Don’t bother researching Grand Emerald. They up charge every month stating your family member needs more care and then don’t provide it when being paid for it. My family members feet were so swollen she had to be in a wheelchair. Didn’t know that they hadn’t visited the doctor about her feet nor did they help my grandmother with basic grooming for months! Her toe nails were so overgrown that they wrapped around her toes. I’m not even embellishing the horrendous condition my grandma was in. Then they billed me for days that my grandma wasn’t even living there. When I asked about it, they didn’t respond and turned me into a collection agency. Can you believe that? Do yourself a favor and stay away from grand emerald.

The staff is of good respects, but there is new charge employees that show favoritism and carry improper rules and connections within that of the community both employees and patients. My interest in this place for my aunt has been lost due to contact and identification of they of the community.

Very nice retirement community. Great dining room. Nice rooms. Many activities on and off site.

Grand Emerald Place is a fabulous place to work and live! We live our companies mission, vision and values everyday and promote Compassion, Humility, Integrity Excellence as well as FUN. I enjoy working here and believe in our quality care so much I have moved a family member of mine in!

I love this place tight little family

Mother-in-law has been there 2 years. Very nice place, but family members seem insignificant to the higher staff.

Nice place but staff could be better.

If I could give this place a negative I would my mother in law was in the hospital over the weekend and they failed to notify anyone there response it wont happen again and we need another months rent no nurse on nights be careful with these folks
