My daughters ear was bothering her - we went into the office and the staff was very nice - but the treatment room was dirty and there were literally holes in the wall. It was so weird. They cleaned out her ear with water (anytime Ive been to an urgent care for this, theyve always used hydrogen peroxide) and her ear felt better. But then they billed our insurance for $517.00!!!! We only owe a portion of that, but the principle remains -- they are WAY overcharging for services. I called and left a message for the office manager THREE times to discuss this and she never called me back. Its awful. Stay away.

I dont understand all of the positive reviews for this clinic. It was horrible. The place is substandard. We came for a drug test for new employment. We had 24 hours in which to get this done. Well, we cant get it done in the 24 hours we were given because despite being specifically sent here, we werent able to make an appointment from our car using the phone number on the sign, which said: Lobby is closed, please wait in your car and call... with a number included. One guy said he was on the phone for an hour and a half. The phone rang and rang but no one answered. The place is dark, there were no other cars in the lot, so we werent able to get any appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is absolute trash. Given 24 hours to complete a drug test for new employment. Clinic is supposed to be open until 4:30 on Fridays. We weren’t given a way to book ahead for an appointment, arrived, it was closed, but there’s a sign out front saying to call because the lobby is closed. Us and 3 other people are waiting outside, longest wait of an hour and a half on the phone. We knock, we walk around. Come to find out, the whole effing place is closed. They lost some kid’s drug test sample. Bunch of trash employees, trashy location, trash business model. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Very unprofessional. They will take your money but will not provide the services they advertise. Very slow and always try to make things complicated. Please do not visit, clueless doctors serving patients.

Went here to get a covid test. I was told to wait in the car and once it was my turn they would call me in and take care of me. The staff was very nice and polite. Justin and Amber was very great they made my daughter and I smile and answered all out questions that we had . They work great together. We have been twice to get tested here and we will definitely be back if need to come back.

A really easy process and great experience! The front desk and staff gave me wonderful customer service, very polite and understanding. I felt at ease throughout my appointment. I would recommend them and go back if needed.

With the pandemic I was a little worried about going into the doctor, but deciding to take the risk I went to health zone. At no point did I feel like the facility wasn’t taking all the precautions necessary, they were as fast as possible, getting me in and out. The doctors and staff were all super nice and caring! I’d definitely go back if I have any more issues.

The wait is so long. Especially over the phone, always have to wait 10-20 minutes just to speak to someone. & appointments over the phone is a wait just as long.

Everyone was so nice and caring. The manger, Tricia was making sure everyone was being taken care of, I would definitely recommend one of my friends to come here for help.

Some of the workers seem like nice people, but the rest have poor customer service skills that really ruin the experience. MA Rodriguez, for example, has a bad attitude, does things very hastily and even has ants crawling on her workspace. She botched a TB test on me, puncturing my skin too deeply and due to the bump being extremely swollen, they said it was positive. Its been over a month since it happened and I still have a bruise where she messed it up. There are better places to go than this one.

By far the worst clinic. Manager Tricia is always on her phone when there is patients waiting and phones going off the hook. MA Carmen is very rude and disrespectful. She does not know how to talk to her patients and is always rude. The staff before these new staff were wonderful.

They cant keep any help. They go through PAs like changing underware. They dont never call back to give you updates on labs. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done. Leaving this office and finding a new doctor. I wouldnt recommend them to treat a Flea.

Saw Dr. Ellis for the 3rd time. She is very detailed & determined. In my opinion, there arent many doctors that have this quality in todays field of medicine.

VERY happy with them! Everyone is friendly and caring. Dr Katie is a welcome addition. Dont know what would have happened with my brother if she wasnt as caring and concerned about his condition. Hes getting better thanks to her!!

My son was seen by the Provider Justin Bentley for a sports physical to return to play basketball due to an concussion. My son has been seen here in the past for sports physicals and the experience I had today was much more better than before. Justin is very outgoing and I will recommend him and the staff there. My son was checked in fast, I give this office 5 stars

Always nice, usual fast, I give 5 starts but I hate that every few years I usual have a new doctor cause they leave to a new place. Most of the docs will listen to you on what you think is going on if you feel your diagnosis is wrong. They though I had an uti I told them I felt they were wrong asked it check for kidney stones in stead. Not I never had them ever in my life! Sent me for imaging came back I had 6 kidney stones and one was very large. Had my surgery with in a few weeks. Been here now for 5 years!

