Excellent services provided by the front desk, technicians during my visit.Dr David Keen was very friendly, professional and I appreciate very well.

VERY disgusted with the scheduler at the dental center! She was very rude and disrespectful in regards to scheduling some children for surgery! Their case was very complex and Important to have scheduled for numerous reasons. My first call to her was on a Thursday and never received a call back until TUESDAY! On top the delayed response time I had a deadline for needing a day, any day, scheduled even as pending in order to get a court order, however it still took her an additional 2 weeks to provide me with a day. When I called to check an update and actually spoke spoke with her she was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful! Other times no one answered and I would have to leave a voice mail to which I never received a call back. On the last call she stated she would call me back the next business day with a date, however this was only 2 days prior to the court date I’d been telling her about for 2 weeks. Thankfully she did eventually supply me with the date on that day but continued to talk to me as if I was beneath her and treated me like I was wasting her time. I can not believe this employee is allowed to continue working and representing the dental center!!!Aside from this particular employee, my experience has been wonderful. It’s so sad the one person can ruin an opinion of a otherwise wonderful place with great dentist!

Usually have to wait a bit before getting in for my dental cleaning appointments, hence only 4 stars, but everyone is very nice and take their time addressing any concerns I may have and take the time to explain any issues they may see. Never had any problems besides some wait time, which could be due to late arrivals or emergencies or more involved cases. I have considered shortening my drive time by going somewhere closer, but I have no reason to leave and will continue going there. Also they were great with my toddler’s first routine visit too and I feel comfortable bringing him there as well.

First day coming here, the x-rays they have you do are pretty crazy! Literally kept telling me to keep my tongue here and there, like I get x-rays and other stuff put in my mouth on a daily, then I was told I have gum disease, then she proceeded to say I’ll have to come in every 3 months to get cleanings, I said yeah I have insurance and if they can’t cover the 3 months then I can’t come in, and she rudely and bluntly said “you’ll lose your teeth” very rude, so I had questions about everything she kept giving me short answers very unprofessional I work with customer service to so I know how a worker should behave, in the end I decided to go with another surgeon that can take care of my gum disease, no good bye have a good day no tooth brush or paste nothing, will not be returning ever and will let everyone know how a first time customer was treated, if you got gum disease or any issues your thrown with judges remarks.

NEVER go here for fillings …….and get a second opinion if they say you need fillings.They told me I needed 5 fillings and it was the worst decision to allow them to do the work. The dentist helped the assistant grind out my teeth, then he (dentist) left the room and she (assistant) finished the work.My teeth hurt all the time now (super sensitive and can’t even chew things as light as gum). I’ve gone in twice and all they tell me is “use a different toothpaste”.

Our grandson needed extensive work done, the staff here has been so absolutely wonderful and caring. We could not have received better treatment anywhere else. Our experience here has been 100% positive. Dr. Bernard is awesome!

Receptionist was far from friendly, you could tell she hated her job. My experience in the back was a very pleasant one, dentist/dental assistants were all very friendly. My kids and I did not feel welcomed and we will not be returning after this.

I appreciate the experienced professionals at the Dental Center. When I schedule an appointment they are prompt and on schedule. It is nice to have someone take the time to explain the plan and also give a clear understanding of what my insurance will pay and what my responsibilities will be. Highly qualified group of Hygienist!

This was my first visit at the Dental Center the staff and the dentist were very friendly. The dentist was awesome with my daughter. She made her feel comfortable. That was important for me because alot of children dont lie to go to the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Reaves.

I liked that I could schedule an appt online and fill out new patient paperwork online. Once I got there for my appt, I had to fill out the paperwork all over again. Both times I stated the purpose for my visit (for a standard cleaning), and yet still got asked why I had come in that day once I was taken back to the exam room-- only to find out that they did exams/xrays first and then scheduled cleanings for a separate day for new patients.This was after I had waited over an hour in the waiting room yet I had not been told of this policy until I was in the exam room... despite that I had indicated my purpose for being there twice before.Then my insurance contacted me to tell me that the Dental Center had billed me twice for the cleaning. It was just a huge hassle.That being said, my hygienist and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and did a great job-- I felt great once I actually got my teeth cleaned. I just would recommend new patients look elsewhere.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Very loving and wonderful environment. Anytime i dont understand something they thoroughly explain it in terms i can comprehend. Never had any issues and Ive been going here since i was a child.

I have been bringing my three children here since they were one year old. They have amazing clinical staff and doctors. The doctors and staff make my children feel comfortable. They have always explained their treatment plans with me and have always given me a choice in regards to procedures that would need to be preformed.The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. When scheduling follow-up appointments for my three children they always try their hardest to get them all in on the same day. I would recommend their facility to other families.

