Dr. Sanders has the best bed-side manner of any physician that has ever existed or ever will exist. Her memory is incredible, her care is genuine, and her interpersonal tact is refined and precise. Ive heard good things about the other pediatricians here too.

Dr. Durham is WONDERFUL as well as all the staff. My kids love coming to the doctor, which is a rarity.

We absolutely love Dr. Wilson!! She is amazing with our little one and has a great beside manner. Weve also seen Dr. Sanders and Dr. Brier and they were wonderful too. The front desk staff is always polite and friendly. We love South Bend Clinic Pediatrics!

Dr Valentijn is a wonderful edition to this practice. She is thorough and very caring. So glad that my daughter has her as a care provider!!!

Huge warning to those looking for a pediatrician. I started out here as a newcomer two months ago with my newborn daughter. She was seen by Dr. Horvath at her first checkup and it was a pleasant experience. At her one-month checkup I had an identical visit with Dr. Sanders, but later I received a bill for discussing multiple issues at the visit. When I called to inquire, I spoke to the nurse who wasnt very helpful. Three days later I got a notice from Dr. Sanders terminating care for my baby. Because I had questioned the billing of my visit, my daughter was being fired from the practice. Literally.When I called the practice manager, she offered little help and told me she would have two higher management individuals contact me to resolve what had happened to me. I waited a week and got no call. I called the director above her after a week and left a message. No one has returned my call to date. After reading some recent customer experiences on their Facebook page, it became clear that this practice is operating this way to many patients with lots of complaints. The sad part is, they dont care. I can honestly say that with four children and experience with other pediatric and in multiple states, I am appalled at the actions of this clinic. They dont care about their patients and operate on a dishonest, unprofessional level.
