Good clinic. Had problem with lab tech not wanting to do it my way, but got it squared. Only one dr that was inadequate but he was not happy with the office he had. He was from the city.

I went to the OB clinic when I was 6 weeks 4 days pregnant worried about my progesterone levels the dr did lab work and never called me with results and now I am supposed to be 15 weeks and 2 days pregnant and at my 15 week appointment I was told my baby was dead all because the dr didnt call and tell me I need the progesterone I was worried about.... the baby quit growing at 8 weeks 4 days had the dr just called me I wouldnt be going through a miscarriage... I dont recommend this clinic to anyone they dont care about your or your unborn child.

Ended up switching pediatricians just so I would not have to deal with the older receptionist lady. She is very hateful every time I have ever had to call and make an appointment. From now on I will never take my children here because of her. There are much better places for my children.

I was prescribed an antihistamine for anxiety at this clinic. I do not have allergies. I have anxiety.Also, trying to make an appointment with another provider, I can’t even get through to someone without sitting on hold for an hour only to be hung up on or passed around.No thanks. Providers and staff are completely inept here, and I’m not comfortable trusting them with my health.

My daughter has been going here since she was out of the hospital Dr. crow and her staff are absolutely amazing they get you in and out and are so sweet and sincere thank yall so much for treating me and my daughter like we matter

The clinic was tolerable until St Anthony Hospital system took over. Billing is a nightmare, wait time to see the doctor is avg 1 hr, many times longer. After 14 yrs of using this marginal clinic for convenience, I came online to see if Integris has physicians in Shawnee and this popped up lol. They have lost not only their convenience factor, but also their competency, which was also minimal. Few long time residents in Shawnee use this clinic. St Anthony medical system has made it an easy decision to look elsewhere. If minus -stars were available they would surely get them.

I assumed when they said No charge at the Physicians office, that my insurance paid. I had no idea I would get a bill for $385 for a new patients initial visit ( no tests, blood work etc.!

All of at Anthony instatute suck u only get the care they want to give u they really dont care thats why they have so many mishaps
