I have an injured shoulder (thanks to incorrect form over an extended period of time) so I knew that standard crossfit technique was out of the picture for me, but I also didnt want to just restrict myself to body weight and cardio stuff. Raj is both knowledgable and experimental (i.e. safe, controlled tests to see what works and what doesnt) to put together a completely custom workout that has allowed me to add the mass I was looking for without agitation or injury.
