The zoom care people referred me here and I got an appointment with Dr. Lowinger. How refreshing to have such a great doctor! Seems a dying art these days. He takes time to explain things at Appointments, ordered tests and is proactive & efficient. everything is done in one fell swoop. He cares about his patients and knows what he’s talking about.