I am so thoroughly thankful for this dental center! They are kind, thorough, communicative and so very good at what they do! They make scheduling easy and they speak to you AND littles like human beings. They go the extra mile to make you feel safe and secure. My favorite feeling while taking my kiddos there (10yr and 3yr) is: the confidence of the doctor reinforces the confidence of patients!

Other than the wait times, we love the Dental Center! Dr. Alavanja just performed a pediatric dental surgery on my daughter yesterday and was extremely patient in answering all my questions. She made sure I was comfortable and knew what would be happening every step of the way. After surgery she remained patient, and explained the aftercare instructions and expectations thoroughly. The office staff is also exceptional from the receptionists to the dentists themselves. The dental assistants and hygienists. The environment is very family oriented and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

The staff are courteous and professional. During my interactions I felt heard and I appreciated how a brief explanation of what was coming next during each step of my procedure was stated.

I normally don’t write reviews butttttt I called a 1-800 number for emergency dental on Sunday night (chipped my front tooth BAD). They sent me to The Dental Center of South Bend and I was in there office at 2:45p.m on Monday and out by 3:51 to be exact. Danielle and Dr. Cellini cleaned me up good! Gave me a good laugh while I was there too. Pop music playing, it was the fastest and best dental experience I ever had. Not to mention it was all under $600 bucks! Whoop whoop!

They went above and beyond! Would recommend them.

A childs experience at the dentist should be a positive one for many reasons.... This place did not make that happen for my children and I will never bring my kids to the Dental center again.

I truly hate going to the dentist and very afraid, however when I go to the Dental Center and Marge the dental assistant cleans my teeth and answers my questions it put me a t ease just a little bit and I can get through the visit a little bit more relaxed.

My youngest has had quite a bit of work done and the staff and dentists have always been friendly and kind.

My overall experience was very pleasant, I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff and the dentist made it very pleasant, I would recommend the dental center to all of my friends and family and anyone that knows me knows that saying a lot.

Been a patient here for years along with my wife and kids. Always very happy with the work they do. I have never had an unexpected charge and have had everything thoroughly explained beforehand. All the staff have been invariably friendly and helpful.

I went to another dental place, and returned here because of transparency and office staff. I have had super thorough cleanings here--so thorough that I noted right away at the other place that they were cutting major corners (I did review them here).Diana (or Denise), and another woman, who is no longer there, are perfectionists in deep cleans. They both took their time. It felt like they actually enjoyed it or/and were fulfilled.But most of all, I want to thank Stephanie, the office manager. The office is only going to be as good as she is, because she is brains behind all the transactions, which can get very, very detailed and tricky with insurance issues. She can explain anything in under a minute, access your records, and send a treatment estimate to your insurance company on the spot. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the questions, concerns, disagreements, etc. I have never meet an officer manager who is even remotely similar to her.

My experience at this dental facility was subpar to say the least. The worst feeling when going to a dentist is the feeling of being rushed and neglected—and this is exactly how I felt when I visited the office a few days ago. It was very chaotic and the Doctor to patient ratio was severely mismatched. I saw the doctor for literally 30-45 seconds, and then he rushed out to help other folks. This is very unprofessional frankly. And the advice the doctor gave me was also subpar, “try a different toothpaste” does not help fix the pain of the root of my tooth being exposed. I left the office in pain, and was told to come back in a month for a checkup. As if I am just supposed to toughen up and deal with the horrible pain that comes with sensitivity. Overall, this dental facility needs to do better. No one should have to go through what I went through. I would avoid this facility at all costs, there are plenty of better ones in south bend.

Really clean place. Great with kids. My children are actually excited to come here. Weirdos. They dont like parents going back with the children which I find a little odd, but there must be a good reason for it. I trust them here.

I need to talk highly about the Dental Center of South Bend. I had an emergency happen to me and I needed a dentist. Stephanie, the office manager was so kind and helped me get scheduled on the phone. Olivia was the dental hygienist who was very sweet and answered my basic questions. Most of all, Dr. Cellini and Dr. Cooper were so professional, kind and excellent dentists. They helped me when I needed it most and they fixed my mouth. That’s the kind of service I want and recommend. They were kind about it too. I am now a new client and want others to consider the center too.

I am very pleased with the care and treatment at this facility. My whole family goes here.

The dentist was amazing took great care of me when I had my root canel he made it painless! He was very aware of my needs when it came to managing my pain making me comfortable.

The hygienist and dentist were both very knowledgeable and also both were super careful with my sensitive teeth. I am going back next week for more work and only hope it goes as smoothly as today!

