They need to learn how to pick up the phone

I am very disappointed in the way they do business. My daughter got her braces off earlier this year and received a retainer. When she went for a follow up appointment, she was told that the retainer did not fit and that they needed to make another one for her. Months later, I received a bill for $300. I spoke with someone on the phone on 3 separate occasions and each time they told me that they had to remake it because she wasn’t wearing it, therefore it didn’t fit. My daughter was 16 years old at the time and drove herself to the appointments, so no one ever spoke with me nor got my approval for the charges. She’s certainly not old enough to make financial decisions. After all the money I paid for the braces, you would think that the retainer would be included. Today I spoke them again and they proceeded to argue with me and say that I had signed a contract at the beginning of treatment stating that I agreed to additional charges.(Great way to treat your customers. Throw something in their face that was signed years ago).

Dr. Wong is one of the most intelligent orthodontics in the Michiana area. I would recommend him to anyone high or low income. He works with a variety of individuals to make their smile perfect! Teresa, is a great worker and I appreciate all they do for my daughter. Her cross bite is 100% fixed! Thank you
