My son has been going here since he was 3 1/2. They have always been absolutely wonderful with him. They engage with him and make games out of the exam to keep him at ease! I wouldnt be comfortable taking him anywhere else! The front office staff, techs and doctors are great! AJ had a fun time picking out his new glasses there after the exam also - everyone is amazing! :)

Dr Elias and his team are very professional and caring and thorough. I came to Advanced Ophthalmology from a different doctor and the difference was impressive. Much more thorough and inventive in thinking about ways of dealing with my tricky eyes/prescription/needs. I have already recommended Dr Elias to more of my colleagues and really appreciated my visit so much!!!

Dr. Elias was very personable and informative, and responded to my questions and discussions about my sight very clearly and productively. In addition, the lenses in the glasses that I got from that part of the practice are great, with the addition of a pair of computer/office glasses making screens, books, and other reading formats much clearer than in the past few years. Even though they are busy, they are timely. They adjusted my glasses while I waited. Just trustworthy and friendly characters. And the technicians, all nice. The best staff and the best place. I only placed one star because you cant post without it. I guess this helps there ratings. This place is horrible. After waiting for an hour after the appointed time. They finally call us back. My son is there for an annual routine eye exam to make sure he doesnt need glasses. As we do with all of our kids. Its part of our family eye plan. Their computers were down, so they had no chart to go off of. The tech checks his eyes and says everything looks good. 20/20. She then just asks some brief questions of which one was, do you have any headaches. Everybody gets headaches. Of course he answered yes occasionally. Next thing you know, the doctor comes in and starts looking for tumors in his eyes because he answered yes to occasional headaches. So they slap a medical diagnosis of headaches and bill it medically instead of our annual eye check thru our eye insurance, which COST us MORE MONEY. Instead of just everything is fine. They gladly accepted the money. No effort to make a correction. In fact, they said they cant make a correction, and they wont even try. Which means they are just going to leave WRONG information and billing as is in my sons chart. They never returned my phone call. I had to call them back. My eye insurance plan also said they were wrong in what they did and they were willing to pay. They even tried to talk to the business office there and tell them that and got no where. Absolutely, unequivocably, unacceptable in medical practice. Any kind of practice for that matter. Will never go back and expose my other children to that type of practice.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff are great and happy to help in any way that they can . My surgeon was Dr Yoon. He is a great surgeon and really easy to talk to and willing to answer any question that you have. Great place to go!

I have been taking my son here to see the specialist. Dr. Gerber is straight to the point. How I prefer it! It was a great experience with the doctor and front office staff. At the front, get a pass for parking. However, keep in mind, they will bill you for anything not medically related and if it is routine appointment expect a bill because most insurances won’t pay for it here.

Dr. Schwartz is the best. Very kind and caring and not ashamed to refer me to another doctor if things get a bit complicated. He is also very friendly and enjoys talking about his daughters.

The place was slightly hard to find but friendly directions from the hospital got me there quickly. The wait was almost an hour but I was a last minute call in from my general practitioner. The woman who took me back seemed a little annoyed and exasperated, but she was friendly and answered all of my questions. Dr. Gerber was also very friendly and helpful, and gave me excellent tips and care for my specific eye problems.
