As a teenager going to the doctor especially alone is scary they make me feel so comfortable and listened to it is amazing

I feel unheard and disrespected when i come here for my pregnancy appointments. Ive been told disgusting things by an OB/GYN here and felt entirely neglected in any questions i have. the only reason i go here is for convience of location but because of how i have been treated i will not be delivering with this team, who have shown no intrest in my health or well being. I have made formal complaints to the hospital about my care here.i would suggest to not go to any appointments alone. allow noone to speak to you the way i was and stand up for yourself. You are pregnant and you have a right not to be walked all over.

I love this practice. Specifically Dr. Danielle Pieri. Never had a bad experience. Great reception along with ease of making an appointment online. I would 100% recommend.

Ive been very happy with my prenatal experience so far at AtlantiCare OB GYN. Dr. Pieri came highly recommended and her bedside manor and straight forward style did not disappoint. Shes down to Earth, takes her time answering my lengthy amount of questions, and offers unbiased insight into the topics Ive discussed with her. Ive found the front desk staff and phone scheduling staff very helpful and nice as well and Ive never had to wait for longer than a few minutes to be seen for my appointment. Very clean and up to date office aesthetic as well. Highly Recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I Called them the day after I found out I was pregnant to begin my prenatal care. Went in for my appointment almost a month later just for them to tell me that the appointment was never scheduled. They told me I could not be seen that day at all and asked if I had gotten an ultrasound yet (no one ever informed me that I needed to have an ultrasound before even having my first appointment). Their only alternative was telling me to go get an ultrasound and come back on Monday afternoon (which I can’t do because I already took the day off to come in for this appointment, also Shore hospital doesn’t offer same-day appointments for ultrasounds so I would have had to make yet another trip back). The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They showed no remorse for the miscommunication and were extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic. They just insisted I reschedule after I had already waited a month for this appointment. Don’t waste your time here!!!!!!

My daughter has been menstruating for over two months straight. The Dr. didn’t even examine her. Touched her belly told her she was fine and to be patient. We both left in tears!

I have been going to Dr. Ciceron for 26 years. She delivered 2 of my children as well as grandchildren and my sisters children. Shes very attentive and very personable. I think of her like family, even though I only see her once a year. Shes the best!

Very polite and helpful. From out of town on vacation and made it as short as possible, helped me locate the nearest pharmacy, and gave me an ice pack for the wait and told me a good place for lunch

Ive gone here for years due to insurance reasons, each time hoping that the quality of service will be better and each time walking out frustrated. Theyve screwed up my pill perscription numerous times. Each time I had to call to get them to fix it. I dont understand whats so hard to comprehend about needing a one year automatic subscription. My last visit though is why Ive completely give up with this place. I told them that I was having a significant amount of pain in my lower pelvic area at all times during my cycle. The doctors response? Thats weird and continues on. Very professional. There was no discussion on what it could possibly be or no mention of addional tests, no other acknowledgement. Come to find out they sent a septerate test to the lab that was not covered by insurance. Had the doctor been professional I would have been prepared for this cost but instead I was left in the dark. I still have significant pain, I have no answer and now I have an insurance bill. Thanks for nothing atlanticare.
