I live in Capitol Hill and kept running by this Boot Camp early morning outside in Volunteer Park. I had just moved to Seattle and was looking to find community...joining this group was the best thing I have done! Rachel is an incredible trainer, no work-out is ever the same. She keeps it fun and we keep moving! The people in this group were and are so welcoming. I have made some great friends and gotten in shape at the same time! WIN! WIN!

I have worked with Rachel for close to a year, and she is unequivocally the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I was at a fitness crossroad when I met Rachel: I had recently delivered my first baby and had returned to my busy tech job. My baby weight-loss had plateaued, and for the first time in my life I was having a hard time fitting in my workouts and keeping my motivation level up. Going to a gym was not an option. Finally, my wedding was on the horizon just 6 months away, and I wanted to look and feel my best for that event. I hired Rachel to help design and coach me through a workout program that I could do in my home. Rachel quickly helped me put together a workout plan that was impactful, fun, and easy to follow. I have worked with Rachel for several years now and cannot say enough great things. She is focused, organized, and pushes me in a way that stretches my limits without making me want to scream or feel like Im being tortured (a common complaint with past trainers). Every workout is unique and creative so I look forward to each session. I cannot recommend Unstill Life Fitness any more highly!

Rachel is an enthusiastic and encouraging coach. The monthly fitness challenge is a great way to keep you working on your fitness goals. I would highly recommend Unstill Life Fitness Coaching. UPDATE: I have recently been doing Rachels strength and fitness classes on zoom. What fun, she is always changing things up, they are always enjoyably challenging, she does a fabulous job meeting all fitness levels.

Our company hired Unstill Life Fitness to run some fitness classes for our employees. Rachel was such a blast! Every session was unique and creative all while pushing us hard. She is on top of her game, friendly, and such a pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend her any more highly!

Rachels strength + stamina classes are so much fun! The workouts are always different so its not repetitive or boring. I love that I can bring my toddler and he gets to have a play date while I exercise. I also like that Im setting a good example for him to make fitness part of life. Its really nice to be outdoors in a Seattle park, where the kids can play on the playground. I never stick with any fitness routine, but Ive been coming consistently for 9 months and counting. It has been a great community to be a part of. I look forward to it and Ive never felt that way about exercise before!

There are few people who can make me look forward to a 6 am workout. Rachel is one of those people. Her workouts are inventive, fun, creative and varied. I highly recommend Rachel as a trainer as well as her fitness workout group sessions.

Wow, every work out is uniquely different. Rachel does an amazing job of listening to her client’s needs, desires, limitations and then diligently finds solutions to help them meet their potential. If you have ever yearned to create a new lean body, she can help you do it. The outdoor workouts at Volunteer Park are my favorite, the opportunity to watch the sun come up while workout is fantastic! I love the community Rachel has built of caring, like minded individuals who are looking for that combination of strength training and cardio in a welcoming environment!

I am not an athlete. I walked a bit and hiked occasionally.I started working with Rachel over three years ago because I wanted to be more active and fit.She developed a great training plan that made me feel better and gave me a sense of accomplishment right away! Then I joined her running group. The next thing I knew I am running half marathons!I proudly call myself a runner now thanks to Rachel!

Best running coach in Seattle! I had a hip injury and was afraid to get back into running. Rachel took me to the Garfield High School track in the Central District and was the perfect coach - thoughtful, insightful, and helped provide great visuals that will stick with me as I run on my own (eventually!).

Love that the class is at local Seattle parks, and it is kid-friendly. I have been bringing my kids with me for the past 3 years, and we all love it! It is a great community of people, we get a great work out, and the kids have a playdate. Rachel leads us in challenging work outs, and she is great bc she radiates positivity. She has a great spirit!
