Absolutely blown away by these people, they all deserve awards. They go above and beyond to make children comfortable. They are extremely professional and so friendly. Definitely the best pediatric dentistry I’ve ever experienced. My 2 year old loves Dr. Fishbach!

Very friendly staff! Rooms and hallways were very decorated with cartoons and other cool things my son really loved his superhero room! Definitely recommend this place! The most important thing to me was they allow you back with your children!

They were very good with my 3 year old! Explained everything so she was comfortable, went slow, just all around a great experience for my kiddo (and lets face it, thats whats really important). Very informative as well

When I asked around about a pediatric dentist, people were really enthusiastic about this place. So I took my 4 year old daughter, and now Im really enthusiastic about this place too. Friendly and kid-oriented from top to bottom, plus the whole trip was over fast without feeling rushed. The hygienist walked my daughter through everything she was going to do, addressed her, made sure her questions were answered (and mine too of course). Then all over again with the dentist. Well be glad to come for her next exam.

Immediately walking in, the facility just felt so warm and cozy. The receptionists greeting you with a smile and got me checked in quickly. My wait in the lobby was very brief, the dental assistants also greeted me with a genuine smile, and got me taken care of quickly. The dentist, also very nice and welcoming, stayed on the conservative side for my sons treatment which I appreciated greatly. I was referred from my dentist who had a $4000.00 estimate ready for the work they wanted to do on my 4 year old with all baby teeth!! Red flag!I loved loved North Point. I had many friends refer me there also.The rooms of course were very child pleasing with cartoons and super heroes all over the walls. We both had a great experience.

Dr. Fishbaugh has been an integral part of our lives since my son with severe disabilities was 6 years old. He just aged out at 19 years old, and we were always so happy with his care and the care of his staff. It is a fun place for children to acclimate quickly to. I have recommended him to many families through the years, and he has such a positive, kind, and compassionate attitude toward children. His staff have always been so kind and compassionate as well. I highly recommend North Point Pediatric Dentistry and always have.

They were so good to get us in right away for my daughter’s urgent need. We had a great experience all around. She had no unnecessary pain or problems, and it was half the cost and hassle that we had at a different pediatric dentist. The dentist that pulled her tooth had an excellent way with her, she didn’t even need sedated. I will go here for both of my kid’s future dental needs!

Very friendly staff. Wait time is none or not more then 10 minutes after your scheduled time. Staff and doctor actually sat down and explain everything and answered my questions. Their actions shows that they genuinely care about the patients. I honestly like this office

The staff is wonderful and great with kids. They got my son to do more in two minutes than he did at the previous dentist office. They focus on whats best for the child and have understanding that kids are kids. They have never made me feel bad about my son getting a cavity. Theyve just given us advice on how to prevent the next one from occurring.

My 4yr old has had horrible dental experiences in the past at another dental clinic. North Point made sure to ease into the exam with her, to gain her trust that she was in good hands. She recently underwent dental surgery to help ease the process, and my daughter must have felt comfortable before, during, and after the procedure because she was not stressed about the whole thing.I highly recommend North Point Pediatric Dentistry for any child that has had a previous bad experience with a dentist!

My son had a fall and an injury to his teeth. The Pediatrician wanted us to see a Dentist, so our first call was to North Point. They got my son in the same day we called and I am so thankful for that! Dr. McCrea was thorough at explaining everything he was going to look for and things that could need to be done prior to the exam. When he was interacting with my son he was so patient and kind, which is exactly what makes a great pediatric specialty practice! Thank you so much for taking care of my son!

They made the experience for our 6 year old son so easy and painless! Before doing any work, they explained to him what the tools would do to make him more comfortable with the whole process and spoke patiently with him. He even got to choose what show to put on the Tv. We drive an hour each way but it’s very well worth it so that our son is comfortable with going to the dentist.

I really enjoyed the visit here. I love the way they made my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable. It also helped out a lot by giving information that wasn’t explained correctly at another office, which is probably why I was referred here.

They are wonderful!!! My daughter gets really anxious during anything medical, they were so patient and kind to her. Now, both girls love going because they make it a fun and enjoyable experience for the kiddos.

First dental appointment ever for our 2 year old and it couldnt have gone better. The dentist leaned done to her level right away and made her feel at ease. We have never had such a positive experience at any of her other doctors. We appreciate the time and effort put in.

Hand’s down favorite dental office ever. Took my son for his first dental visit. (This was also our first time there). Everyone was so nice, and it was a very welcoming environment. The dental hygienist came in and talked with my son (4), asking him what he like and talked with us to let us know what to expect. First visit was just a comprehensive checkup so he would remember it as a pleasure and experience and not scary. When the dentist came it, he also agreed and talked to my son warmly. I am impressed by the above and beyond nature they have.

