medical officers would follow. I would highly recommend Dr. B to anyone with urological problems.

Level of Care is good. Extremely frustrating when you call and can’t talk to a person for usually 48 hours. Really need to hire additional help to work the phone calls and messages.

I’ve seen Drs. Gauthier, Jump, and Snider personally, and have found them to be terribly well informed in their specialties and very able and willing to explain the details of problems and solutions. They are also extremely friendly. I’m willing to bet now that this is the standard of the whole practice and that is what my GP said.

I have been happy with my care at urology Associates. They listen to my concerns, run test and take appropriate action and do not perform unnecessary procedures.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Scott Blickensderfer got over five. He’s personable, takes time to listen, and clearly communicates what is recommended. The office and nursing staff are personal and professional in their demeanor. I’ve never have felt rushed, although the practice is active! I’d definitely recommend Dr. Blickensderfer.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hudak since 2004. He treated me for prostate cancer and had a 100 per cent success. I would recommend Dr. Hudak to anyone requesting an urologist. I will continue under his care as long as he is available. Susan Snider was my provider at my last appointment and was extremely thorough and so pleasant. Entire staff was just the best. All were number one in my book.

Every time i have tried to call at 4pm, their system says they are closed but yet google says they are open til 5pm. I did find out last week, they close early on wednesdays but today is monday and closed at 4pm.
