My family cannot say enough about Whitney,Beth, and the rest of the staff at Gardner Heights. Our mother was there for a very short time. And it was very difficult because of covid. We were allowed window visits and could here how nice everyone was to the people at Gardner. They had no idea we could here the love and respect being given to the patients there but we could. The kindness and compassion shown to our mother and family will never be forgotten. ❤

My mother was at Gardner Heights for 6 months. I cant say enough about the great staff and administration at this facility. A special thanks to her amazing RN, Michelle, who is one of the finest nurses that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Divided in three units, long term, short term, and long term locked unit especially for Alzheimer/dementia patients. One level building. Around the clock 24 hours care, good size rooms, clean, caring staff, some of them have been working here over 20 years. Meal is average, building is little old but in good shape, it needs renovation. Recreation is good, kept residents engaged in variety of activities including manicure, paintings, flowers arraignment, movies, music concerts, and so on. Physical therapy department is active as well, hare saloon available.laundry service, for tobacco users a designated area available. This center is not far from major highways.

Visited a resident on the Long Term Care Unit last week...I was quite impressed with the excellent Customer Service Practices from all the disciplines I had interactions with during my visit...Eye contact and pleasant smiles from all staff members I encountered..The resident I was visiting had a question for Administrative Staff and they were readily available to answer his question..Appreciated the quiet environment with no overhead paging..

My mother has resided here for over 6 months now and I cannot express in words how happy we are with this facility. She has been a long term care patient for over a yr and a half and was at another facility prior to this one. I must say, without naming the other place there is no comparison. My mother is much more comfortable at Gardner heights. The staff there is very attentive from the administrative office down to the aides anytime we needed any kind of assistance someone was there to guide us or do anything that needed to be done to make sure her needs are being met. The therapists at this facility are amazing!! Before transferring her to Gardner heights I did a lot of research and visited many facilities over several weekends. This was the facility that attracted me the most. I am very pleased with my decision to have my mother cared for here and would highly recommend them.

My mom was there for 3 weeks gor long term rehab. All the staff was wonderful and helpful.From the nurses to the aides to the therapists to the directors everyone went out of their way to provide the best care and therapy possible.

I have a family friend who is a current resident. We have been very impressed with the staff and the wonderful home-like atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving, safe and cozy environment.

My mother has been at Gardner Heights for 3.5 years and she has been getting excellent care and treatment here. The staff working with her works closely with her daily and treat her with a lot of care and love. When I first came in contact with Gardner Heights Mike had a support group and it was very helpful here with explaining all of their services offered which was very helpful to me and my family.

My mother has been at this facility for a little over a month now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Shes been in and out of homes for the past few years and never I have I walked into a place that felt like home until now. The whole place is very clean, the lights are bright, the air is clear, and most importantly, the staff is very friendly. They treat my mother with the utmost care and respect and I couldnt have asked for a better place for her.

I have a friend in there and he love it in there especially the staff plus the place is well kept and maintained