During a check up after a root canal the tooth broke and had to be pulled. I asked if there was anything else that needed to be addressed and I was told no. One week later at an annual cleaning I was told I had 2 cavities and one needed another root canal, apparently they missed those the week before at the check up?? Multiple visit where we are told one thing, then the following visit we are told a completely different story. People make mistakes so I went ahead with the second root canal and crown just to have the crown fall apart after a year and then to find out they only have a 1 year warranty on dental work. So everything needs to be paid for again out of pocket in full. Everything about the dental work felt sketchy and unsure. The staff were very kind and likable but the actual work being done was subpar.

I had an excellent experience at this office beginning to end. All the staff are very nice. Emily the hygienist was absolutely super! Gentle, kind, friendly, and fun! She knew exactly how to comfort me and give me a clean beautiful smile. Will ask for her every time! Would recommend this office to family and friends.

I went to Dr Noroozi for a root canal. Im a big baby about needles and between him and Danielle I was more comfortable than Ive ever been in the dentist chair (and Ive been there a lot throughout my lifetime!). Dr Noroozi explained everything very thoroughly, slowly and more than once, inviting me to ask any questions also. Super professional office and staff, Id highly recommend to anyone needing a surgical procedure. Thank you Dr Noroozi and Danielle for making a stressful procedure a positive experience.

This was my first dentist visit in a while and I knew I had one particular tooth that was a problem. Mary (my dental hygienist) was so kind about it though that I didn’t feel embarrassed at all. She was gentle with my cleaning and kept me distracted with friendly, light conversation. It was a very pleasant experience despite my problem tooth and I would gladly recommend The Dental Center to anyone.

Dr. Chris explained in detail my options regarding replacement of a missing tooth including procedures and pricing. He insured I under the differences and his explanations allowed me to choose the right treatment which suited me.

I have been going to the dental center ever since I was a child. I keep going back because of the staff. They treat you like family and give you their best, most compassionate care. This staff has made my experience with the dentist so great. I have even became friends with some of the staff just because of how greatly they have treated me. They all do a super job and it is really felt through their patient care. If you want to go to a judgement free zone filled with compassion and care, this is the place to go!

Great overall atmosphere and very friendly staff! My hygienist Sue did an AMAZING job with my cleaning, I felt very comfortable with her and she explained everything I needed to know. All the doctors were very welcoming and thorough in their exams.

Had my wisdom teeth removed on Thursday, showed up early like I always do, was brought and the procedure began. Dr Harris was very comforting through out the whole procedure. The one moment I felt a little pain he stopped and numbed me again so I had no problems. I was done by the time of my appointment. My healing has been great. I would completely recommend this place for anyone who has anxiety about the dentist.

This was the first time visiting the Dental Center and we were very satisfied with the professional care provided to my six-year-old granddaughter, Sayeh. We drove 1.5 hrs. to get to the Dental Center and as we entered the city, we got lost. We called the office and we were given directions to our destination and greeted at the door. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We will return!

Dr. Reed is the nicest lady. I bring my children here and also some people that I work with and she always treats everyone so kind and provides the best services. Some of the older ladies cleaning teeth were kind of rude and aggressive with my kids in the past but majority of people here are very kind.

The people make the place. Great staff and friendly advice. Got the sonicare brush they recommended and I had my first, pain-free cleaning of my adult life.

My granddaughter is autistic and can sometimes be a challenge to work with. We have never had any problems with the people at the Dental Center. They are patient and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone with young children or children with special needs.

Front desk staff is friendly, however Dr. Reed could be better at her job. Took my son in for tooth pain, he was seen by Dr. Reed and left in more pain then he was in before we came. Dr. Reed stated nothing was wrong no infection or anything. Few days later the whole right side of his face is swollen and his gums are cherry red. He has been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks for the same problem with no relief of his pain. I would give 0 stars to Dr. Reed if I could..what a joke of a dentist.

Dr. Lisa Dekker-Reed is very kind, knowledgeable and to the point. She had my son in and out of there in 15 minutes after arrival. Cavity fixed and all. He didnt even flinch. If we have any dental issues we will be seeing her again. Great experience with all of the staff members.

All 5 of my kids go regularly to the Dental Center. They are very thorough and caring to all of their patients. We’re very happy here.

Came in for an appointment I had at 8:15. I got there 10 minutes early and waited for over an hour. Ridiculous. Everyone that got there after me was going before me.

Had an issue with a filling, I thought. Went in and the dentist saw my tooth had cracked. I was lucky they had a cancellation and was able to have Dr. Cooper pull the tooth. I hate going to the dentist so all in all it was a good experience for the issue.
