If I could put 0 stars I would, but I met Dr. Levinson today and honestly being that I work in healthcare, I expected way more than what I was given. He is cold and rude and has horrible bedside manners, I saw the super nice nurse longer than him, waited 8 weeks to see him for him to tell me I’m fine (after another doctor in the practice said otherwise) dismissed my symptoms and said to go elsewhere if I experience them again. Once he realized I was upset at the end, he asked if I agreed. A bit too late for that, I would not recommend this place or doctor.

Today I brought my infant to this dr and waited 1 hour and 35 effing minutes to see the dr and THEY JUST MADE ME WAIT. I am a professional who is a single mother who took the time off of work to bring my baby to get her eyes checked and after wasting MY time they weren’t even professional enough to ask WHY I was leaving. Sorry doesn’t cut it. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Ill been going to there office for a year now and never have I ever been treated so good and the staff there are very helpful. theyve walked me through each and every procedure. They are like going to a family member house the way you are welcomed in. Thank you all for giving me a better life.

Recently, I had cataract surgery on both eyes. The whole experience from beginning to end was easy and painless. Dr. Voldman was patient and willing to answer any questions. He discussed the various options and gave his advice on which would provide the best results. He reinforced my faith in him when he suggested that I did not need the laser technique on one eye because my astigmatism was very mild. I give him my highest recommendation.

I was waiting for the appointment 3 months for my child 3 years old and they call a last hour to cancel it when I ask to give me a other appointment shes cut the call I never see any professional office do that thats terrible people

Dr. Voldman is a very knowledgeable yet congenial physician. He is thorough, and I never get the feeling he is rushing an appointment or dismissive of my concerns. I had dual cataract surgery and all-in-all it went very well. The staff is also very competent and friendly.I highly recommend Eye Physicians and Surgeons, and Dr. Voldman.

The staff at the surgery center was excellent. They were thorough, professional, and pleasant. Dr. Voldman did a superb job.

Nice office and they made sure everything was clear with my daughters Insurance prior her appointment, i would give even 10 stars to the Dr and her assistant Stephanie, they were great, made this appointment easy and fun for my 8 year old who was really scared and anxious, they took the time to explain everything to me and my daughter and she was smiling and happy!!!However I wish they had a nicer front desk person, both of the girls were serious and kind of annoyed!! But I give the 4 stars to the dr and her assistant.

Dr Voldman did an amazing job on my cataract surgery. As a young cataract patient my worry was having a lense that will serve me well for a long time. He went over the options selecting the best one for my case. The surgery was very professionally done and quick. The team at the surgery center was awesome and my follow up care was wonderful. Everyone on the team is wonderful from the techs to Iona and especially Dr Voldman himself! I would 10 out of 10 recommend for a worry free cataract surgery experience!

I came to the office 2 times and they canceled my appointment and I didn’t receive any calls or a letter.

I had an appointment here for my 14 month old. It was a bad experience from the beginning. The secretary could not have been more unwelcoming. She never removed her eyes from her computer and never smiled. In total, we spent 85 minutes of the 95 minutes we were there in the waiting room. After my daughter received drops we were told to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes while they kick in... 50 minutes later we were seen. This is a long wait for anyone, but for a 14 month old with dilated pupils it is really difficult. Dr. Galvin was very nice, but the wait time and unfriendliness of the secretary was enough for me to find someone else next year.

Please save yourself the frustration and find another office. I was told by their staff that they take my insurance (prior to my visit). Only to find out after my visit that they do not (after receiving an overpriced bill). If you try explaining what happened to the billing department you will be talking in circles in no time. Not to mention being sent countless bills month after month while the issue never gets resolved. Find another office that knows what they are doing.

Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Dr. Meskin is very knowledgeable and helpful and kind.

I went to Dr. Seth Meskin at Eye Physicians & Surgeons for years, and I couldnt have been a happier patient! I had a very painful eye condition and he took care of me pronto, and continues to provide me with great care. I have never had a billing issue with Eye Physicians & Surgeons, and all my appointments have started pretty much on time. I highly recommend Dr. Meskin and this practice.

Liars. If youre going to say something on the phone to me one day, then when I come In and say another thing, then you need to be fired. I hated standing feeling like everyone was making me out to be a liar when I definitely wasnt. Not how professionals are supposed to be.

Fraud clinic - I took appointment for my son 2 months in advance and clinic did not bother to ask me insurance information. Apparently, they accept only one company vision card (which they did not bother to tell me during appointment and screening). Invoiced me full. When asked why they did not inform before, bluntly told me, its your responsibility! Will never recommend such fraudulent physician ever...beware!
