Went to get new medicine & had an emotional appointment. Didn’t realize she was asking to refill old meds so I said “yes” to it even without realizing what she asked though I NEVER asked for them myself. She accused me of attempting to sell the medication even though I had multiple scrips from a year ago for the same medication at home and wasn’t the one who brought the medication up. I made the appointment for a non-narcotic medication at that. She accused me in front of her whole staff. I had to reschedule my appointment and called 3 times but to never get a reply. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and doctors ain’t accepting patients so I can’t get a new doctor. I guess I’m just supposed to run out of the depression medication I got the last appointment and hopefully not harm myself. Worst doctor I have ever experienced. I wish I could post photos of the old medication and scrips on here to SHOW it but I guess I’ll go turn them in to her just to prove how unethical she was. Unbelievable.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens and encourages me to do better about my health. Thats very rare to have a doctor who really cares about her patients.

Dr. Zaldivar is a brilliant, caring physician. She cares about your health and takes the time to listen to you and treat you in the right way and with respect. There is a good reason that everyone I know wants to go to HER!