We were taken back right at our appointment time.Front desk was proffetional.and efficient signing us in and out.Our hygienist Jen was a wonderful asset to the office.she talked to my kids and listened to them.she did a great job.Dr.Fishbaugh is a fantastic dentist who is gentle and explains procedures to my kids and myself .This is a super great dental office.

We are completely satisfied with North Point Pediatric Dentistry. Virtually everyone there was attentive, positive, friendly and obviously ready to make our experience successful. We love North point . My son has autism and they treat him so well . he was so scared when we started there but he now walks in by himself and chats with the dentist and just loves going.

Dr. Kilgor is super nice explained what was going to happen really well and thoroughly! She kindly let me know that my baby girl was going to cry but I could stand right by her if I wanted or if I wasn’t comfortable I could stand off which ever I preferred.As soon as she was done, it very quick I was able to try to nurse her immediately though she just ate just before going back she didn’t nurse till I got home and let me tell you feels so much better!!!!

This dentist office is amazing. I have two little ones I bring here, one is ASD. They are so kind and sensitive to the needs of myself, and my children. The office staff has helped me carry in one of my kids when I have to bring all 3 with me. Dr. Kilgore is who we see. She is so considerate and always goes the extra mile for us. 10/10 recommend.

Although I was not able to bring my son to his first appointment, it was very easy to send my sister in my place. Great experience and looking forward to meeting the dentist at his next visit. Highly recommend.

We were so happy with our experience at North Point today. We brought in our 6 day old son to be evaluated for a lip and tongue tie and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They explained everything multiple times and I felt comfortable with the treatment plan they recommended and trusted them. Everything went smoothly and we were thrilled with the end result as well. I would highly recommend North Point to anyone with kids needing excellent dental care.

Incredible experience. My expectations were absolutely blown away.

Efficient, kind, covid safety protocols in place. Dr fishbaugh with was very sweet to my little girl. The exam only took a few seconds and he gave us good information and recommended no treatment when nothing was needed.

Dr. Fishbaugh, Bianca and all of the staff were amazing. This was my 5year old sons first appointment at this dentist office and he enjoyed himself. From the front desk staff to the back office staff everyone was awesome. I would definitely recommend North Point Dentistry to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

The whole experience was great. They did such a good job at making the parents and child feel comfortable and really made sure we understood what was going on with our child. They really seem like they care and did an amazing job.

If you have a kid and don’t go to this place than you’re a fool. They make you feel like family. Everyone is crazy nice. Super friendly. Best dentist for kids hands down. I feel so welcomed when I bring my kids. They look forward to the dentist. Love this place.

The facility is not wheelchair friendly. None of the doors open automatically and there are multiple sets to get inside. The rooms are also too small to accommodate wheelchairs. With covid, you are sent out the rear doors after your appointment which is no where near the handicap parking zone. Not great in winter or rain and very tough on kids with certain conditions. Wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone else in a wheelchair.

We were referred here from our dentist in st.joe Michigan, definitely worth the drive, so grateful they were able to get us in quickly as my 4 year old had an emergency where he needed his infected tooth pulled

North Point Pediatric Dentistry is excellent! The offices are always clean. The staff is always friendly. The hygienists are skilled and put your children at ease. Dr. Fishbaugh always has a smile on his face and makes my children comfortable. He is always educating himself on the best dental practices. He has repaired two of my childrens broken teeth and you cannot even tell that they were damaged. The office staff returns calls quickly and even helped me with an insurance claim that I was struggling with. The whole practice goes above and beyond in everything that they do. Most importantly my children love going to the dentist!

Our children have been going to North Point for many years. I can say that I have never been disappointed. The front desk is always friendly and polite, the assistants and hygienist know exactly what to say to make my children feel comfortable, and the doctors are hands down the best.

First time taking my 4 year old to the dentist. Everyone was really nice. Treated me and my child very well. Extremely friendly and made my child feel very comfortable. Hopefully future visits will be just as enjoyable.

The girls love going to the dentist. The hygienist and dentist were very kind. They let them ask questions and choose their flavors! They were right on time as well.

Dr Kilgore and her hygienists are wonderful! I have a child with Autism and one with severe sensory issues that all of the staff are patient and kind with. Dr. Kilgore even saw the one with sensory issues a few times before doing an actual cleaning with paste so she could ease into the experience without fear. Highly recommend for families with special ability kids.

My dentist is nice, kind, and loving. They give you fluoride so your teeth can be strong and healthy and white. They give you a toy too!! You also get to pick out a toothpaste flavor and a toothbrush. You get to watch TV also. Your children with love them.

Both of my grandkids enjoy their visit there. The staff is wonderful and make them feel totally comfortable. I highly recommend them for all children.
