I have had numerous appointments as well as phone conversations and the staff have all been very nice and helpful. Theyve made certain to answer all of my questions and get back with me in a timely manner. If ever we were running late I simply called in ahead of time while on our way to let them know and make sure it wasnt going to be an issue, which it never was. In terms of the actual care, the two doctors and nurse practitioner and other staff all worked with me and let me make my own decisions about my health while offering me the info necessary to make an educated decision. They always made me feel comfortable. The wait times are no different than what I have experienced at every other doctors office I have been to in my life. It varies by the day and how long other people take in their appointments, etc. Anyway, I recommend them.

Better find out before your appointment, what the current check in procedure is during COVID season. For my last appointment in March, I had several emails from them regarding their check in process. I didnt get any emails from the office this time and failed to see the small notice posted on their glass door. A couple of ladies parked in the car next to mine said that they would call. BIG MISTAKE!! So, I waited for them to call me, and after about 15 mins, when they didnt call, I walked up to the front door and called the office number posted and got the answering service (another FYI- they switch to Answering service before the office actually closes). So, then I texted them and they called me right back. By now, its 20 mins past my appointment time. After another 40 MINUTES of deliberation back and forth among themselves, was finally told that I that I had to reschedule. I could have finished my appointment in 40 mins!!! I remember the long wait times I had to wait for them and I am SURE, it was definitely more than 20 mins every time. Very disappointed!!!! COVID processes are changing everyday and patients do go to other offices and are not expected to remember each office rules. An email before each appointment would be very helpful. And, making a few adjustments to squeeze in a patient, who has waited for over an hour due to a lack of communication from the office, would have been a nice gesture. Where are my healthcare heroes???

I LOVE this office and all the staff!!!!!!! I’d been infertile for ten years, 3mths after shaking cavallo’s hand I was pregnant!!!! Not to mention the complications during labor! He saved my life!!!!!! This office is truly touched by GOD!!

Dr. Selio is the best! Front desk staff is superb.

EVERYONE is very friendly and they greet you with a smile. I definitely feel comfortable going. What i dislike very much, is that they are ALWAYS late for my appointments. I always have to wait more then 15 minutes to be seen even when I am already in the room, and several times I dont even see the doctor, i see the nurse practitioner, because they are running way behind schedule. It is an inconvenience and disrespectful of my time.

I have heard a lot of good things about Dr Cavallo. However I was very disappointed by the way the clinic treated me. I was able to get appointment after a months wait. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 5 mins late and I was told that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently, the clinic has a late policy that if a patient arrives 5 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled. I have no issue with the policy. However, as a patient I was not informed about this policy. The new patients form did not mention about this late policy. I filled up the form beforehand and showed the staff that it not mention anywhere about this late policy. To send a patient away when the patient was not informed about this policy is not ethically correct.

First time coming to the office the front desk staff did not acknowledge my presence. I had to wait for over 10 minutes and still get someones attention. Thank goodness I was early. The first appointment is a consultation which I was not aware of until I was at the office for the appointment. Now, im 5 minutes late for an appointment and I have to reschedule altogether. Im a single parent and cant control every aspect of my life. 5 minutes late should not make or break an appointment. Considering I work in Healthcare, Im really disappointed in the way this office has handled me as a patient.
