I am not easy to satisfy, have changed Dr s time after time. Dr Parmer is great m he has the best bedside manner I have ever witnessed!!! Very thorough and remembers whats going on with me from visit to visit without having to read notes. I find that very personable. His assistant is also very kind and professional I will be his patient as long as he is around or as long as I am lol.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my entire life. Without going into too much detail I would most appropriately word it as they released me while suffering a life threatening condition against other staffs orders. After being admitted they openly ridiculed the reason I was there with the room to my door slightly open ALL while keeping my family completely in the dark about my situation.

I like Dr Parmer a lot. Young but knowledgeable. Staff has always been professional and efficient.The billing office is another matter altogether. Long hold times, dont return calls as promised. I have been waiting over 2 months for a resolution to a billing error I brought to their attention. Still waiting.I give 4 stars to Dr Parmer and 1 star to billing.

Dr. Parmer and his staff are awesome. I had no problems making an appointment. No waiting when I got to the office. Super friendly and very attentive.

People seem friendly but they didnt even address the problems I had,did a bunch of tests that Im sure cost alot of money.waste of my time because didnt really help with my problem.need to find a Dr that would actually be interested in listening and helping the patient instead of how much money they can make

I asked Brenda at registration if she was open. Her response was, the sign says open. Not funny at all. A younger woman was so busy showing her coworkers pictures on her phone and wasnt concerned with waiting on patients. However once I made it to my doctor, all was well.
