Constantly waiting when I come to this office. Arrived for my appointment at 2:15 and was taken back at 2:50 weighed and questioned and asked to go back in the waiting room because they didn’t have another room available. Why book patients if you can’t have them in and out within a certain period of time. Always overbooked so if you don’t have two hours don’t go for your exam find another doctor. I walked out play Atlee told them at the front desk to please not bill me for the appointment and I will go to another doctor at this Point.Never an apology for keeping you waiting and my time is just as valuable. Also, just thought I might mention this but I’ve been to many offices over the years including dentists, physicians Cetra and all of their staff members Are friendly and offer a smile. The staff in this office doesn’t appear to want to be here.

I was very happy with this practice as a regular gynecologist, but once I became pregnant I feel like everything changed. It now took multiple calls to the office to even get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment , I was never called back when I was told I would be, and when I had a miscarriage it was very improperly/unprofessionally handled. I am giving 3 stars because I liked the practice for gynecology but not as an OB! Once I found out from the radiologist that there was no heartbeat found during my ultrasound they called Reliance to speak to my practitioner and I was told I would be called within 15 minutes. It took me 5 hours of calling my doctor every hour (and being promised multiple times that I would get a call back) until I finally was able to speak to her. That was on a Friday. I was then given zero support or resources over the weekend and my doctor was off on Monday so I could not speak to her until Tuesday and was left with no guidance/support/anything for 4 days. I then made an appointment with the surgeon to talk about a D&C procedure since the fetus hadn’t passed on it’s on. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I was taken back to an examination room and I was never even able to speak to the surgeon. I was told by my regular doctor that if I wanted the surgery I would have to wait at least another 2 weeks when I just wanted it to all be over. Very poor resources and support from this practice for women experiencing a miscarriage.

My first visit was... okay. Tonya was the only redeeming quality of this office. Robyn on the other hand was clearly over her head with patients, and was late getting to my appointment. Not only that, but she didnt seem at all interested in the appointment and even took a phone call in the middle of it even though its my first pregnancy. Im supposed to be going there next week, however today Ive noticed some spotting. Enough to concern me. I tried to call the office at 8:30am when they were supposed to open, but I keep getting their message of, the office is closed. Worst part is, you cant leave a message. I tried to contact their emergency line with the same response, The office is closed, call back during normal office hours. What kind of emergency line says that? What is the normal office hours if 8:30am, what their pre-recorded message says their hours are, isnt the actual time they open? This is just added unneeded stress during my pregnancy that I dont need.

Worst place EVER! I have been trying to get my birth control prescription called in for over a week, wont return my phone calls, nor the pharmacists, now I am out of birth control and cant get ahold of anyone or I am hung up on. do not go here

Love this office they’re very friendly and my ob dr is really nice! Tonya and all the other staff is really great to talk to! Always got the right prescriptions always had great service with them!! I definitely recommend!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The nurse practitioner was easy to talk and thorough. My daughter who is 17 had her 1st visit, felt very comfortable and has since been back on her own twice with good reviews.

Do not come here, this is honestly the worst office and doctors I have ever experienced. They never return phone calls; if you want anything done be prepared to go in person to get matters resolved. They will cancel appointments and send in the wrong scripts. Its pretty bad when my pharmacy has sent request faxes three times and I have been calling going on more than week to get my script and all I get is the run around and a promise it will be called in. This place deserves zero stars, they are completely unprofessional.

Terrible service, and very unprofessional as an overall company. Staff was friendly the ONE time I was there, been calling for over a month and can’t even get on the phone with anyone to make an appointment! Drove 35 minutes from my house to go into the office and explain how I’ve been trying to make an apt, but simply couldn’t because lunch was more important than their customers. I even hit that I was in labor and it sent me to voicemail... wouldn’t recommend them especially if you’re pregnant. Better off birthing the child on your own!

Ive been going here for 4 years and I absolutely love it here. Staff is always friendly and helpful and doctors have been very informative. I have no problem getting appts made. This was also my OB-GYN throughout my pregnancy and they were very thorough with tests and labwork, etc. They work with the hospital as well so all your labs and ultrasounds are done in the same area! Very convenient!

Two visits and same rating for both visits. First visit, I was a new patient, new to the area and the Dr. (Petit) was running late despite me being the first appointment of the day. When she finally got to the office, she was clearly stressed and preoccupied. I had to tell her to take a deep breath and relax. Not a great first impression. Had a pap smear and was never contacted with results. I had to call and the receptionist actually told me she had no idea how I was supposed to get my results. I do not think they are very organized at all. Second visit was to take my very frightened and unexpectedly pregnant 20 year old daughter for her first OB visit. Not only did we wait over an hour, the Dr. we saw that day (who didnt bother to introduce herself) was very cold and unpersonable - did not make eye contact with my daughter at all. Additionally, there was a Nurse Practitioner student in the room during the visit and they didnt introduce themselves either. From an administrative perspective, their website was down, the forms are not available online to be filled out prior to your visit, they do not have patient portal and not to sound snooty, but I do believe they cater to a lower socioeconomic demographic. I WOULD NOT ever set foot in their office again. Venture there at your own risk.

I brought my daughter here for her first gyno appt . Dr. Amui could not have been any kinder. My daughter just loved her. I was very pleased with Dr. Amui as well. The whole staff there is very nice.

I will start by saying the staff and facility overall were nice. My experience with the doctor was horrible. Dr. Anne Petit was unbelievably rude and condescending. I went in with very serious concerns, she offered no sympathy. Beyond that, she offered no medical help or advice. I do not understand how a doctor can have a patient can come to them with a concern and offer no help, treatment, or care. She was actively rude and ignorant. I left extremely upset. The office manager was very apologetic and helpful when I explained how my visit went. However, the next day Anne Petit called me because she understood I had a problem with my visit She offered no apology. Instead she argued with me, was incredibly defensive and even began to lose her calm. She even went as far to say Well its my word against yours. Hearing such a childish, ridiculous defense from someone who calls themselves a doctor shocks me. I will not be going back to that office because of her alone. Furthermore I encourage anyone reading this to look up more reviews on this doctor. They are frightening and horrifying. I wish I had read them before I ever agreed to see her.

The doctor for this office is very rude and disrespectful she’s too snotty sad part is I been going to this same place for many many years and now that she is the gynecologist there I feel really uncomfortable her even having my chart get rid of her and bring back the old gynecologist that use to be there but I would not recommend going there now

I have appointment at 3pm and I had been waiting for 1.5 hrs and this is ridiculous to wait
