Overall had an excellent experience. The doctors and nursing staff are great at being respectful of your time and making sure you understand everything at each session. I plan to go back for baby #2 in the future.

Prepare to deal with loads of billing issues. Theyll try to get more money out of you by sending you repeat bills over and over for the same services, and then acting like they dont know why its happening. Steer clear.

I showed up 5 minutes late to my appointment and was told that I had to reschedule. The person at the appointment desk was rude and unhelpful. It took 25 min to reschedule. If you choose to go to this clinic...recognize they will not work with you if you hit traffic on your drive over.

Updated: After posting my review, I did get a call from the manager and she helped me resolve the issue I was having. Thanks.I went for a procedure. They tell me its covered 100% we talked to your insurance company and youre all set. Then I receive a bill. Both insurance company and THIS office say they never said that. The companies argued back and forth now they just decided that I have to pay the bill. The office manager has been avoiding me since the beginning of june.

I have a history of really bad nosebleeds and went to have it checked out by one of the ENT doctors. During the appointment, the doctor seemed like he was in a rush to see other patients and did not want to spend much time to listen to my history or fix my nosebleed problem - I was not a priority. He did an endoscopy on my nose but I was not aware of how much it would cost ($$$). If I had known the cost beforehand, I would not have had the procedure done. I absolutely do not recommend.

After nearly a year of waiting to see Dr. Liepert for specific ENT/sleep problems, I was on my way to my second appointment, when I would finally actually get to see him. As there had been a car crash near my home on Cleveland Rd., I was concerned about my timeliness. I called the office to let them know about my circumstances, and it took me 15 minutes to get through. I was expecting to be about 5-7 minutes late. I was notified, after getting through and being put on hold, that Dr. Liepert had said he would not see me. Very clearly, the staff (regrettably dont have the name) told me that if I had not been mindful of their time and simply shown up late, this would not have occurred. I was blatantly told that my health would continue to be compromised because I cared enough to call ahead. This is completely unacceptable. I entered the office and requested to speak to the office manager, Kim. I waited for over 25 minutes in an empty lobby while seeing Kim meander the halls, laughing and talking about inconsequential matters. When I was finally acknowledged by Kim, I requested information about late policies. She informed me that each office had their own. I pressed the question, and she finally told me that Dr. Liepert has a 10 minute policy for lateness. I had walked into the office exactly 7 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had waited on the phone for over twice this amount of time and waited for Kims unhelpful, political responses for over triple this amount of time. Realizing immediately that my treatment was unfair by the doctors own standards, I asked Kim what I could do to resolve this issue in such a way that was just, fair, and would keep other individuals from experiencing this level of apathy and disregard for their health. I was blatantly told, many times, I could do nothing. No letters, comments, or meetings would be had because Dr. Liepert is in charge and no one could keep him accountable for his own policies and lack of prescription to them. She informed me of this confindently and irritatedly, even saying she was friends with him. I am unsure if this comment was meant to curb my commentary. Kim understood that this is hard and offered to make things right as best she could. Her demeanor, choice of words, and professionalism is highly lacking. Though I was in tears in her office, I could clearly see she wanted me gone as soon as possible. Her proposed way of handling the situation was to walk me to the front desk and ask for when the next open appointment was, a date months in the future. Completely offended, I informed her that I was uninterested in being treated as if my missing my appointment was my fault and would not be returning for care. I had spent plenty of time waiting for this appointment. I told her I wanted to be removed as a patient as I wouldnt want a penny of mine to fall in the pocket of such hypocritical healthcare professionals. This was actually the 3rd time I had told her this, and she refused again, telling me she would talk to Dr. Liepert to figure something out. This situation obviously wasnt resolved, and again, I was uninterested in receiving any medical attention from Dr. Liepert or ever having to deal with his staff again. I reach out, again, in the hopes that somehow this horrible experience would be acknowledged and accounted for, though I am convicted that internal bias and absolute authority will reign king again. I have still been dealing with the same health problems and am now on a new waiting list for treatment. The many infections and daily discomfort I have experienced since and continue to experience reminds me of how Dr. Liepert and his office are a shining example of the commodification of humans through health systems, the most shameful of them all. I hope this serves as an example of what your organization reflects itself as. I am reaching out, after this exact review was flagged as abusive on Facebook, in the shred of hope that someone will be held accountable.
