Ive been going to Borics for years now they changed the name but they are still the same beautiful helpful comforting loving people Ive never been to this one before I go to Mishawaka but I think Ive found a new home here in southbend theres a young lady not sure if I can say her name but shes very loving not only did she fix my hair but she lifted up my heart such a beautiful( inside and out)young lady I was going through a lot and she took time and talked to me thats not a part of her job but she did that and Im GREATFUL for her

I’ve never had anything bad to stay about any fiesta salon until today. I went in for a hair cut and asked for about 3 inches off and long blended layers. First off, I never got my hair washed, so she cut it dry. But on my receipt I was charged for a wash and cut. After she cut some length off my hair she tells me she’s not gonna do the blended layers, because she didn’t think I would like how it looked even though I got it done several times before and never had an issue. Her excuses just made it more clear that she didn’t know how to do it. Then after I pay I get to my car and as I’m playing with my hair I noticed she left several long hairs uncut! I’ve never been so unsatisfied with a haircut and service in my life. I will be calling a manager tomorrow and praying my hair can be fixed.

I’ve tried this salon twice now and both times have been terrible! First girl was new to the salon and she botched my cut, but I let it go. I decided to try again, but with a new stylist. I got a man this time(sorry I’m bad with remembering names). I was hopefully! He seemed thorough and even commented on how bad my last cut was. Unfortunately, its uneven and looks bad! I won’t go here again! I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all!