It was great over the years after they keep flipping staff the excellent ones have left my own boyfriend switched to another health care provider after being with them for years..actually since we moved here....he put his trust in them and well . Guess who won ..not Health Zone..sad...sad panda

The new staff is rude as hell! Its nothing to do with short staff just the receptionist are rude and very unprofessional period. They dont get frustrated they have a smart ass mouth! The new doctors are okay but the women in the front do not care how they talk or treat people. I have been going to this office for over a year and this has not been a problem until the people at the front changed. If this continues they will be the cause of loss of a lot of business! When you constantly call the front desk and you keep hearing I dont know everytime you call, that is not the job for you then! These are simple questions that receptionist are supposed to answer it does not take a Dr to tell you when your next appointment is. Its no frustration involved they are RUDE period they are rude with almost everyone that calls and comes in. Ive seen it numerous times! & The number that the manager provided doesnt even work. This is sad

My first time coming to the Health Zone Office was in August 1st, 2017 & it was a blessing. I say blessing because every doctor I had been to I would complain about chest pain and they couldnt find anything wrong with me. They made it seem that it was all in my head. I want to the Health Zone Clinic in Smithfield saw doctor Jennifer Mcleary and she noticed that I was pale as a ghost. She asked me if I was alright, I told HER my chest was tight and I was having trouble breathing. She told me that she was going to do an EKG on me I told her for what evey doctor Ive been to say theres nothing with me, she told me well lets just do it to rule things out then we can go from there. I said ok she opened her eyes so widely and told me YOU need to get out of here YOURE having a heart attack. I recommend the HEALTH ZONE to everyone.

These folks having been cashing checks for payments but not applying them to my account. When I call they say they have no record of payments. Dont trust them.Update: After calls back and forth and talking to several different people, I received a message saying that they got it straightened out and my balance is 0. Ill upgrade the rating to 2 stars based on that. However, every time I called I seemed to get told different things and the people on the phone have issues with listening because I would frequently be interrupted before I could even finish telling them what was going on.

I loved the PAs Dan McKearney, Justin Bentley, Jennifer McCleary and Stacey Hogg. Theyve always been so nice, helpful and informative. I really dont like the fact that all the good ones keep leaving. Mr. Speigel is slow and not informative. Hes old fashioned. The staff is friendly, and I love the fact that I can call in morning and make an appointment that same day.They are my primary doctors office, but they also do urgent care. What they need to do, is have one person working walk ins and another seeing the appointments. Ive sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, even though I had an appointment.The consistency is important so I dont have to explain my life history over & over.Despite the downfalls, Id recommend them. They are friendly and handle refills & prior authorizations in a timely manner.

The staff is so wonderful the wait time is less and I am very please with service. Dr. Jennifer McCleary is a great she really attends to need an very concern about my health and I love the patient Dr. relationship.

I used to take my friend to go see jennifer, after I had my baby I changed my pcp. To her. She is very professional and a caring doctor. Ive been to plenty of docs, and all they want to do is get you in and out. She actually takes the time to get to know about you. Ive had alto of health problems since the birth of my son, and she jumped right in and is trying to figure out everything wrong. I recommended her to EVERYONE! I will be keeping her as my doctor, thank you jennifer for being the awesome doctor you sure!

My experience at this location on 9/22/16 At 3pm was horrible with the lady that work on the front desk as a receptionist And one of the assistant , I got an appointment schedule at this place this date. for pap smear ,When I show up for my appointment they not even know what was the reason of my doctor visit , The lady on the front desk she was lost ,The woman on the front desk didnt welcome me at all ,she was very rude with me , she told me the doctor that supposed to see me She left for the day because she get sick , I answer her back why someone front this office dont call me to let me know , like that I dont waist my time and gas ,but her answer was their is a male doctor in today , he can see you ,I stay on silents for a second than , I told her OK Im going to keep the appointment with that male doctor, which Im not feel comfortable with the idea but thats. Fine Im going to keep my appointment, a girl screaming from another office if she wants she can come tomorrow which is Friday , I told her I cant I work Friday and Im not going to be able to make , Any ways I told the receptionist thats fine Im going to let the male doctor to see me , But the receptionist She get up of her chair when into one of the office next to her office and after she came out , She told me sorry the only male doctor at this office he dont know how to do a pap smear , I get very disappointed with the horrible service after she said he can see me than she came out with a different story, I told her why she came out with different story,Her answer in a sarcastic tone of voice ,sorry I can reschedule your appointment ,like if Iam a dog, I even feel discriminated I ask her for the 1800 number to put a complain and a Girl came out of another office and she stated talk to me loud in Spanish, So I told her Im speak english so there is no reason for you to talk to me in Spanish , I speak Spanish I know I am hispanic but if I speak english, So she has more attitude towards me after I told her that , And she treat me really bad, She told me with an Attitude That They Dont have a 1800 number , She was waiver her hands while she was talking to me very unprofessional , very very unprofessional , I hope I dont have to go to That place never ever again , That was a Frustrated experience .very annoying.
